Hotel com boas condições, muito limpo, a piscina é ótima, só achamos que podíamos ter acesso 1h por dia e não por estadia, também poderia haver a opção de usufruir da sauna e banho turco sem ser um extra. O atendimento merece nota máxima assim como a comida do restaurante (com preços acessíveis), e o pequeno almoço com muita variedade, tudo a promover os produtos locais. Recomendo para quem procura paz perto da natureza e longe dos centros urbanos.

Hotel in the top of the mountain, amazing view . Service was good and staff was helpful. Restaurant food was very good and had live band singer too . Highly recommended for relaxing trip .

The room was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and generous. We tried the sauna and Turkish bath for the first time, which was great, and even had time for a dip in the outdoor pool—absolutely blissful. The staff is always five-star, even though it's only a four-star hotel.

Je conseille cet hôtel pour la qualité de ses installations, notamment la piscine, le sauna et le hammam. La chambre était impeccable et très bien équipée. Cependant, le petit déjeuner pourrait offrir plus de variété, et la salle à manger manque de convivialité à cause de son éclairage trop intense, particulièrement inadapté pour le repas du soir.

Atendimento excelente, staff atencioso e educado. Ofereceram-nos um quarto melhor do que estava reservado, já que havia a disponibilidade. Todos os ambientes estavam bem aquecidos. A piscina não é tão quente mas para depois da sauna é a temperatura ideal. O jantar estava bom e o pequeno almoço ótimo. Vale muito a pena a relação custo/benefício! Um hotel para voltar outras vezes!

The bed could be more comfortable; the pillows are too high, and the plastic bed protector makes it uncomfortable every time someone moves. The bathroom, besides shower gel and shampoo, has no other amenities. The breakfast was good. The indoor pool, although reservations are required, was full of families and children. The sauna wasn't working properly. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, but a 4-star hotel costing €180/night leaves something to be desired in terms of amenities.
