Beach only 2 minutes away from hotel. Restaurants and ABC stores all nearby. Safe places to walk even at night. Front desk customer service are super helpful and friendly. Cleaning stuffs always have a welcome smile and did a great job cleaning the room. Only thing that I dislike is the Resort fees charge. They should at least include a free breakfast daily.

We stayed at the one of the Historic Banyan King Room with City View for 4 nights, room was conveniently located in the main building, doesn’t come with a balcony, but has 2 windows. It gets noisy sometimes at night even though we stayed on the 4th floor. The resort also offers a list of cultural and wellness activities for booking, this is where the resort fee goes to, so make sure you book some of these activities if time permits. Overall we liked the hotel as it’s at the center of Waikiki and has direct access to the beach, several great restaurants and you can also pre-order Honolulu Coffee for pick-up at the hotel location.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with comprehensive facilities. It's incredibly convenient, with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach. The rooms come with a kitchen, which is very handy. The staff are warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were swift. Absolutely excellent.

This hotel is super convenient as you can take the 'W' line bus directly from Honolulu Airport. It's about a 10-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, and it's located on a street lined with famous Waikiki hotels. Royal Hawaiian Center is also within walking distance. There are ABC Stores, supermarkets, and a DEAN & DELUCA on the first floor of the Ritz-Carlton Residences all nearby. I've stayed here several times. I chose a twin room, and it came with two queen-sized beds, which was very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but if you turned it off and used the ceiling fan, it was still cool enough. The bathroom had a bathtub, and while there wasn't a hand shower, adjusting the water temperature was easy, so it wasn't an issue. The cleaning was thorough, and the room was spotless. The hairdryer was in a black bag inside the closet. They provided a capsule coffee maker with both coffee and tea capsules, which was a nice touch. There was also a refrigerator, microwave, and iron. While there's no bottled mineral water service in the room, there's a free water dispenser next to the front desk where you can fill your own bottle or cup. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the taste was good. Given the high cost of living in Hawaii, I was very satisfied with the reasonable stay here.

The Rainbow Tower is quite new and the rooms are decent, but the elevators are incredibly slow. With over 1000 rooms sharing just 5 elevators, you're looking at nearly a ten-minute wait every time. I'd advise against booking an ocean view room because you won't really see much ocean; it's mostly lagoon. For a true ocean view, you'd need to book an 'oceanfront view,' and even then, it depends on the front desk's mood – they might give you a low floor where you still can't see anything. My room was on a very low floor with virtually no view, plus there was construction going on downstairs, which was very noisy. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way for Waikiki; it's over a 15-minute walk to the main area. However, it's only a 15-minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping Center. Also, if beach quality is important to you, don't stay here. The beach is full of coral fragments, which hurt your feet, and the water is murky. The towel counter closes at 6 PM, so there's nowhere to return towels after that. Additionally, they don't offer complimentary beach chairs or bodyboards, unlike Marriott where they're free. Overall, it's not really worth the price.

The hotel is at a really convenient location across Waikiki beach with many food options around the area. Other than that, there’s nothing really special about the hotel. The service from the staff was lacking, when we had an issue with the room, they kept asking what we wanted rather than offering solutions. We had to fight for the basics. What you see in the pics is not what you get. The hotel buffet is not worth the price, I would strongly advise against it. Rooms were dirty, run down, and a very strong mold and wet smell. The wait for the front desk is always really long. Check in took about 45 times. Phone lines to reach front desk takes a long time as well. For the price I would stay somewhere else as I know there’s better hotels along the beach that would value the business.

We had a great stay at Ala Moana hotel. Hotel is connected to a very large mall which gives access to many shops and food outlets. The hotel is well located in walking distance to the yacht harbor and even Waikiki beach. Staff is very friendly and all kinds of facilities are available. Breakfast is generally good, but unfortunately the food selection doesn't really change, so if you stay a bit longer it could get a bit boring

This resort struck a great balance for our trip, offering far more convenience than the famous 5-star brand resorts we drove past. Those isolated properties have fewer neighborhood options and are probably better for visitors who only want to stay inside the hotel grounds. The resort’s location is incredible, featuring a private beach area right on the property. We loved that we could literally swim with fish just a couple of steps away from our hotel room. The on-site Restaurant is superb, featuring delicious food and a very friendly staff. The location is also incredibly convenient, offering plenty of additional dining options within an easy walkable distance. We highly appreciated the complimentary yoga and fitness classes offered to guests during our stay. The on-site tennis court is incredibly accessible and reasonably priced at just $10 per person a day. The daily tennis fee conveniently includes complimentary rackets and balls (and even water) for your matches. Guests are welcome to play for as many hours as they want, as long as the court remains available.

