This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's decor is simple yet elegant, with a great sense of quality in the details. My room had plenty of natural light and good ventilation, with no strange odors. The bathroom's wet and dry areas were well-separated, and the hot water supply was consistently stable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone!

The Tianyan Hot Spring Hotel at the foot of the volcano boasts a wonderful environment. The room facilities are new and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness of every corner is impeccable with no unpleasant odors. Both the hot spring area and guest rooms are very well-maintained. There are also outdoor hot spring pools available. The front desk service is warm and professional; staff proactively guided us and helped with our luggage all the way to our room. Manager Duan at the front desk was excellent, promptly addressing any needs we had. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, served beautifully in individual portions. It includes authentic Mongolian milk tea and shao mai, fresh fruit, and freshly made yogurt pancakes by Auntie Xin. The combination of hot springs and a modern hotel offers a perfect experience. It's an ideal choice for a trip to the Ulan Hada Volcanoes – definitely worth trying!

I had a great impression of Ordos Yonggui Hotel. When checking in, Xiao Liang at the front desk saw that we were traveling with children, so he arranged an upgrade for us, making our stay more comfortable and happy! As soon as I arrived at the room, I was shocked by the layout of the room, which was great! I also saw a fireworks show ➕ fountain ⛲️, and the view on the 21st floor was particularly good! When I left the next day, maybe the child ate something wrong the day before, and vomited all over the hotel elevator. The front desk also promptly cared about whether the child was okay. I stayed at the Matryoshka Hotel for one night on the night of the 22nd. I brought my six-year-old child to travel by myself. I tried the Matryoshka Hotel for the first time in Manzhouli. I will never come again. First, the hotel design is problematic. The whole lobby is dark and there is no sunlight. It is like a big black pot. The key is that if there is no lighting, you can turn on some lights. If you don’t turn on the lights, the lobby is dark and it is really creepy. The whole style is the nouveau riche style. It is indeed a bit like the Venetian Macao, full of the smell of money! Also, this whole design is really not afraid of someone jumping off the building. Standing on the 15th floor, it is a huge deep well! I was impressed by this Mr. Wang, it’s really awesome! Second, the lighting in the room is very poor. It turns out that the Matryoshka Hotel is a circular hotel covered with a huge steel structure, but the dense steel mesh really makes people a little intensive phobia, as if they were imprisoned in a prison. Airtight. In addition to a little Matryoshka feature, there is no other experience. The local driver said that this hotel costs 3,000 to 4,000 yuan per night in the summer peak season. I can't understand it. People in China are really stupid and have a lot of money. Third, the hotel has poor service awareness. The attitude of the front desk is so-so. They didn't explain clearly when they asked where the elevator was. The breakfast is even more so-so. It's not even up to the level of a four-star hotel. There is nothing to eat. There are only small oranges as fruits. There was cantaloupe, but it was gone when I arrived. I almost finished eating cantaloupe, but there was still no cantaloupe. I couldn't help asking the waiter, and the reply was that I could cut it for you now. Haha, it's really possible. Fourth, the hotel said that it can provide free airport pick-up and drop-off, but I forgot when I left. When I checked out with a big suitcase, the front desk didn't remind me at all. Where is this service? Fifth, there is nothing near the hotel, and it is difficult to eat. It's inconvenient

Seriously, who gets it?! After a whole day of sightseeing, I was absolutely exhausted! But as soon as I walked into the room, wow, it was so clean and tidy, like magic! My mood instantly brightened. I immediately flopped onto the bed, and oh my goodness, the bedding was incredibly comfortable! It felt like sinking into a pile of marshmallows – so soft and warm. All the fatigue from a day of exploring just *poof* vanished! I usually have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but here, absolutely no problem. I was so sleepy the moment I hit the bed; it felt like this bed was a 'hypnotic神器' (hypnotic marvel) custom-made for me. What surprised me most was that there's even a kids' play area! My little one went wild as soon as we got there, having the time of their life, laughing so loudly they almost blew the roof off! This hotel really understands what families with kids need; the service is impeccably thoughtful! Definitely a huge thumbs up! 👍🏻

1. I booked this hotel because it is surrounded by the city grassland and Olympic Park. When I checked in at night, I hoped to be arranged to have a room with a view. I left early the next morning and also visited Baotou. I was told that there was no room, and I was arranged to have a room. The view is shown in the last picture. There is nothing else to say. In the morning, there is a lot of noise outside when I open the balcony door, similar to the noise of the air conditioner. So it may be that I didn't encounter the kind of front desk who actively upgraded the room as mentioned in the comments. 2. Not only was there water in the kettle, but the bottom of the kettle was also very dirty, see Figure 4, which is not even as good as ordinary hotels. 3. The door of the bathroom and shower room faces the bed, without any shelter, see Figure 5, it is very inconvenient for the family to take a bath, change clothes and take things. 4. The biggest complaint is that the alarm clock starts ringing at 5:30, and I was disturbed and didn't rest well at all. Even if it was booked by the previous guest, it should be a basic operation to reset the alarm clock when cleaning the room. In summary, I booked a five-star (diamond) rating for the environment, service and facilities, but this hotel is quite disappointing.
