環境：酒店位置極佳，位於十字路口，對面就是王府井購物商城，周圍外賣很多。去機場半個多小時，去西野打車 15 分鐘，去塔爾寺 40 多分鐘，超級方便 服務：服務非常好，特別是前台經理郭欣茹 ，check in 的時候和我們仔細解釋房型/早餐/宵夜等，還主動提供免費升級大床房和免費送一天早餐的服務，太令我們驚喜了。後續住房期間，對我們提出的的地暖温度過高及其他需求，都可以第一時間快速響應，非常主動積極，所有服務人員都很親切有禮貌，人情味足，讓我們對西寧當地人民的熱愛又更喜愛了。 食物：酒店的食物非常令我們驚喜。酒店大堂提供各種免費茶水和點心。自助早餐內容豐富，而且每天還換花樣，中西式都齊全，特別是現煮的熱菜和麪條米粉，太好吃了。全天還免費提供點心（牛奶酸奶/蛋撻/蛋糕等）不限量，以及晚上 9 點之後的宵夜（米線/粥/水果）。入住時送給我們當地特產枸杞 2 包，甚至在平安夜給我們每人準備了包裝精美的大蘋果，真的是大大的驚喜！

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

The Sofitel Residences, despite being ten years old, are still well-maintained. Having a washing machine, fridge, and induction hob makes it convenient to cook a little something. However, the hairdryer and toothbrushes could use an upgrade. The customer service staff are very well-trained. Xiao Quan at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful; hearing we wanted to stir-fry vegetables, she specifically helped us buy a wok! The hotel's location is excellent. The breakfast at the Western restaurant looks a bit dated, but the selection is quite rich. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. Recommended!
