I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.

We had a fantastic relaxing one night stay. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The food in the Scotts bar was amazing. And the staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back again. The use of the spa facilities and towels was an added bonus.

Genting Hotel is a highly rated hotel known for its excellent location, modern rooms, and direct access to Resorts World, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. We had a really pleasant stay. It's a very clean hotel and all the staff are friendly especially the cleaning team who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We upgraded to the room that had AC on arrival and unfortunately it did not work. We informed the team immediately and they supplied us with a fan. Our room was unbearably hot, we couldn't spend any more than half an hour getting changed or relaxing due to the intense heat. We were told someone would be out to fix the AC the following morning of our first day, which they didn't and we were not provided with a new room until our last night. We fully understand that the hotel was full but we paid for an upgrade we did not get to use and were not offered a refund or solution. The breakfast was brilliant with good vegetarian options and the pool was clean with towels supplied. The burgundy bar was excellent with well priced drinks and excellent lunch options.

We were allocated room on ground floor, unfortunately the bathroom is only bathtub. There is no shower at all. The staff did not know about this when we report it. Internet is fast. The bed is okay. The room is smell like someone had a smoking before and not treated properly.

The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had a lovely large shower. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was delicious and hot, buffet style with cereals and pastries too.

Very good location. Nice rooms and very comfy bed.  Didn’t make use of breakfast so can’t comment about that.  Staff were incredibly kind, courteous and helpful.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There are no good transportation facilities, supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. You need to walk for a while to reach the bus station and restaurants. The hotel's front desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel did not provide comprehensive equipment, such as slippers and hairdryers.
