Love all about this hotel..friendly staff, superb clean room,great location to theme park, etc..i have put remarks that we stay for my kids birthday, then hotel give towel cake decoration with balloon..first time receive special treatment like this without any charges..tq all staff lost world hotel tambun..definately will come back after shopping mall open💃🏻

The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

Thank you for bringing Bali to Ipoh without us buying ticket flights 🤭 the stay was lovely, suitable for anyone who’s looking for tranquility but still near to the town. Since our room was upgraded to the garden view room, the experience was top notch (and bigger Koi too! 😂) 10/10 would repeat again if we ever got to go Ipoh again.

A beautiful and peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat offers breathtaking scenery, privacy, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. The villa was elegant and comfortable, and the hot spring facilities were exceptional. What made the stay even better was the staff — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!

Had a good stay at Grand Court Hotel. The location is quiet with easy access to many tourist spots and local food. While the hotel is a bit dated and could use some upgrading, the overall experience was great!

Here is why I can’t stop raving about it: • The Private Onsen: This is the absolute highlight. Having a private hot spring tub right on the balcony is an experience you usually pay premium hotel prices for. Soaking in the natural geothermal water while looking out at the majestic limestone hills was incredibly rejuvenating. It is the perfect way to unwind. • The View: Waking up to the view of the greenery and the misty hills is breathtaking. It feels like a retreat far away from the city, yet it is so accessible. • The Apartment: The unit managed by IWH was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated. The beds were hotel-quality comfortable (I slept like a baby!), and the amenities provided—from high-speed WiFi to the kitchenette—made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. • Location: You are practically right next door to the Sunway Lost World of Tambun. It’s incredibly convenient if you are visiting the theme park. Plus, there are plenty of food options and a grocery store nearby. • The Service: The IWH team was fantastic. Very good place for relax, nice view and join some interesting excursions. I choose the least expensive rooms but the room is big and cozy. Friendly staff. But maybe can still add some more facilities like badminton court and pickleball court. Museum alike area for sharing of history will also add advantage for foreigners to understand local culture and how this area developed. Some area need more attention on the gardening like the Spice Garden and Bee Garden. Buffet is quick pricey for local but overall experience for the tastes still good. I like the fresh fruits' juicer, fruits and salad corner. The roasted lamb meat is hard, but the rendang chicken/beef, pre-packed banana leaf nasi lemak, fried mee/kuay teow corner, roti canai station is good. Roasted chicken taste dry and plain but soup tulang kambing is nice. Desert station is kids' favorite. I definitely will recommend this for friends. Take note must bring mosquito repellent.

Service is good, our requests for room services is quickly attended. Facilities are all well maintained. Kids had fun by the beach and also the pools. We visit to damai laut for many years continuously. we felt there is significantly lesser of flies now. The only less satisfaction would be the cookies size has become a lot smaller, and there is reno going on at Makan restaurant sun deck. My favourite spot for breakfast was the sun deck. Hope can done reno soon.

Location ideal for walks to the lake gardens & cafes / hawker centres nearby.  Unit floor was dusty. Some water spots & signs of water leak from the bedrooms - mouldy in those areas. Air conditioning in one room was not cold.  All safe boxes were not working. Balcony door could not lock properly. No water boiler in the room. Some parts of the stairs had a lot of bird droppings.
