My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours. Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay. Hotel is at a superb location. Very large room with a stunning view. For the price I am paying its an absolute bargain. The only minor downside is the detailing of the cleaniness due to mold and stains on part of the bathroom. Other than that the hotel maintained a high standard and would definitely be back.

The check in process was smoothly done as it was not a peak season on fasting month. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained a bit. Room size is really spacious for the pool side standard two queen room at 43m2. The view around the hill top suites with Mt Santubong at the back drop was wonderful. The breakfast was okay with some western and continental spread, including Sarawak Laksa. I'm glad the chocolate muffin was not sweet at all, perfect for my kids and myself :)

Overall is good. Need to prepare some mosquitoes spray 😂 Would recommend foreigner travel there with car rental as there is nothing much shop/restaurant around. Unless you don’t mind just stay in the hotel.
