It was 1 people, but it was comfortable in a large room.
The breakfast was delicious.
I was able to relax while listening to the sound of the waves and the accent of birds.
Very good hotel, I will definitely book this hotel next time if I have the opportunity, the price is very suitable and good. The location of the hotel is also very good👍👍👍
The hotel is very large and has a spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast with ipodroom view ...very special as a situation.
Interior parking and friendly staff and available.
The only neo outdoor pool opening from 1 June and with 27 degrees there was a bathroom
Upgraded to Junior Suite, breakfast is excellent, the farm-to-table philosophy truly shines here. However , at dinner , while the atmosphere and service were exceptional, I found the steak to be a bit underwhelming. That being said, the staff were very attentive and sent ice cream to our suite. I’m sure this was just a one-off and I would still consider returning for another dishes in the future.

Mercure hotel although out of Ortigia out town enjoys a very nice location next to the archeological site and next to regional bus stops that take you to cities like Noto.
The pool on the rooftop is clean and well maintained and the reception is nice and welcoming.
The rooms are cool with floor to ceiling window bays and the breakfast on the rooftop is heavenly especially with the fresh ricotta and cannelloni.
This is for me the must be in hotel when in Siracusa.

Very Good
I think the evaluation of the location varies depending on the purpose, but it was good for me. The wide open space in the suburbs felt good. The hotel was new and there were no problems. The staff were very helpful and I was grateful to be able to take a day trip to Valletta.
Wonderful & romantic location. Friendly and professional staff. Special praise to Miguel and all the catering guys. Nice, efficient and smart. The cleaning ladies and all the staff who manage the sunbeds and the beach area are very kind. Top breakfast & lunch! Congratulations also to Mr. Daniele at reception, very quick in managing problem solving. In the end…we extended our stay.
We had a fantastic stay! Francesco was very helpful and highly recommend a stay at Fiveplace. The beds were very comfortable with a perfect location you couldn’t ask for more. Thank you.
We stayed for 2 nights and kind of got a different experience on both nights. It was in the summer time during weekday stay. On the first evening we ate at the restaurant and it was very good set menu and food. There was also a party in house. So we decided to eat again the next dinner but turned out we were the only guest staying that night and were the only one dining in…. So food was not so great compared to night before.ore basic and simple dishes. But it’s understandable, when the chef has to prepare meal just for us…. The place is busier in the weekend with locals. And some days the pool is packed with people who joined for the day-pass. Activities advertised on Facebook for children are also mostly on the weekend.. again we had a baby and felt a bit disappointing while we were there for the lack of activities during the weekday. The grounds are lovely tho, garden, vineyards, olive trees, swimming pool.
Hotel with an amazing view! A had a room with sea view and balcony. There is an amazing view to the Ionic sea and Etna from the balcony. The hotel also have a pool and spa zone. A very good place to relax!
We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!
An oasis in an otherwise average Village mosse. Is on the SR 115 which seems to be the road that takes you everywhere in Southern Sicilly. The location is great for the Valley of the Temples and a visit to old Agrigento. The room was excellent and it was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfy. Other than a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom on arrival which went away after we’d used it and a noisy fridge that kept disturbed our sleep a bit the place was excellent. We had a small balcony outside to sit and relax in the evening. Owner ran us through the access instructions on arrival and was available should you need advice or help. Breakfasts were available but we did not take up the option. Happy to recommend a stay to anyone
The hotel is really nicely located with a view to Mount Etna, also with an outside swimming pool area. Rooms were spacious and absolutely clean. Service at reception was excellent while bar and restaurant service could be sometimes a little bit faster and more professional. What we did not appreciate: We followed an invitation of the hotel restaurant for a full Saturday night dinner menu, which should be accompanied by a live saxophonist. But when the saxophonist did not appear we were informed they copied the invitation just from two weeks ago. At least we would have expected some sort of professional apologies and set-off because we wouldn´t have stayed for dinner if we had known in advance. Photo: from swimming pool area to Mount Etna
