Last year, I stayed here when I went to Huoshan for National Day. Both the service and the facilities were very good. The breakfast was rich and delicious. This time, I went to Xiangshawan and used this place for transit. My child strongly requested to stay here again. For children, the hotel can score 80 points if the food is good and the room has a bathtub😊. I especially want to praise the front desk lady Zhang Suqing for being super considerate. She told me how to get to the guest room very carefully. Later, she saw that I had heavy luggage and personally sent me to the room. Her smile was very contagious. It was completely the service standard of a five-star hotel. If the boss saw it, he would definitely give her a chicken drumstick🍗

I have come to Grand Skylight Hotel more than once. The room is clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and can provide the necessary items in time. The manager Wang Xiaoyu who contacted me was also great. Because I brought my baby out to play, our suite was specially decorated to be very parent-child friendly. Everything is available. I come here once a month and I choose Grand Skylight Hotel without hesitation!

This homestay experience is great! In the early morning, I was awakened by the aroma. The breakfast was made by the proprietress, eggs, ham, fried dough sticks, side dishes, milk, many kinds. When I left, I brought us cucumbers and small tomatoes. It was warm and heartwarming. The proprietress is as enthusiastic as a family, helps us plan the itinerary and shares local fun. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the green plants and lambs were outside the window! Live comfortably and healing, I will definitely choose here next time I come ～

Both the front desk and room service are warm and thoughtful, providing afternoon tea and warm midnight snacks. I had a birthday and was given a birthday cake. The hotel front desk wjl was very enthusiastic, the service attitude was great, the sanitation was very clean, the access was very convenient, the parking was free, and the overall comfort was very good. The hotel rooms and facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the hotel equipment is also very good. It has everything you need. The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. 1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

The hotel is gorgeous. I went during the winter so the amusement park was closed and there wasn't much to do around other then just seeing the hotel. The decor, paintings, and theme is spot on. However for such fancy hotel, the water pressure was really weak for the showers and they have no showerheads, only the ones screwed to the ceiling. Also it was really hot as the heat was cranked up, the thermostat on my room said 30degrees celcius the whole time. I called many times for them to lower the heat and I opened the windows to the bathroom and the room but they said heating was controlled centrally and could not be turned down. Even though the place was beautiful, the stay was quite uncomfortable, would not stay there another night. The hotel is also a little bit further from the city so it took a while to call a cab there for pick up.

One of the best hotels in the area, with a four-star standard. The room is large and the facilities are complete. Although it is a little old, it is well maintained. The bathroom is super comfortable, the shower is sufficient, the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast buffet is super good, and the dinner buffet is also recommended. It is very cost-effective. The only problem is that the room heating is too strong.

It should be the best hotel in Duolun County. It looks like a big hotel, with plenty of parking spaces in the yard and a central fountain. The summer reservation is full, no big bed room is booked, the twin mattress can be placed together, and the bed is similar, it is very convenient to bring children. The hotel is near the hotel, not far from the night market, eating is very convenient. The fly in the ointment felt that breakfast was too early at nine o'clock. We got up at eight o'clock and didn't catch up with breakfast. It is recommended to extend the improvement.
