"We have stayed here before so knew what to expect. However, we are always surprised by the fact that the reception staff is not the mist professional: they alwaysshow some insecurities when, e.g., asked about the parking, the payment or about the countless WhatsApp messages sent from tge headquarters before and after checking in. The rooms are nicely designed in Scandinavian style. The bathroom (sink) is not separated from the room by a door if so you use the bathroom at night you’ll possibly wake up the second person when switching on the light on the way to the toilet. Staff generally is very friendly. The adjacent brewery restaurant is convenient but not exactly serving exciting food, just a rather small menu of some hearty dishes."

"The room was good, affordable, and centrally located. The room was very large, but still comfortable, not cramped at all. The only downside was that we drove and there was no parking available, even though Trip.com said there was. We had to park on the side of the road and find a spot ourselves, but luckily where we parked was free. Overall, it was very good. There was a small dirty patch on the floor near the door, making it feel like people had walked in with their shoes on. The bathroom had a hairdryer, and there was an electric kettle in the room. P.S. The photos might not be great because I screenshotted them from a video I took; I forgot to take actual pictures, only videos. P.S.2 The room lighting is actually bright, but I had just entered and hadn't turned on the lights yet."

"I stayed here during some of the hottest days of this summer. The location is very convenient, as it is close to the main station. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The facilities are very good and seem quite new, and the bathroom was clean as well. They don’t have air conditioning, but thankfully they provided a medium-sized fan, which was a nice plus. The surrounding area is a bit dodgy because of some drug dealers nearby, but there are plenty of police patrolling and checking the area, so it wasn’t a big problem. It’s also close to the tram and many restaurants, so I would highly recommend this place."

"The front desk offered candy and complimentary lemonade. The triple room was spacious with good lighting and excellent amenities. The only minor drawback was the bathroom lighting, which was just okay."

"Nude hotel without any individual and personal note. Steril relatively small and uncomfortable entrance area. The large, light and decorated terrace to the curtain park is very beautifully located, the dining and breakfast room does not take advantage of the opportunities it offers and has the charm of a waiting room. The rooms are relatively small. There is no comfortable seating. The rooms to the Kurpark have a beautiful view, while the rooms to the much-beached road and railway line offer a sad view. After our experience during the 5-tday stay, the staff at the reception manages more than to care for the guests.Partly also arrogant, unlike very friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room. The breakfast itself is at least average, not a comparison, e.g. to the much wider offer at the Dorint Hotel in Hamburg Eppendorf and that at the same price. Although the hotel has direct access to a deep garage, which is not part of the hotel, but must be used in this way in all interests, and therefore in any interim leave, The hotel is located in the garage, and the hotel is located in the nearby garage. It is unforståeligt, at this new hotel, at least little to try to make an older or physically restrained person. The toilets in the rooms are too deeply placed ( here you could at least keep a simple seat elevation), there are no stops and also in the showers. The hotel may be in conformity with the formal requirements of a 4-star hotel, but in general it does not."

"One of the best breakfast I ever had in all countries I ever been . You can compare their breakfast to Furama hotel In Singapore . and safe place to walk in the middle of the night From Frankfurt international Airport is easy without taking a taxi. From terminal 2 take the bus outside FREE to terminal 1 then go down to -0 Not O by my daily pass to RMV just behind the ticket machine since I got trouble of buying through ticket machine. From terminal 1 S 9 or S8 . It was 4 minutes to walk to Hotel Cult. The customer service Miss Hanna let me have my room early. A nice guy ( customer service let me a German charger. I truly appreciate it Aldo a morning duty gave me Free bottle of water. No water and no coffee machine . The night duty guy also friendly talking to me as I wake up at 1:00 AM and so hungry I asked for a place where are bars. Right the place is too safe to walk alone at night. As I went back home I lost my way I do another direction following the light. A guy near the commercial bank neat told me too far from the hotel Cult. He took a Uber drove me at the hotel . I never ever got scared walking alone in the middle of the night holding my Kebab which so delicious too. Wow amazing almost same in Singapore a very safe place to walk at night!!! Room is too small o can’t move my things freely as I can , but nice windows to see the beautiful street outside. The next day housekeeper lerp my room clean and 22nd day I request to change bed sheet perfect housekeepers this guy is truly helpful and towels are white.colours but look old. A friendly and helpful housekeepers when I asked something. Lidl just a minutes across the street. I truly recommend this hotel for 3 nights with Fridge. Perfect air condition and comfy bed although dark hallway or corridor. It doesn’t look like a hotel . But overall safe , clean and good customer service and breakfast a lots of selected cheese and selection of bread and juices etc etc. I truly love the breakfast! Thank you guys !"

"Great location with convenient transportation. The breakfast was just okay, but the 3rd-floor viewing deck is a nice touch. It's well-suited for business travelers. It's next to a shopping mall, and while parking isn't abundant at the hotel, you can park at the adjacent mall."

"Highly recommend this airport hotel! The rooms are clean and spacious. The showers have two heads, and I loved the smell of the hand wash/body wash/shampoo. The staff were excellent and the reception and drinks service are on 24/7. The shuttle bus to and from the airport was so appreciated, you just have to time the bus. For now, the bus stop isn’t stopping right in front of the hotel, as there’s a construction, but the staff are very kind about it and give clear directions to the temporary bus stop. But my highlight was the yummy breakfast. The bread was so fresh, and I loved the selection of cheeses and ham."

"Good price, good breakfast, room is good, checking in via kiosk, staff is there to guide even i arrive on almost 12am. Location is good and bad, no convenient store nearby, but it's safe and quiet, shuttle bus intervals is 1 hour and there's a break from 10.30 am until 4pm. Overall a good experience."
