Guest UserThe hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Filipinos really have excellent taste in music! It was a delight listening to great music while enjoying the views of the distant volcano and street scenes. They even gave our child a bag of candy at check-in. If you need anything, just make a call, and a staff member will bring it very quickly. Regardless of whether you've finished them, the hotel replenishes the toiletries every day – very thoughtful. It's only a 50-peso tricycle ride to SM Mall. I also noticed they offer in-room massages and day tour bookings. We made a last-minute booking for a driver that morning, and he waited for quite a while since he was far away. I recommend booking the night before. The driver was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, always keeping an eye on us while we explored. We just walked around, and he'd follow closely in the car. I once hired a driver in Xinjiang, and they weren't nearly as attentive. This level of service is a first for me! It really makes me envy wealthy people, haha. My only regret is not booking a mountain view room, but you can still get beautiful volcano views from the rooftop bar's balcony and even from the parking lot. The water quality in Legazpi isn't great; the filter turned brown instantly when I turned on the tap. I recommend bringing a filtered showerhead. On our second night, the power went out nine times. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good.

Guest UserWe stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

travel_svetaThe hotel isn't brand new, but it's clean and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is spotless, and everything you need is provided, including pool towels. Yes, there's a canal or river nearby with a bit of a smell, but you couldn't smell it in the rooms or by the pool at all. It didn't bother us or cause any issues. The breakfasts are superb, highly recommend them – a great selection and everything is delicious. We also tried the buffet lunch and dinner, priced at 400 and 500 pesos respectively. It's Filipino cuisine and very tasty; we really enjoyed it. The hotel has its own parking, which came in handy as we rented a car. We also went for a foot massage at the spa, highly recommended at 600 pesos per hour. The staff are friendly and helped with everything. There's a free airport transfer service, just make sure to book in advance. Honestly, I don't understand the low ratings for this hotel. It's a decent place with good service.

Adonis BaguioWe had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids.
The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car.
Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again.

nickbusheA very convenient place to stay! The hotel is well located, with easy access to the main square where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. It’s also a great base for exploring the area by scooter — the oceanfront promenade is just a short ride away and offers stunning sunset views with Mayon Volcano in the background.
The breakfast was good and had everything we needed, and coffee was offered as well. We also appreciated the free secure parking in the courtyard, which made traveling by motorbike very convenient.
Overall, a comfortable and practical choice for anyone visiting the area.

Guest UserGreat experience overall. Very beautiful place specially the beach. I wasn't able to try the gym because we stayed just for an overnight stay to travel somewhere. The food we ordered is szechuan beef. It is so spicy, not a normal spicy, but inedible spicy. We tried to eat it because it's already there but it's really intolerable. Everything is a pleasant experience except that specific food.

Excellent rooms and bathroom, although the bar bathrooms were ok I guess... Amazing view from
the 2 infinity pools and the location near the beach was perfect. Our Butler, Ate Georgina was very kind and helpful. She even gave us a hike to her hometown and the food there was awesome!
The only downside was that we came a few days after a hurricane so some services were closed, though we were advised about the situation prior and we were okay with it.
I recommend coming here on your holidays to the Philippines!
