This hotel is very popular among Thai travelers. It’s conveniently located not far from the IFS building, making it a great base for exploring the area. The room is comfortable and well-equipped, including a hairdryer, which is always a plus. The bathroom is nicely designed with separate wet and dry zones, which helps keep everything clean and tidy. They also offer luggage storage, which is very helpful if you arrive early or have a late departure.

Our stay at Yushe Yunshan Designer Hot Spring Hotel, nestled near the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Visitor Centre, was nothing short of exceptional. It earned a well-deserved 5-star rating! From the moment we arrived for our one-night stay, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s design is stunning, blending modern elegance with local charm to create a cosy yet luxurious atmosphere. Our room was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, offering a perfect retreat after a day exploring Jiuzhaigou. The hot spring facilities were a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that made our stay truly special. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service, particularly from 小刘同学. Their attentiveness, genuine kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel so welcomed and cared for. They ensured every detail of our stay was perfect, from check-in to addressing our questions with a smile. To top it all off, the hotel generously provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The spread was diverse, fresh, and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. Yushe Yunshan Designer Hot Spring Hotel exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou! Thank you, 小刘同学, and the entire team for an unforgettable stay!

For the cost every night, booking here to solo visit Chengdu is extremely worth it. It is about a 7-8 minute walk from the subway, which can get you to about every nearby attraction you want (exceptions being mountains, larger streets, etc) There is also a huge mall and plenty of street food right outside the hotel one street over. Truly a great and experience for an extremely reasonable price.

This hotel is just walking distance from the airport, I have a 7 hours of transit time so I just want to take a shower and refresh myself. The room is spacious. Toilet is separate from the shower, there's a door to the shower, but it is just an ordinary glass door, may not have any privacy if you're travelling with a friend. Bed is comfy, bath robe is comfy, but room was too warm. There's no cooling function of the Aircon during winter, I am not sure if it is winter or spring as I travelled in mid April. Basic amenities like tooth brush and even comb are provided. Breakfast is mostly spicy, but tolerable. This is the first day of my travel and I do not wish to upset my stomach so I ate only cereal and milk. It is surprising that not many hotels in China provides milk for breakfast so this is a plus. Receptionist was friendly. Overall, a great hotel for travellers who are having a transit at the airport.

Part of Longemont chain of hotels so all amenities like pool, gym and spa are shared. Love the fact that you can directly from your room, all the way to Chengdudong station without ever leaving the hotel, although it takes some exploration. Received free upgrade so thanks to the team. You get the view of HSRs so that’s fun. Black tea, coffee, creamer and refrigerator are not provided in the room but that’s a common occurrence in China and HK.

The location is great and can access to many places via mrt. We love that the hotel is in a resident area where it is not so touristy and get to enjoy the local food (where local eat). Overall the service from the hotel is great and they are vry attentive. Definitely next time if we travel again as family we will stay here. Anyway small remark to hotel. Even though we stay in non smoking floor and room. But somehow we can still detect ppl smoking. Not sure it is because the ac is centralised and some floors are allowed for smoking, so there are still some smell. Overall we are happy with our stay☺️

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chengdu and had a generally positive experience. The location was excellent—centrally situated with easy access to the metro, local eateries, and major attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. It made getting around the city simple and efficient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and quiet, with all the essentials provided for a restful stay. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The only issue was the service, which, while not terrible, was a bit underwhelming. Staff seemed somewhat indifferent and occasionally slow to respond to requests. There was a lack of attention to detail at the front desk, and communication could have been more professional. Nothing major went wrong, but the overall service didn’t quite match the quality of the hotel’s facilities. Still, for the price and location, it was a solid choice and offered good value. I’d recommend it to travelers who prioritize comfort and convenience, but with the caveat that service may not be as polished as expected.

