We were driving back to Beijing and decided to stop for a night in Hohhot. We're a group of three adults and one child, so I specifically looked for a suite or a room with one king bed and two single beds. After searching countless options on different apps (maybe I just didn't use them right), this was the only place I found that had what we needed. The price was quite high, probably due to the National Day holiday, but we figured we'd just go with it. When we arrived and parked in the underground garage, I was shocked by the mosquitoes, the smell of the grease trap, and the overall environment – I've never seen anything like it. The lobby was bustling, almost like the entrance to a shopping mall. The room had an older style of hotel decor, which I'm fine with. Once inside, I realized it was actually two rooms connected by a secret door that had been opened, essentially making it one large room. I feel like this should have been mentioned when I booked or at check-in. Also, the king-sized room had hot water for showering, but the twin room didn't have any hot water for a long time, though it was back in the morning. The breakfast was decent. Overall, it was okay; it's definitely a hotel in a bustling area with plenty of food and amenities right outside.

The hotel rooms and facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the hotel equipment is also very good. It has everything you need. The service of this hotel is very considerate and meticulous. This is our first time traveling to Xilinhot. We are not familiar with the local conditions. 1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.

I was on a business trip to Baotou and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is located in one of the bustling areas of Baotou City. It is surrounded by a complete range of facilities, with food, drink and entertainment available, and convenient transportation. The facilities in the room can basically meet the needs of guests. There is heating and free underground parking (in the north, this is very important, semi-enclosed, so that the car will not be frozen 😂). I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel (when I arrived in Baotou, I had to eat the local specialties 😄), so I can’t make a comment. The mattress is soft, the pillow is comfortable, the bath water is large, there is floor heating and air conditioning, and the service attitude of the staff is very good👌🏻 The room is not big and the sound insulation is slightly poor.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It truly lives up to its reputation as an established five-star. The entire decor is grand and elegant. You can even enjoy hotpot on the first floor. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich – I tried the lamb offal noodles and savory milk tea with fried dough sticks. In the evenings, there's a bathhouse and a steam room available, which is such great value for money! The location is also superb, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The disadvantage is that the bathroom and bedroom are glass walls, there is no blackout curtain, if someone goes to the toilet at night, it directly lights up the house and affects the rest. Bread, snacks, wontons, noodles, milk soy milk, rice stir-fried vegetables. No mention of vegetarian dishes, leeks have fish-flavored shredded pork, cabbage stew, chicken mushrooms, apricot mushroom burdock, etc., and they are added in time. During the eleventh period, there were many people in the room, and the restaurant was orderly and not messy at all, highlighting the management level. good.

I have come to Grand Skylight Hotel more than once. The room is clean and the waiters are very enthusiastic and can provide the necessary items in time. The manager Wang Xiaoyu who contacted me was also great. Because I brought my baby out to play, our suite was specially decorated to be very parent-child friendly. Everything is available. I come here once a month and I choose Grand Skylight Hotel without hesitation!

This hotel has a great location, absolutely fantastic! It's right in a lively area, making everything convenient. The room was cozy and homey, the bed was so soft I didn't want to get up, I slept like a log. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, addressing any needs immediately. The breakfast was also fantastic, just what I wanted! I'll definitely be back!