As the driver said, this is the best hotel in Hawaii. Before coming here, we went to the Hilton on the Big Island and stayed at the Holiday Inn on Oahu. The difference in service quality is stark. Both hotels had a 6 PM check-in time, but here, we felt the warmth and hospitality of all the staff. Knowing we were on our honeymoon and arrived early, they immediately arranged our room. All the service was so attentive. I also recommend the French cuisine at La Mer. Enjoying the sea breeze, the coconut trees under the moonlight, and top-notch service and food will surely be unforgettable. Next time I come to Hawaii, I will definitely stay here again because everything is just too perfect! ✌️

The hotel is nice for the price of low $223 but they charge $45 per day of activity fees but I never used. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the central Waikiki area but is OK. The breakfast buffet is good and includes in the room package. The only problem is that they only have valet parking for $60 per day. It took them 45 minutes in the morning to get my car down on day 1 and we missed the tour. The other days were 10 to 15 minutes. I guess they don’t have enough parking so they have to double park and triple park. I tried to park at the adjacent Banyan lot but all full after 8pm. There are no other viable option other than valet parking in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel setting is relatively simple, the overall environment is quite good, close to the beach, the hotel parking is not Ouhugui, self-parking 35, hotel parking 40, there is an important thing! It is necessary to live on the high floor, 10 floors or more is the best, we were arranged to the 3rd floor on the first night, there is a very common kind of annoying Xiaoqiang! Later, I communicated with the hotel at night and changed to the 12th floor. It was really scary. I must live on the high floor! ! The area where the hotel is located is located in Lahaina. There is a place to buy and eat in 5 minutes by car. There is ABC. Don't worry about breakfast. There are also pharmacies nearby. In short, it is not bad. ~

JJordan NicholasNestled along the serene shores of Waikoloa, the Hilton Waikoloa Village is a haven of luxury and tranquility. Our recent stay at this breathtaking resort was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service, stunning accommodations, and picturesque surroundings. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The check-in process was smooth, and to our delight, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Royal Suite in the palace tower. Stepping into our suite, we were greeted by spacious elegance and panoramic views of the beach and lagoon. Every detail, from the plush furnishings to the tasteful decor, exuded luxury and comfort. The grounds of the Hilton Waikoloa Village are a true testament to paradise. Meticulously maintained gardens, winding pathways, and cascading waterfalls create an oasis of serenity amidst the lush landscape. We spent hours exploring the resort, discovering hidden gems around every corner. Whether lounging by the pool, strolling along the sandy shores, or indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment, every moment was a blissful escape from reality. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Whether offering recommendations for dining or arranging memorable excursions, their genuine hospitality made our experience truly unforgettable. As seasoned travelers who have explored destinations around the globe, we can confidently say that our time at the Hilton Waikoloa Village surpassed all expectations. It was more than just a vacation – it was a transformative experience that left us longing to return. If you're searching for paradise on earth, look no further than this remarkable resort.

RRenjianmeiyoutaifengWhen you first arrived at the hotel and looked for a parking lot, you discovered that parking costs fifty dollars a day. For a househusband or a couple traveling together, you feel that these fifty dollars are not worth it because it is not close enough to the hotel. Then you hurriedly found the front desk, but they couldn't find your reservation because the three hotels were combined. You need to take a 1km/h train to reach your front desk. Then after a long wait, a voice of aloha called your attention back. After your soft and hard offensive, the hotel finally agreed to your request to check out at 11 o'clock, and upgraded you to a seafront room. Sure enough, you were awakened by the noise of birds the next day, and the running and crying of children made you feel that you were not on vacation. Okay, I can't make it up anymore. It's a good hotel.

GGuest UserThe balcony of the sea-view room only offered a tiny glimpse of the sea, which wasn't what I expected. It primarily faced other buildings. The room wasn't cleaned daily. However, the welcome drink is a nice touch, especially since it's served in the pool area. You can enjoy a drink with a sea view in the afternoon, which is great. The hotel's private beach area isn't very large, but it's conveniently close to where you can borrow towels. There are many places nearby where you can directly book activities, which is quite handy. Right downstairs, there's an ABC Mart and a really good cafe.

冰镇三文鱼The private beach is nice and open. Free snorkeling equipment can be borrowed. Boating and other equipment are charged. Drive for half an hour from OGG. If you live in the pacific whales foundation for whale watching, you don't have to rush to whale watching town. It has a branch in maalea closer to the hotel.

GGuest UserWe were given Room 08 in the Ewa building, and the balcony view was exactly as pictured. Even though we were on a high floor, we could still faintly hear the lively party music at night, but it didn't bother our sleep. I'm not sure if it would be an issue for lower floors. Getting to the beach was super convenient – just cross the street, turn right, and you're there. The waves on this part of the beach are very gentle and consistent, so I'd recommend renting a board and heading out. The hotel providing beach towels and chairs was a nice touch and very convenient. The room itself was quite spacious, and while it felt a bit dated, the restroom and bathroom had been renovated with updated fixtures, including a Japanese toilet. The only downside is that the bathroom space felt a bit cramped.

KKasia ZürichIt’s a nice resort in a great location, however plenty of hidden fees, we paid for breakfast which wasn’t anything special, scrambled eggs from powder, coffee was pretty bad and weak and you had to pay extra which we only learned about when we paid 160$ for breakfast. Lack of healthy food and not suited for people who eat healthy unprocessed food. I really liked the towel service, it was very convenient. Our room this time however (we stayed in the same hotel a week earlier) was not as great as our previous, it was more used, the fridge constantly leaking, and the air con did not work as well as in the previous room (it was ground floor with garden) And the worst thing was, I requested a quiet room but we got one of the connected rooms and we could not fall asleep till round 23:00 when a screaming family next door finally put their kids to bed. It was really noisy. Big plus for the pools and hot tub. They really were nice
