The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. The assistant, Xiaocanghu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. They contacted me in advance, and considering the high-altitude environment, helped prepare a portable oxygen tank after I inquired. They also meticulously informed me about breakfast times, the best spots for sunrise/sunset viewing, and important travel tips, covering every detail. I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's 8:30 PM bonfire party, which had a fantastic atmosphere; I even joined in a Guozhuang dance for a bit. When I asked about sunrise viewing for the next day, the staff kindly reminded me about everything. Although we didn't get to see the sunrise due to rain the next morning, the meticulous service throughout our stay made the trip incredibly rewarding. Plus, the hotel offers a free ******* robe try-on service. The responsible staff member patiently helped us get dressed, styled, and took photos, making for a superb and wonderfully comfortable experience from start to finish.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making it a good place to rest after a day of exploring. The staff who handled my check-in were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, which made the arrival process smooth and enjoyable. A good option for travelers looking for spacious accommodation with the convenience of being connected to the Sofitel facilities.

The hotel is fully equipped and brand new, the hardware facilities are perfect, the environment is clean and comfortable, and the unexpected surprise is that there is a sauna room. After playing, it is steamed. The fatigue has dissipated. The front desk staff took the initiative to upgrade the room type and provided children's supplies. I especially want to commend the gentle young lady at the front desk. Check-in was efficient and welcoming; she was friendly and patient. She even proactively added me on WeChat, and any subsequent questions I had were answered promptly and patiently. Her service was thorough and attentive, making me feel very well taken care of. The restaurant service was also impeccable. The staff were friendly and meticulous, making the dining experience exceptionally comfortable. The hotel also gifted sweet, soft egg tarts and warm, rich milk every day. The desserts were delicious, and the milk was fragrant and tasty. These little surprises each day truly filled me with happiness. Overall, the hotel environment was clean and tidy, and my stay was comfortable and reassuring. There wasn't a single negative point throughout my stay; you could feel the care and warmth everywhere. The service far exceeded that of other hotels in the same price range – it was thoughtful and personalized. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xining. 和家人來自家青甘大環線，欣賞完俄博樑的壯闊，回程的硬化路面也是比較疲憊，當晚選擇入住芒崖，看了看攜程的其他酒店，沒有猶豫直接選擇美豪麗致 第一個：位置優越，算是芒崖中心，周邊餐廳也很多。 第二個：品牌，一天舟車勞頓還是希望有一個比較穩妥的品牌（到了目的地也發現全是芒崖比較大的酒店） 第三個：為前台人員的工作表示認可，態度很好，入住時還為同行人多贈送了早餐，還做了升房。 房間也很整潔，安靜不吵
