The hotel was located in the town centre by the river. It’s close to pubs and eateries places. We had tried few local famous food like the 串串，beef soup, sweet duck, handmade steam dumplings and dim sum, within the walking distance from the hotel. We stayed here for a night after visiting Oriental Buddha park and Leshan Grand Buddha. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Shower area and toilet are big and separated. However the elevator was small and we didn’t feel comfortable when taking the elevator.

great location. walking distance to center. lots of restaurants and shopping around. the only thing is the hotel elevator is outside the door not inside hotel. I did not like when the front desk lady urged me to give 5 stars as review by giving me small souvenir. I want to give honest review because I rely on the reviews on trip.com for my hotel choices this hotel is good bargain.

I am very happy with the hotel, close to the attraction and the metro station is strategic. Room very clean and with a lot of stuff. Reception very friendly. Close by a shop and walking distance a lot of place where to eat. Also received a nice gift as a memory :)

the hotel staff is very pleasant and always there for any help. the room is clean and has a wonderful view of the city. the park in the building is beautiful and within the building there is a basketball court, swimming pool, spa, gym. the location is great, it is connected to the metro station from which you can go anywhere

I booked this hotel for a business trip because it was close to the conference venue and the pictures looked clean. It turned out to be unexpectedly comfortable. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite complete. It would be perfect if the shower had a rain showerhead. I liked that the toilet and shower were separate, which saved time when sharing a room with a colleague. **Hygiene:** It was very clean; the sheets and duvet cover were freshly changed. **Environment:** The hotel is divided into three floors. The 3rd floor is for check-in and has larger rooms, while the 13th and 14th floors also have rooms. On my first day, I stayed on the 14th floor alone and it even had a balcony. It would be lovely to sit out there when the weather isn't cold. The restaurant is also on the 114th floor. **Service:** The staff here are very attentive; they remembered everything I mentioned and even reminded me about things. They also offered afternoon tea, and there was tea provided in the room. It was genuinely very good.

It's pretty good. It's close to the airport and offers shuttle service, which is a plus. Tianfu International Airport shuttle service: The airport shuttle is convenient. Extended 3-day parking after check-out: I didn't drive. Soundproof earplugs: They provided earplugs, which helped a lot, otherwise it would have been a bit noisy. Luckily, I could get them.

Staying here was so comfortable! The cats at the hotel are adorable! The staff provided excellent service, and we could even share meals together – the food was absolutely delicious! The room was clean and well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The environment is lovely; sitting on the rooftop is so peaceful, and I really enjoyed listening to the rain from there!

As soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm cup of tea, instantly easing the fatigue from my journey. The front desk staff was incredibly efficient; check-in took less than five minutes. They even proactively added me on WeChat, not only sharing business restaurants near Chunxi Road but also thoughtfully recommending nearby printing shops and cafes. The room was clean and quiet, and the free laundry service was a lifesaver for a business traveler. The afternoon tea each day was an unexpected delight – Haagen-Dazs ice cream paired with rich coffee. Having that after work was an instant pick-me-up. The hotel is super close to the subway station, making commuting and getting things done very convenient. For this value for money in Chunxi Road, it's truly hard to beat. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business!

Clean. 1. There's a self-service washer and dryer, tried it, and it worked well. 2. The front desk helped me print something, much appreciated. 3. There's a small slide and a tiny swing, which my 3-year-old loved. 4. You can order takeout, and the front desk robot delivers it to your room. I stayed on the 2nd floor, I prefer lower floors. The first floor has a restaurant, but it's not noisy. The stay was quite good. Facilities are new, no strange odors, and the TV quickly tunes into channels. No smoke smell in the hotel, and the environment is very peaceful. The service was attentive, thank you.

I initially booked for two nights due to an error with my booking service booking me into a Hotel that didn’t take foreigner’s, I found this place on Trip and immediately felt like I had arrived at where I should be. The reception staff were very attentive to me needs and did all they could to be helpful. The room was great and very comfortable the bed was just right. Breakfast is a good selection of Chinese and European foods, it really suited me to be able to try a lot of different flavours. The laundry service is provided free and they also have a small gymnasium.
