The room was a little on the small side, which seems to be a common trait for European hotels, but the bed was spacious, and breakfast was good. Its location was also quite convenient for getting around. We noticed a lot of Asian guests, especially Japanese and Korean. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.

This area where hotel is has amenities so it’s not just an airport hotel. New hotel, everything feels and smells fresh! Room comes with kitchenette - with pots, stove, fridge, coffee machine and microwave - u can grab groceries from the supermarket around the corner. Ironing facilities. For shower - only 1 type of soap is given - so BYO if you need others. Climate controlled - comfortable in winter. Love the heater in bathroom - great for quick drying of small items like socks. As the reviews pointed out, free shuttle from Airport (both terminals) but pay €6 per person for hotel to airport shuttle. Shuttle is on time. First ride is 545am. About 10 mins. Fast check in. Walkable to train station to get into town.

The room was good. The hotel's location is far from the city center but conveniently close to the airport, which wasn't an issue for us as we were traveling by car. Breakfast was also quite good. We noticed the room rate on the day of our stay was lower than our reservation, and Ctrip handled our refund request very smoothly. While the breakfast selection was decent, we felt it wasn't the best value for money compared to other hotels. Additionally, the parking fee was a bit expensive.

I would highly recommend this hotel as it is brand new and seriously punching above its weight. The property is reasonably priced and has very friendly staff.

The room was quite spacious and clean, and it came with an electric kettle.
Breakfast offered a good variety, although there weren't many hot dishes.
The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 2 (T2). A taxi to the airport cost 12 Euros. It's also conveniently located on the S9 line, at the Gateway Gardens station.
There's a large Rewe supermarket nearby, which was well-stocked.
Service: There's definitely room for improvement; a friendlier, more smiling approach from the staff would be much appreciated.
(As I visited in summer, it was hard to capture the sunset, but I finally managed to get a shot of it through the hotel window.)

One night stay in the airport for transferring, it's really nice hotel, because very close to the airport T1, just by walking. But you should go to the departure of T1A&T1B, Then you can see the sign to the hotels. By the way the breakfast is really good.
I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, class, and exceptional service. Can’t wait to return!
The staff went above and beyond, especially the concierge who helped us plan our day trips with precision and care

Very happy with our one night’s stay. The front desk staff Zachary was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early with three little kids and two large suitcases, and he kindly let us check in early. The breakfast was good and the gentleman in the breakfast room was very helpful and kind as well. He helped us use the waffle maker. We walked from airport T2 to the hotel. Just in case you want to walk there also, please refer to the picture below. Find this ramp near Gate #8, which is also where hotel shuttles pick up people. The hotel room was very quiet and new. There’s even central air-conditioning!

GGuest UserThis hotel is nice and modern with an excellent breakfast. We booked the hotel knowing that it had a great location for walkers because we had planned exploring Frankfurt by foot. It is conveniently close to Frankfurt's Central Station which allows quick access to the airport.
The front desk was hit or miss. We arrived very early and were able to store our luggage but when we came to check in and check out they had difficulties determining if we had paid or not and we did pay in advance of our stay.
The rooms were compact but still enough room for all of our things. They have metal shelving and hangers in the room for our items, a large TV and a Bluetooth speaker. The bed was comfy for me and had two good pillows for each side but my wife found it was too soft. The room had a large window that opened both ways to keep the room at a good temperature but it gets a bit noisy at night so we appreciated the temperature control in our room with good air conditioning.
The bathroom is also compact but the shower stall is a good size with good shower pressure and a nice all in one shampoo/hand wash/body wash. The bathroom had a fan that turned on with the lights and it worked well. Everything was very clean.
We really enjoyed breakfast. There was a good spread of deli meats, cheeses, and breads. They had some good juices, ginger shots, a variety of looseleaf tea and two coffee machines. They also had some unique items that were good like tapas, meatballs, and a pancake making machine. The breakfast area is at the top of the hotel and was not too busy when we went and converts into a bar later in the day. If you can get a deal where the breakfast is included in your stay it is worth it.
The hotel's location seemed nice at first because it is tucked away and is on a pretty quiet close in the daytime but that changes around dusk. Turns out the area just to the northeast of the central station is where people hang out to get drunk and do ***** on the street. I saw more needles than my grandma's cookie tin. There is a big police presence and we never felt unsafe as people kept to themselves but we wouldn't recommend this area to a family. It is a short walk to Frankfurt's main attractions and some good restaurants. There are some convenience stores and grocery stores nearby too. The front desk sells some snacks and drinks and that might be better if you aren't keen on going out.
When we stayed in Frankfurt the price was right at this hotel and the location seemed good for our itinerary so we didn't think much of it. We would consider this hotel again if the price is good and the breakfast is included but we may also consider elsewhere for peace of mind.
CChinI thought this place was fine. It was clean. The gym was a little bit lacking, but it was really cheap compared to other options of this level room was smallish, but plenty enough for solar travel and probably larger than most at this price and location.
TTW HamburgThey had a good breakfast with very nice coffee
The room was hot and not the best stay l had - the bad was very hard but maybe some guest like it this way
The room service forget to provide me free water and cups and tea ☕️
The Italian restaurant is great for dinner
Near by currently is a construction site so it’s getting very busy and very noisy
GGuest UserI've travelled more than 100 countries todate and have stayed in more than 15 different hotels in Germany. In terms of service level, the hotel staff during check in wasn't that friendly nor warm at all. The Staff even took deposit on my debit without informing me (she only mention about hotel tax). She only inform me after I noticed EUR80 being deducted and asked her about it.
On the day I left on 26th Apr at around 6am, there was only 1 staff at the counter but he was at the crew only counter. He rejected my request to store my luggage with the hotel even though I will be returning in a week's time and check in again on 2nd May. He didn't even bother to check my next booking and simply told me to store it at the airport.
The hotel also deducted hotel tax for 2 persons even though I was the only one checking in on 24th Apr. I emailed the hotel about this and agreed to rectify this overcharge (by the hotel) when I check in on 2 May.
Unfortunately, I injured my ankle on 28th Apr while travelling around Munich and have not recovered since. As it is very inconvenient for me to drag my big luggage together with an in injured leg (I have been limping), I had to book Hilton hotel which is located much closer to the train station and the airport. Obviously, Steigenberger rejected my cancellation request since the booking is non cancellation.
Well, for the sake of my poor ankle, I have no choice but to forgo the close to US$400/- paid upfront to the hotel. But never never again will I ever book this hotel again.
Btw, Staff at Hilton and the other hotels I've stayed in the last 1 week were much more friendlier and helpful. Hilton is even willing to store my luggage for 12 days.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and had all the necessary facilities. It's very close to the city center and not far from the train station, making transportation convenient. A great choice for solo travelers, and overall, excellent value for money.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center and you can walk to the landmark of the city easily. The river is a few steps away, there are many restaurants around. The concept and interior design of the hotel is uniquely fun and makes you feel good. For example there was an ukulele as part of the decoration in the room I stayed in and it was nice for me to find this musical instrument in my room, which i learned to play in my childhood and put aside. There is a kitchen on the top floor and you can cook your own food if you wish. There are also some foods and drinks if you want to buy you take it and write down on the list on the table, to pay when you check out the hotel. İt was a good experience and I liked the hotel.
GGuest UserOverall, I was quite satisfied with the accommodation. The location is super convenient; just exit the train station's side door, cross the street diagonally, and you're there. Check-in was smooth, though a city tax is required. The room was quite spacious and quiet at night. Breakfast was continental style, but the selection was a bit limited.