Three of us checked in late on our first night and were warmly welcomed by a lovely lady named Pitiless, who greeted us with a warm smile. After check-in, she sent us a list of recommended restaurants and local attractions to try, which was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy. The hotel is conveniently located near most of the attractions we had planned to visit, which made getting around easy. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn’t quite to our taste.

This hotel is I a very busy popular areas and easy to access foods and entertainments. But it is lacking of refrigerator in the room I stay. The hotel is not accessible by driving the car to the front of the hotel.. so if you have a few luggage’s then you would run into problems of getting the luggage to the hotel. Hotel front desk did not provide the taxi driver to drive to the location closest to the hotel; which is a small alley road leading to the side of the building of the hotel close to Lawson grocery store. After reviewing the possible route to get this location closest to the hotel, I found one grocery store and small restaurant that one could refer to as the drop off point to arrive at the hotel.

Tten.ten.2020Coming here again in the spring, this inn remains the highlight of my trip. Imagine having had a rough trip: the cold, intense population density, and tough business meetings. Weary, you get off a late flight with sore legs. You trudge over to the inn, turning the final corner into its warm lights, past the usual check-in time. You have no idea how things could go; some hotel receptions can be rather unpleasant. Your first brush with Xishu is its simple double glass doors, and the sight of a giant panda statue. You totter past it gingerly, unsure if anyone is awake at such a late hour. Ah. But someone is. A youthful girl smiles gently at you over the counter, ”Hello. Check in?” You smile awkwardly, unsure, ”Yes, I know it's late...” ”No,” She responds softly, ”It's ok. Could I get your passport?” There wasn't a fuss. She smiles and gets to work quietly, clicking away. You set your luggage down and look around. Behind you, you notice the little courtyard, a cultural icon of traditional chinese architecture. A small fountain sputters, fairy lights are strung above for the spring festival, casting a surreal ambience over everything. Wind chimes jingle faintly. You draw a breath at it all. Small tables and chairs are laid out, welcoming you. ”Your room key,” You turn around to see the youthful girl at the counter smiling gently with a keycard. She briefs you in the same calming tone; wifi, breakfast, washing machines, and even a map of attractions all planned out. You thank her, reminded of your travel fatigue, and head on up. Your footsteps are dampened by carpet, going in hallways of soothing chinese wooden interior designs. The inn is quiet at this hour, unlike the large hotels that have kids or travel groups. You tap your keycard to get in your room... And a small welcome basket awaits you. Apples and oranges, sweets, tiny little spicy sichuan snacks. The aesthetic of the room remains faithful to the inn, throwing you back down the memory lane... to Japanese ryokans, to Bali's traditional guest villas, or to vacation cottages in Europe. But something is a little different. Instead of stripping technology and modern convenience, this inn has woven it into its design. Air conditioning has been set for you. Smart toilet seats detect your presence and keep itself clean. Shower buttons are easy to understand, with a single easily controllable hot water lever. Even the mirror at the bathroom sink detects your presence and lights up, with a heating coil that prevents it from fogging on mornings. You wash up. Sleep. The next day, you wake for breakfast, barely after the sun had broken the steel gray of dawn, now you witness the inn's courtyard in the day. Nobody is seated outside yet in such low temperatures, but you take a moment to look around and just soak in the ambience. Uninterrupted. When you finally turn towards reception, you notice a pair youthful girls at the counter. Both quietly smiling and unassuming. Calming, instead of the forced professionalism at other hotels. There's something real here. A sincerity. A genuine kindness that permeates, perhaps from proximity to the monastery? Perhaps the unique historic district? Perhaps the owner and managers made it this way. The girls check your breakfast options again, in case you might have changed your mind. You totter into the resturant, barely awake, but a fresh cup of nespresso hits you quickly, a familiar aroma from home in a land 12,000km away from home. And then fruits. Milk. Toast bread. Butter! Sichuan noodles in the morning. Exotic dumplings. Eggs sunny side up. By the time breakfast is done, you know you will be returning here again. And again. I have. I've made friends with the hotel staff. I hope you will too. And if you love the people and place as much as I do, I hope you, too, will give it your best shot. If you've read this far, I hope we meet in this distant land. Some day.

