The hotel has sea views, but it's not first-line, located high up in the distance. The staff were generally very friendly. The superior room is small, as is the bathroom, but adequate. The minibar is super quiet; the toilet hose's pressure was a bit out of control. The sound insulation to the hallway and outside isn't the best, but it's not too bad either. I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. The spa and pool are tiny; they control capacity with advance reservations, and small children are only allowed in the morning. The gym has a few machines, enough to work the major muscle groups. Breakfast is varied; in my opinion, it lacks the typical Alentejo bread. On the first day, the scrambled eggs looked very dry, but by the second day, they were already good. I think it's rude for the staff to start rushing around 10 a.m., clearing tables, restricting access to only part of the buffet, and then starting cleaning and not restocking. It was a pleasant stay.

I liked it, but honestly it fell short of expectations! The room was huge, the bathroom was good, the view was fantastic, but one detail that bothered me was that when I went to bed, the smell of the bed linen and pillow wasn't freshly laundered, as I've found even in 2-star hotels; it smelled like someone else's body, not mine! That wasn't supposed to be the case in a hotel of this category. I believe the pillow and duvet hadn't been washed after the previous guest's use. As for the breakfast, fantastic, with a wide choice. The spa was also good, although the Turkish bath wasn't available.

The breakfast is good, the hotel environment is good, there is an outdoor swimming pool, but the location is too far away from the city, the gym is only two square meters, and a treadmill!

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel was in a great location close to the costa de Caparica surf break (walking distance). The staff was lovely and rooms were comfortable.

I went to the hotel with my mother to spend the weekend of her birthday and we loved it. The facilities and rooms are well decorated and the staff are very friendly. The outdoor area is very pleasant. The breakfast is very varied, however we went with half board which included dinner, giving only one option of fish or meat on the menu, leaving the guest's choice limited. In any case, the overall evaluation is very positive, and for that reason I intend to repeat the experience.

Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility. • Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup. Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. I hope the management will take these suggestions into account to ensure the hotel lives up to its full potential.

A experiência no Praia do Sal Resort foi excelente. O ambiente é acolhedor, moderno e muito agradável, o restaurante Omaggio é perfeito para desfrutar de uma refeição super agradável para quem gosta de uma boa massa e de uma boa pizza com valores super razoáveis. O atendimento do hotel foi atencioso e simpático, disponibilizaram até o WhatsApp para um atendimento ainda mais próximo dos clientes, sempre prestáveis e com atenção aos detalhes. Os quartos muito cheirosos e também super acolhedores, destaco também a vista e o espaço envolvente, que tornam esta experiência ainda mais especial. As piscinas exteriores são excelentes para relaxar bem como o espaço todo a volta, que é maravilhoso! O SPA também merece destaque, piscina aquecida, sauna e banho turco são excelente para um dia relaxante. E ainda se preferir ainda mais relaxamento, o atendimento de massagens faz ainda os teus dias de estadia serem mais relaxantes. O pequeno-almoço também é um ponto excelente a referir, tudo super bem confecionado e ambiente super agradável. Este Resort é sem dúvida um excelente para uma escapadinha em casal,uma experiência que recomendo e voltarei a repetir.
