The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better.

The location is great, right on Chunxi Road. It's on one floor of a 20-story building, sharing it with other hostels. The elevator is outside the lobby and doesn't require a room key, so delivery drivers can go up freely, which is a bit concerning for safety. The room itself is cramped, with no table, so you have to eat on the TV stand. It feels more like those 50-yuan guesthouses near the airport, not the quality you'd expect from a chain hotel. However, considering the excellent location, it's just okay, neither good nor bad. It's probably best for single travelers; you'd likely get into an argument if you brought a girlfriend here.

I stayed for 4 days and overall, I was very satisfied. The room was clean, the hotel isn't far from the subway station, and it's quiet at night. The lady at the front desk was very kind; she recommended some places to visit and even upgraded my room for free. Plus, the panda plushies sold at the hotel are a great deal, much cheaper than in stores, and you don't have to worry about fakes. I was so happy to take a big flowery one home! The only downside was that the elevator was out of order for 2 days. Living on the 8th floor, it was really tiring having to carry all my bags upstairs. When I checked out, the front desk lady gave me a panda headband, which was a small comfort. I'd also like to offer some feedback: the washing machine hours from 9 AM to 9 PM are very inconvenient. As a solo traveler, I'm usually out before 9 AM and don't get back to the hotel until after 9 PM. Waiting for laundry to finish washing and drying in the morning would make me very late for my plans, so it's a real dilemma.

I was traveling solo this time and stayed for five consecutive nights. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just about 300 meters from Luomashi subway station. It's also a short walk to Chunxi Road, Tianfu Square, and People's Park – perfect for a leisurely stroll. Dining options downstairs are fantastic, with everything from upscale to budget-friendly restaurants and street-side eateries. I slept really well at night.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, this is the 3rd room type I booked. I loved the smart toilet. Room is really spacious and clean. I could open up my large and medium luggages in the room through my stay, and still have space to walk about. There is a foot bath in the room, but we did not have time to enjoy at all. Bath is hot enough for the cold weather, and water pressure is strong. The pillows were firm, and comfortable. The only thing we did not like was the steps in the room. But they did have warning signs about them. The front desk lady -Xiao Pan is very helpful and friendly. We can communicate with her on wechat constantly, and she would give updates.

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport, which makes it very convenient. We stayed here because we had an early morning flight the next day. They provide free airport transport and the shuttle leaves on time, which really matters when you are catching a flight. The place is mainly meant for an overnight stay before flying out. It is clean, comfortable, and has all the basic amenities you need. Nearby there is a restaurant, a small shop, and a mini convenience store, which is more than enough to get through the night before heading to the airport.

Staying here was so comfortable! The cats at the hotel are adorable! The staff provided excellent service, and we could even share meals together – the food was absolutely delicious! The room was clean and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The environment is lovely; sitting on the rooftop is so peaceful, and I really enjoyed listening to the rain from there!

I highly recommend the Mercure Chengdu Tai Koo Li Chunxi. It's located right in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from popular attractions like Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road pedestrian street, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The smart toilet and mini-bar are also excellent. The restaurant offers a buffet with over 70 dishes, a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, including local Chengdu snacks like Dan Dan Noodles and Zhong Dumplings, plus complimentary ice cream. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and welcoming, and they even provide a welcome fruit platter upon check-in. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Chengdu!

The front desk staff smiled and processed our check-in quickly, making the whole process efficient and welcoming. Any requests we had during our stay were promptly addressed after a quick phone call. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this is an excellent choice. I've already added it to my favorites and will definitely stay here again next time!

Super friendly staff and a great location with many nice free snacks. The rooms are wide and spacious, and the wifi is decent. The location is about a 10 minute walk to the main shopping streets, with plenty of food options nearby, including 24 hour food and drinking places. The rooms are clean and everything feels well managed. The staff are professional and very helpful. The only downside is that there can be a long queue for the lift at certain times of the day, but overall the experience is very good.
