I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
Everything was good, but the air conditioning felt hot. The room temperature was around 28-30 degrees Celsius even though the AC remote was set to 16 and the fan speed was at its highest. It only started to feel a bit cool towards dawn. Both rooms had the same issue.
Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike š .
For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food.
Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped šš». The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge.
Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull.
Would I come back? No, once was enough šš»š
Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure š¤ didnt bring any ruler.
Breakfast was good, i like their croissant.
Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water.
Staff was friendly,
Surprisingly they have āmini market kejujuranā (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel,
and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try.
Walking distance to braga street,
I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm.
I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me š (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done.
Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful.
Overall was a good stay.
Love the glamping experience.. a peaceful and comfortable stay with a nice view. The room has all that you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the access route to the location is quite tricky but we have an experienced local driver and the hotel provided us with clear instructions on how to get there (we arrived very early morning). Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent with a nice view. The only cons is the flies at the breakfast area, which makes dining in a bit annoying with the flies. Other than that. Its a plus.
For the price ab excellent place. But biggest feedback is that the WiFi signal only reaches the hallway and not until the rooms itself (at least on the 5th floor, where I stayed). But overall a fine place.
Pros:
+ The place looks beautiful and has a beautiful view, but the trees in the hotel block most of the view.
+ The staff are very friendly and speak English.
+ Good value for the money.
Cons:
- The place is averagely clean, but not very clean. The corners of the room, as well as the wooden stairs in the bathroom, are unkempt. The toilet has yellow water stains.
- The bed sheets and covers are old and have many stains. The duvet cover is much larger than the duvet. It's shameful that a hotel of this stature can't provide decent duvet covers.
- The windows don't open, and the room feels stuffy.
- The breakfast, in my opinion, is poor because I smelled something bad. The noodles, cupcakes, and waffles, except for the fried rice and soup, made me unable to eat anything at breakfast.
-Room is clean and it has a decent vibe
-I got a work emergency and I needed a bit more time in the room. The receptions granted me free late checkout.
-Breakfast is abundant but some dishes could be too greasy.
-The hotel is attached to a mall. Shopping and dining out are super easy.

Jjoanlee16Pros: The pool is heated. The restaurant has unbeatable views.
Cons: This is a major drawback. On weekdays, the kids' facilities like horseback riding and mini off-road vehicles are all unavailable! The Chinese restaurant is also closed. So, what's a family-friendly hotel on weekends becomes just a business hotel on weekdays.
Suggestion: These conditions should be clearly stated on the homepage!
JJieyicaoThis hotel offers great value for money! The service was excellent, from the front desk and doormen to the restaurant staff. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is located in the city center, so the immediate surroundings are a bit average. However, it's within walking distance to Braga Street. They also offer very reasonably priced dinner buffet and room service packages. Considering that outside restaurants might not be very hygienic, we chose to have all three meals at the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay!
SSeeMay LThe Cordella Hotel in Cirebon offers a luxurious retreat with impeccable service. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with elegance and warmth. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and designed for comfort. The hotel's facilities, including the pool and fitness center, provide ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Dining options are diverse, catering to various tastes, and the culinary experience is exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's central location makes it convenient for exploring Cirebon's attractions. Overall, the Cordella Hotel exceeds expectations with its attention to detail, excellent amenities, and commitment to guest satisfaction, ensuring a memorable stay.
GGuest UserOur room was upgraded to grand deluxe and it was very spatious. The service was great, all the staffs are very friendly and polite. Aldiansyah was very attentive, so kudos to him. At first, there were some input error, so supposedly our cards to the room should work for 2 nights, but only registered as one, but staff worked very fast and delivered the new cards to our room immediately. Breakfast were great, especially the fritters and the tofu coated with some red sauce. Plenty of options also from indonesian and western food. No iron at room, but you can ask for it and they will deliver it to your room. No shaver, Some slight smell in the bathroom, but nevertheless it was a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), youāre entitled to use facilities that work properly and safelyāāgoods and/or servicesā¦must be fit for their intended useā. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if āall locksā share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, close to major attractions and easy to access. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in and when we needed assistance. The breakfast options were decent, though there could be more variety.
One downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, and there was some noise from outside at night. Overall, itās a good value for the price and I would consider staying here again
