The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Overall Value for Money Although the price of Cape Horn Hotel is on the high side, it is definitely worth it considering the high-quality service it provides and the convenient location. Hotel well located close to the entrance to Torres del Pine national park. A highlight is the rooms that offer views of the Torre del Pine massifs. A painting through the bedroom window. Highlights include the SPA and swimming pool, which is very good for resting and relaxing at the end of the day. Good breakfast, but not excellent. Restaurant and bar with good ala carte menu options. Very weak wine list for the price of the hotel and the dishes. Still remembering that Chile is a country with so many good winery options.
