The only downside was the breakfast; there were too many Indonesian food options compared to international ones. Even for Indonesian food, they didn't have Indomie, which is something I found at Swiss-Bel Solo, along with pasta. Also, the egg counter here isn't easily accessible to guests; it's tucked away behind the main counter. The bathroom mat was also too thin. After one guest showers, it gets completely soaked, making it useless for the next guest. Overall, though, it's pretty good! 👍👍👍👍👍

No complaints throughout my stay. Room was clean, complete amenities and even provided non slip mat and extra slippers as requested. Queued for a while to check in tho. Fully quipped gym. Breakfast at semeja had good variety. Took a while for jamu to be fully refilled though. Had dinner at monomono, yummy and value for money dinner set and wonderful attentive service by Ramdan who made the visit extra special. Would love to return someday.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. The hotel itself is very cozy, with a pleasant scent that made the atmosphere even more relaxing and enjoyable. The food was also excellent—every meal we had was delicious and well-prepared. It definitely added to the overall great experience. We would especially like to commend one staff member ALDI RUSTANDI who stood out during our stay. He was exceptionally helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

didnt take pics of hotels or rooms. Incident started when room type weve reserved was full-booked and they upgraded to room that they said was bigger. But when we arrived, it wasnt queen bed as requested (single beds were pushed together to the middle) and smells so bad like sweat or damp towels and body odor mixed. Called reception, they tried to convinced us, but unfortunately couldnt stand the smell, asking again to the reception desk and sent to new room which was an upgraded one, they said. It was bigger. Bath tub couldnt be used since it leaked. Food was okay. Tasted bold. Staffs were nice. Overall handled okay.

This hotel located at a very convenient area especially for culinary. Front desk service was uneventfull and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and setup as requested at booking. Amenities complete as expected from the scale of this hotel. Ac, hotwater and water kennel worked perfectly. Small problem with plumbing in the raiser of the hotel, for some reason pipes were ratling when neighbor were using their water. It was rather loud especially in quite room. Parking can be challenging when arriving during rain, as covered parking is very limited. Overall, I have stayed here several times, and no complain each stays.

We love Pullman Bandung We stayed for few days with family. Prior departure we request room at the same level. The breakfast at 17th floor was wonderful. Housekeeping staff are excellent. One time we left our place in a mess in the evening and one of the staff offer to clean our room which make us very happy after long day at work. Have no chance to try the gym, pool was too cold when we came. I also have a good experience with front office who helped me store my breastmilk, make my life less worried when travel with baby. The fact that it is close with government building, any big events will affect the hotel in a good an bad way. The rose garden is awesome.

This hotel in the Dago area has a bathtub in every room. The view from the Grand Deluxe room type is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool is warm, but only lukewarm. For breakfast, there aren't enough varieties for a 4-star hotel, and the taste still needs a lot of improvement. The donuts, though, are delicious! Hopefully, next time I return, the breakfast will have more variety and better flavor.

This is always my go-to hotel when I’m visiting. Plenty of malls and food options nearby. The rooms itself are well maintained and in good condition. The TV has access to basic free channels but nothing premium, so there is no Premier League, etc. The only flaw is the hot water, where the water isn’t hot enough.

The last time we were at R Rancamaya was many years ago before covid. And after years, it is still quite good and bringing back many memories. The room is definitely needs upgrading or renovating to newer and more clean look. The buffet restaurant is great. And the animal park is definitely a must go to in the morning, after breakfast.

It was pretty decent, but because it's new, the service isn't quite up to par yet. I got a room at the very end of the hall, and there was still construction going on, so it was noisy with the workers. Also, the bathroom door in my room was hard to close, so I had to call maintenance and waited 1.5 hours for them to fix the door. There was no offer to move me to another room, so a lot of our time was wasted. Other than that, it was okay. The staff was so-so, not very proactive. The bellboy wouldn't grab our luggage unless we asked. Maybe it's because it's new, hopefully, they can improve.
