Location not very but it is ok other Hotels are better location than this staff were very good food same every day if you are more than 3 to 5 days you will get bored for food very good clean I will recommend my friends but expect a bit of working or pray inside the Hotel which is good location you u can c ka’aba
The room was great and very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. One thing however, was that I was billed twice. Although it was my mistake that I forgot that I paid online initially, but they still asked me for payment upon check in, which again, I totally forgot that I paid online. They said there was something wrong with their billing department. Anyway, had a good time. Will definitely visit again.
The room is large, with floor-to-ceiling windows that can see the temple, swimming pool, and gym. The clerk is very enthusiastic and helps with taxis, invoices, and travel suggestions. All in all, it is a very good hotel. If I have the chance to go there next time, I will choose it again
This hotel is phenomenal and I can't recommend it enough. The staff, from the moment I arrived, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Mr. Abdallah Al Ansari, in particular, was exceptional—so knowledgeable, passionate, and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were both seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was a magnificent, mouth-watering feast after performing Omra.
A major highlight is the location, just a five-minute walk to Gate 79 of Al Haram. The hotel also holds the Guinness World Record for the highest suspended prayer room in the world, an amazing feature that adds to an already wonderful experience.
At first, I was given a smoking room. After entering, I felt the smell was very strong, so I went to the front desk to change it. It was very convenient.
The room was large and had a very comfortable sofa.
The breakfast was rich and the fruit salad was delicious.
It's very clean. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets are a bit far, about 1 kilometer away, but it feels like a popular hotel in the area. During my two-day stay, a large local company held a meeting there, so I ran into a lot of people in white robes, which was a great way to spend some free time chatting. There's a rooftop pool and a nice gym.
Facilities: There is a kitchen with complete kitchen equipment, including dishes, knives and forks. It is very considerate. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, and it is also equipped with washing powder, detergent, scouring pads and other cleaning supplies. It is great! However, the room is too cold, there is no heating, and the air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted.
Service: There are several shuttle buses to the Prophet's Temple every day. Gate 228 is just up the parking lot, which is very convenient! Breakfast is a failure. It is too simple and even a bit perfunctory, not up to the level of Marriott.
Environment: The hotel is directly connected to a large shopping mall, and there is a Carrefour in the mall. It is very convenient for eating and shopping~
Highly recommended for solo travellers. I really enjoyed my stay here. Both the gentlemen at the reception were very helpful. Mr.Yazed (Morning) and Mr. Mohammed (Night). All essentials were provided: Bathroom Towels, Soap/Shampoo and Water Bottles, Coffee/Tea.The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes uber ride from Airport and Jeddah Corniche. There is also a shopping mart (Danube) a few steps away from the hotel. Food delivery is available in the area Hungerstation (local food delivery app) worked the best. I recommend trying Kabsa (National Dish) from Al Romansiah restaurant.
The location is excellent, and the Red Sea is about 100 meters away.
Facilities: Not bad, and the room is big. The mattress is really soft and has good support. This Simmons mattress is the most comfortable I have ever slept on in my life. The last photo is the view from the window, and the Red Sea is not far away.

GGuest UserThe stay was so good , the hotel is just next to the mosq . Very clean and also convenience supermarkets and shops near , and bus shuttle to masjidul haram every 30 minutes .
GGuest UserReally worse experience at front desk while checking in, they were unable to find my booking and made us to wait for around hour at reception. They asked me to contact Trip.com which did and booking was already confirmed. After nearly an hour waiting, front desk finally found my booking but I had spent extra £ to make phone calls to trip.com
MMarziraHotel Review: Raffles Makkah Palace
My recent stay at Raffles Makkah Palace was absolutely outstanding, offering a seamless blend of luxury, thoughtful touches, and exceptional service that made our experience unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the reception team and delighted with a complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The upgraded room was not only spacious with breathtaking views but also impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, reflecting the hotel’s high standards.
A special thank you to the reception manager, whose professionalism and welcoming demeanor made the check-in process smooth and set a positive tone for our stay. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction were truly appreciated.
One of the thoughtful touches that enhanced our experience was the provision of bath salts, allowing us to unwind and relax after completing Umrah. It was a small but meaningful gesture that added to the overall sense of care.
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The housekeeping team was proactive, consistently checking in to ensure we had enough towels, toiletries, and other essentials, contributing significantly to our comfort.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The breakfast service team was attentive and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even provided a walk-around tour of the buffet spread, introducing us to the menu and explaining the dishes. The breakfast theme was thoughtfully curated, offering a wide range of delicious options to suit every palate.
Desta and Sandhy stood out for their exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, making us feel truly valued as guests. Hajar also deserves special recognition for her patience and creativity in resolving our requests with practical and thoughtful solutions.
The in-room dining team, especially Farouk, provided excellent service. Farouk’s attentiveness and efficiency ensured that every meal was delivered promptly and with care, enhancing our overall experience.
Raffles Makkah Palace sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. With its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and exceptional team, it made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and look forward to returning for another incredible stay.

로로이림I visited for the first time because of a business trip abroad.
It wasn't the main building, but the building next door.
The facilities weren't the latest, but they were clean.
I ate dinner at the hotel because of the travel time to go downtown.
The food was okay. ㅎㅎ
I also paid for breakfast separately (no discount if you don't pay in advance).
They took a deposit similar to the accommodation fee. TT
It hasn't been cancelled even after 2 days. ㅎㅎ

SSteve HKThe room was great - large and clean, with everything. I didn't really use any staff services - but I was disappointed to see the gym is not working, as that was one of the reasons why I booked the hotel. It should have been communicated before that it's not working. Otherwise a great option and his value in Jeddah!
