However, the bathroom floor drain smells bad. The hotel also prepared mats to cover the floor drain, but the effect is not very good. . The restaurant is nice and the food is pretty good. The main problem is the hot spring. The bath towels are smelly and yellow, and the stains have not been cleaned. There are no large sizes, only medium and small. There is water in the bathroom! I was busy and rushing around, and the call worried me—I thought I had left something behind. Asking for our opinion after we left was too late. They should have asked us during our stay, or better yet, informed us before we even arrived. So, while the place is beautiful, the poor communication and service ruined the experience. We wouldn't stay here again for the price.
