English: We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight, but we wish we could have stayed longer. The room for two people was not very large, but it was very cozy and lovely. There is an open rooftop on the 14th floor with a beautiful view. The room has everything you need. The reception staff were very helpful and answered our questions quickly. Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.

Arriving late at night, this hotel was super convenient as it's right inside the airport. It was only about a 10-minute walk after getting off the plane. The breakfast had a great variety, both Chinese and Western options. The environment was lovely and comfortable. Definitely worth staying here.

I stayed on the 34th floor, and the windows were spotlessly clean, offering a wide, unobstructed view. While some wall surfaces in the room and bathroom fixtures showed a bit of age, and there were slight signs of wear in a few corners, overall, the spectacular view, convenient location, and excellent service completely made up for these minor flaws. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to 9th Street, making it perfect for travelers who enjoy nightlife, bars, or evening activities, with many popular spots within walking distance. I must also give a special shout-out to the concierge and front desk service team. The staff, especially the female members, were all very kind, enthusiastic, and eager to help. They not only assisted with laundry service but also helped deliver my online shopping packages and food delivery to the room. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, truly making me feel at home. What I particularly liked was that the hotel provided laundry service instead of making guests use self-service washing machines, which was a very thoughtful touch and significantly enhanced the stay experience. However, there are a few things to note. There are several sets of stairs from the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you're carrying large luggage, you might need to put in some effort to carry it up. It's advisable to be prepared for this before checking in. Additionally, the room interior features a multi-level design with steps in some areas. For someone like me who can be a bit forgetful and prone to zoning out when getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, extra caution is needed regarding footing. I accidentally stumbled several times when going to the bathroom at night 🤣. While the design is unique, guests with mobility issues or those prone to tripping might need to be extra careful. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent service, outstanding views, and a convenient location. Although some of the hardware facilities show signs of age, and there are stairs and indoor steps to be aware of, the attentive service team, comfortable bedding, stunning night views, and superb location made it feel very worthwhile. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

Nestled quietly on the outskirts of Langzhai Village, this hotel offers a prime location. It's just a short walk of a few dozen meters to the main road, and cross the street, you're at the gorgeous Huameishengdi. The location is truly excellent. Even before arrival, I was added to a service group, where all my questions regarding check-in and travel received immediate responses. The assistant manager, Danzeng, provided travel advice early on, and on the first night, the manager, Puncuo, even gave a detailed itinerary planning for Jiuzhaigou. Every day, Zaxi, the shuttle driver, and Ms. Namu, were incredibly warm and helpful with transfers. The restaurant's breakfast rice noodles were delicious, and the dinner featuring cured meats, sausages, and pork trotters was outstanding. The private car they arranged was in excellent condition, and the driver was skilled and steady. Right next door to the guesthouse is Daji Temple, and the temple cats frequently wander into the guesthouse – they're super friendly and love to be petted and cuddled!

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends.