GGuest UserFrom the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the professional and warm service of the boss. The boss was efficient in reception and had a friendly smile. Seeing that we brought our children, we upgraded to a loft room for free, and the two children loved it. The breakfast prepared by the boss's wife was also very delicious. 🛏️About the room: • The bedding is comfortable and it feels like sleeping in the clouds • The bathroom facilities are high-end and modern, and the water pressure and water temperature are stable • The intelligent control system is convenient and efficient • Excellent sound insulation to ensure quality sleep 📍The location is excellent, and the surrounding dining and shopping are convenient. When checking out, the staff also took the initiative to ask about the stay experience. This attitude of paying attention to guest feedback is admirable. I have strongly recommended it to my relatives and friends, and I will definitely choose your hotel again next time!

GGuest UserThe name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain. The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view. ---- Details ---- In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful! The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it. They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help. The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke. The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period. ---- Services ---- The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch! ---- A Lovely Experience ---- The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹 ---- Conclusion ---- If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!

AAnonymous UserA little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

LLiJian93The service in this hotel is seriously exceptional. I would confidently says this is the best service I ever experience in all my hotel stays even to reknown 5 stars hotel. It makes me feel super homely and welcome whenever I enter the premise. I would first like to sincerely thanks every single staff that I have met during my stay, and I seriously meant everyone from the front desk especially 小灵 and 小岚, other ground staff which i didn't manage to get their name, the manager (I assume she is higher ranking as she is wearing a black suit, but i didnt get her name), restaurant staff, night staff and housekeeping. 谢谢. Some example of the excellent service I experienced:- 1. When we first arrived, this is actually our last hotel in Chengdu before our 12 days holiday ends, which means we actually have a lot of bags and heavy luggages. When our car drove in, the staff immediately came and assist us with unloading our luggages to the lobby. This is a first to us compared to all the hotel we have stays in the past few days. That was seriously a good start giving me a full confidence to the stay. 2. Check in was super smooth and explanation was good. Even inform me regarding the wechat service if I ever have any queries, I can reach them there (reply was super duper fast and action was promptly taken too during my queries 🙏). 3. The ground staff even helps us with the luggage right after check in and show us around the hotel while showing us the way to our room after I feel a little loss asking which direction should I go for the room. 4. Housekeeping was good too. Room is super duper clean and everything was in place! even help me place a temporary curtain cover when I mention about the privacy of a small window, asking if it is able to be covered and she immediately came over and solve it for me. 5. One night when I came back quite late which I decided to take a cab. When I came out from the cab with a huge bag, a senior male staff who was holding a water hose cleaning the surrounding floor saw me. He immediately stop the water and came over rushing offring to help me. I was seriously touched by this action too. Thank you. 6. Checking out was the same too. All their services are really consistent with all their staff. There is just so many more to mentioned but I will leave it at that. As for the room, it is super duper comfy too and exactly as mentioned! I had a super good rest after all the past days exploring and I feel recharge. The bed is comfy, aircon is very cold, shower pressure is really strong and the toilet has smart control + bidet. This makes the Malaysian in me super happy. The room is smart control too, meaning you can voice command to control the curtain and lighting or even the air conditioning. Breakfast was good too. Variety may not be as many as my other hotel but the taste is good. And the afternoon snack is a good touch too that I am thankful. Free self service laundry room is provided as well for those who needs to wash clothes and has dryer too. Detergent is provided 💕. Location wise is good too. Surrounded by food just right across the street and a train station just 5 mins walk away. There maybe some short fall like the lack of dry storage in the shower area as the design is dry wet type of bathroom but I think this is a small matter and the service makes up for everything. I highly recommend it to others and will be back to stay in the future if i ever come to chengdu. 100% my first choice now.

SSigina(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road. 2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm. 3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best. 4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible. 5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.
