At the hotel, our experience was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided us with exceptional treatment, making us feel welcome and cared for at all times. The outdoor pool was a true oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything needed for a 10 stay. Additionally, we decided to have a massage at the hotel spa, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, leaving us completely revitalized.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Excellent service, and everything was very clean, with attention to detail. They gave the women a flower at breakfast. Just two things to point out:
Access to the spa requires you to pass through the restaurant and bar areas, which also raises the second criticism: they should provide robes for all guests so they don't have to put on and take off their own clothes upon arrival and have to pass through these areas of the hotel, which is not the case. Otherwise, everything was 5-star.

Arcos de Valdevez é lindo e sem dúvida um lugar para voltar sempre desta vez ficamos pelo Luna que apesar de não ser um hotel recente é um que tem as melhores condições, super recomendo por todos os motivos e pelo preço qualidade, apenas acho que se fosse mais moderno pela decoração seria o perfeito, pois a nível de spa e pequeno almoço e o conforto das camas é sem dúvida maravilhoso 🤍

永永兴李卫The hotel is on the mountain, follow the navigation, the door is not particularly obvious, it is best to check during the day
in. The service staff is very enthusiastic, the environment is good, quiet and natural. The hotel has its own horse farm, and horseback riding is required.

GGuest UserA wonderful place. Very close to the beach and at the time, it is put on the mountain. spectacular facilities. The bed was very comfortable. It has 2 swimming pools and a spa completely free for guests. It's an excellent breakfast. It serves dinner on request. All is very careful until the last detail. The staff is super sympathetic and pleasant. Our instance has been perfect. Thanks
