The location is excellent, right in the city center, just one metro stop from Xinhua Square and about 200 meters from Zhongshan Road Station on Metro Line 1. I accidentally booked a duplicate reservation because I misread the dates when extending my stay, and the front desk staff patiently helped me communicate with the platform to resolve it, which was fantastic. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with plenty of shops, entertainment options, and restaurants, making it very convenient for dining and leisure. The hotel's information indicates it's a quasi-four-star hotel, and the rooms are also quite spacious and bright. The only drawbacks are the lack of a gym, no laundry service, and no complimentary shopping bags. Free parking is available, and a 200 RMB deposit is required upon check-in.

Let's start with the positives: The overall service, from the front desk staff to the cleaning aunties, was quite good. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The room was spacious, and it even had a bathtub. Now for the negatives: There was only one duvet per room, with no extras, just a blanket. This isn't a huge issue, but the next morning, I woke up with fresh red bites all over my body and arms. I just wanted to report this to the hotel, but then 2-3 people came up, supposedly to solve the problem, and immediately asked, ”Did you go to the grasslands? These must be mosquito bites. Our duvets are disinfected, so there shouldn't be any problem.” I was speechless. First, we had just arrived in Hailar and hadn't even been to the grasslands yet. Second, if the bites were above my waist, would mosquitoes really bite me while I was under the covers? Do you change the duvet inserts for every guest? They wouldn't admit there was a problem and instead tried to push the blame onto the customer. It would have been better if they hadn't sent anyone at all. We didn't make any further demands; we just checked out and left.

I have stayed in many hotels, but the service of this front desk Qihai impressed me very much. The receptionist was friendly and the service was professional. I have come to Grand Skylight Hotel more than once. The room is clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and can provide the necessary items in time. 1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

Moshang Yaju is the best hotel we have stayed in this trip. The price is good and the quality has exceeded the price many times. It rained heavily on the morning of May 9th when we checked out. We parked the car at the door and called the luggage cart up. The staff saw that we had a lot of luggage, so they put down the luggage cart and were about to leave. Because there were only three women (including two 70-year-old people) and a child, we couldn't move it, so we asked the staff to arrange a man to help pull the luggage, and the staff said okay, I'll do it for you. Although they were all ladies, they slowly pushed the luggage cart down. If I hadn't asked to push the luggage cart to the hotel entrance, the staff would still be reluctant to help, but arranged for a security guard who was wearing thin clothes to stand in the strong wind. The security guard was very good and helped to get the luggage. In short: the hotel is not bad, and I hope the service awareness of the front desk staff can be improved.

The newly opened hotel has excellent infrastructure and services. It is clean, tidy and quiet. I am very satisfied. Breakfast was also given as a complimentary meal. The hotel is located 5 minutes' drive from the city center. There is a bus stop in front of the door, which is very convenient. Parking is available in front of the door and around.
