I highly recommend flamingo paradise hotel! It very well located, super clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially ALESYA!!!
The breakfast was very delicious and there is a variety of options!
It was somewhat disappointing, because from a four-star hotel I would expect a little more. They have everything needed, but their idea of a double bed is to push two beds together. If there is already a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have some tea or instant coffee provided. The breakfast is decent, and the dinner is nothing extraordinary. It was edible, but I wouldn't say it was truly good.
Beautiful, small hotel next to Karpaz Marina. Spacious rooms with sea-inspired decor and furniture. Nop-notch cleanliness. Free access to hammam, saunas, pool and gym. A'la carte breakfast is huge and tasty, but fresh juice and coffees as payable extra. Can definitely recommend garden view rooms, ideally on top floor.
We had a great stay. The newly refurbished pool area looked great, will be trying it on our next stay.
The traditional Cypriot coffee shop is our favourite, the staff are great.
Breakfast was great,a good choice.
All areas are very clean and all the garden areas are well looked after.
Will be going back in June.
The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years.
We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini.
Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Everything was great apart from one very unpleasant incident. On one evening my wife and 2 year old were asleep in the room and my friend and I were having a late drink in the lobby. Around midnight my wife called me and said two men had come into the room and switched on all the lights, shouting and woke up the baby who was extremely upset as was my wife. The keys to our room were no longer working. I went to the reception quite visibly shaken up by the incident as anything could happen if strange men are allowed access into your room in the middle of the night - there was a quick apology and told it was a mistake they had given someone else our room. For a 5 star hotel I would not expect such a serious error and would have expected something a bit more by way of apology to make up for the incident.

Great
Repeated customer at Adams. The check in was great, free upgrate, the elegance renovated family rooms where lovely with big space and everything with touch buttons. Coffee and tea facilities in room, slippers, toiletries, ironboard. Enough sunbeds for everyone, not allowed reservations with towels before 8:00am. The pools nice and ground areas clean and well maintened. Also the hotel premises and corridors where clean and smelled fresh. Nice flowers at lobby. The breakfast with plenty of choices. The sushi at socci restaurant was great and the prices fair. Glasshouse restaurant and bar with great views and service. Vala beach club with great beach view and nice ambience. Some things need improvement though: -The reception never replied my calls when i had a problem with the tv control in room. -The wc area in the vala beach club was dirty. Also never saw a cleaning lady at beach pool ground premises anyday. - The elevator doors on 3rd floor where dirty with hand stains and never cleaned during my stay. -The beach was dirty during my stay with plastic bags and other human plastics… even a tampon was floating next to me…discusting. The hotel pool attendats should clean the beach everyday. -For the coctails at socci restaurant where not using geniuine brands making them undrinkable. For 13 euros per coctail, i do deserve original rum in my drink. -The service at socci restaurant was incosistent depending which shift was working everyday. The one philippino lady was lovely but the next day the other eastern european waitress never smiled and was very “stiff”. Teach your staff basic customer service pls. -The “fresh” orange juice at breakfast was not fresh at all but sugared orangejuice with water. Unacceptable for a five star hotel. Also the coffee from the maschine was bitter and bad quality. -The glasshouse restaurant is nice but very expensive as every restaurant in the hotel. For a bottle of wine charged triple the price I do deserve at least some peanuts. - At elegance rooms there was nowhere to hang the hand towel except behind the door. More hooks needed next to the sinks. Also at night its difficult to find the switch lights wc button at the electronic lights board. Not everything should be modern, keep things simple. Overall I do liked my stay in general and I will return.
The best beach and sea in the cyprus..like a aquarium, pure clean water like a pool..l do visit this hotel for 10 years left always happy, distances small not like other places like a football stadium walking and walking within the hotel..room, lobby beach. recommend highlt and love this place
The staff was very friendly and makes the guests feel special. The behavior of everyone working at the hotel always made us happy. Although the facility was a little old, both the rooms and common areas were clean. It was pleasing to see that the sun lounger cushions were wiped regularly and the cooking and presentation areas were cleaned thoroughly when the meal time was over. Food variety and taste were quite sufficient. We usually arrived at the restaurant 1 hour after the meal start time and were able to eat as we wanted without waiting in line. We were happy to have alternatives such as freshly cooked products and a surprise Chinese buffet. We were equally pleased with all the bars and pool/beach services. With music and casino, we had a pleasant time without having to leave the hotel. Areas that need improvement are bed comfort and sound and light insulation of the room. Guest relations and housekeeping helped us with the bed, but the beds still need to be renewed and blackout curtains need to be installed in the room for a more comfortable sleep. Adding sound insulation to the doors would also be helpful.
Location was great, close to several beaches. There’s a shuttle that can give you a ride to the nearest one but unfortunately was out of service during my stay - I do recommend Konnos and Fig Tree beaches that are slightly farther. The spa services (e.g. massage, exfoliation & hydration, etc.) were very underwhelming and not worth the price. The bathroom had the previous guest’s hair strands on the shower’s wall and mold in the tile’s crevices - a person was sent to “clean up” after a call to the reception. On the other hand, breakfast was great and inclusive. Pool was nice and the bar was right next to it with drinks and quick snacks (e.g. salads, club sandwiches, wraps, etc). Parking was also accessible and easy. Overall, the stay was good but the cleanliness and spa services should really be focused on by the facility.
Very nice hotel. Super clean everywhere, including pools and cabanad, friendly staff, perfect location - right at the turtle bay (we saw a turtle as well 🙂). Sauna bath didn't work all this stay, but it happens... Amazing breakfast with all variety of food and drinks and very nice dinner (for food only) with plenty of options either and incredible deserts. What could be better? 1. Drinks at dinner are only for a charge, even plain water - a bit strange considering room rates for half-board options. 2. No refilling options for water. Hotel supplies 2 bottles daily which is great, but I believe that 2 reusable bottles with refilling station(s) will be more environmental friendly (or even more profitable for hotel in the long term).
Overall an excellent trip. We requested an interconnecting room which they couldn’t guarantee until arrival. Location is good if you want to avoid the crowds. Pretty good for families.
We were very happy with the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms nice and clean. The breakfast was good but could be better, especially fresh fruit salad and more bread varieties would be good. We can only recommend the Evalena. Price/performance is right.
