This hotel is in the perfect location, if you’re looking for a beach experience, it has its own private entrance to the beach, the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday thoroughly. Definitely encourage one to add the breakfast and dinner option to their bookings, as they have a large variety of dishes to pick from, buffet style, and they change the menu intermittently. Would definitely stay again

We couldn’t have been happier with our hotel and where it was. It was busy but still a nice place. We had a warm welcome from reception with lots of info. Despite being early for check in our room was ready. Loved the balcony and big bed. Food was great, the cakes and yoghurt was so creamy. Managed to do as much sunbathing on the beach as shopping in the town, got best of both. This was just a great place for us, glad we did the research.

I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Our visit to Hard Rock Ibiza in early June was an absolute blast! Despite it being the quiet season, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience we had. The staff at Hard Rock Ibiza went above and beyond to ensure our visit was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, creating the perfect vibe for a memorable night out. Despite it being the quiet season, the venue maintained a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making us feel like we were part of something special. The service was exceptional other than at the pool where it was sloooooow even though it was few customers. Hard Rock Ibiza is a hidden gem even during the quieter months, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic time on the island. We left with unforgettable memories and can't wait to return. Five out of five stars without a doubt!

Awful hotel from A to Z. We arrived with my husband at the hotel at 23:00 p.m for only one night (check out at 12:00 the day after so less than 12 hours in the hotel). We discovered that although we booked a double room as a couple and made expressly the request to have a king size bed, the hotel offered only twins beds, and proposed an upgrade to a suit for 120 euros extra to be able to sleep in the same bed ! It is a shame and a scam !! The room cost us 420 euros for 12 hours for a very awful hotel : 1/ the hotel design in itself is very basic - like an airport hotel. Some of the floor tiles were broken 2/ The entrance has a very bad smell and generally the hotel does not smell good. 3/ the upgrade to the suit was a joke. There is a chair, and they call it a suit. 4/ the cleaning is very poor. We found an opened bottle of water in the room. Gross. 5/ the A/C does not work well, and despite the fact that we have turned it into the coolest possible, it was still very hot in the room m 6/ the bed is not confortable, and only one pillow per person is offered. The sheets are bad quality. We do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel as Ibiza has a lot of other good options. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, our room (terrace suite) was magnificent and we were very lucky as we booked last minute. The location was perfect. There was a bus stop right outside that connected you to Palma and from there you could get other bus/train connections to other areas like Valldemossa/Soller/ Alcudia etc.!! The breakfast was okay, and nice to have, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. We wouldn’t change a thing apart from maybe (and I’m being really picky) get some more sun longer beds for the rooftop. Otherwise this was a beautiful treasure on the island of Majorca! Thank you for having us ＜3

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .

We had an issue late at night with a window in the room, we were moved rooms with an offer of leaving our stuff in the original room to collect the next day, we were then given a fruit plate and a bottle of fizz to apologise, then a call from the manager. We were fine with it all but this went over and above what we expected. The pool area was very clean. Our beds were so comfortable and pillows were top class. Bathroom was lovely too with a great shower. 10/10 I would definitely stay again but be aware the hill up to the front door isn’t for the frail and I pity anyone who has to push a wheelchair up. The beach is within walking distance but they put on a free shuttle once a day. Palma is a €2 bus ride away on the No.4 from the Main Street but again they offer a free shuttle into Palma, we thought it best to get our bearings on a bus so we knew how to get back. Nice restaurants within a 10 min walk.

Second time going with iberostar in Spain. Wasn’t a question after the first to go with it again and this one seems even better than last year in Tenerife! Friendly staff, comfy, clean & spacious room, great choice of food (breakfast is the best with churros, grill is always a good idea at dinner). The hotel itself is not overcrowded, there are just enough rooms, so you don’t feel overwhelmed by an enormous hotel complex. Upon arrival our luggages were taken right away, check-in could be done online since we booked on iberostar’s website so only final touches were made and while we had to wait around 5 minutes we were offered refreshments and fruits. Our room is standard with a side sea view on the 4th floor but still it seems like one of the best rooms and the side sea view is just partly side, the view is basically amazing. Airport 10 minutes away, Palma 15 mins by taxi and you can always count on the staff to order one for you. One of the best choice when staying in Mallorca!

Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice from fresh fruit to yoghurt to cheese and ham as well as scrambled eggs and a variety of hot items. The reception staff was always helpful and always friendly. The room was a good size and very nicely furnished. The roof terrace is also very nice with a small pool. All in all a top hotel in the center of Palma, I'd love to come back.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

Hotel location is good, just a few minutes walk from the old town. But not downtown. The rooms are very tall (relative to Germany and the Netherlands). The beds are 1.5 meters wide. There is a Spanish desk on the TV in the TV. The bathroom is particularly large. The only bad thing was the room on the side of the road. The car outside the window was louder early in the morning. Downstairs is the Chinese restaurant outside the building, opened by Zhejiang aunt. Go to work at 1 in the afternoon. Hotel service is also good.

The hotel was decent, nothing super special. I had booked through a third party and I booked one room, no mention of how many people I was booking for. I booked a double room that fits 2 people. When I check in, I was told that I didn’t specify 2 people in the reservation so I needed to pay more for the room (even though the room was for 2 people). I will also note there was an advertised fee to use safes at the hotel and to use an iron, they needed 10€ cash on hold to use it. The decor and finishes in the hotel were outdated but it was great being close to the beach. There was no beach access from the hotel (if there was it wasn’t outlined anywhere) so it was hard to come in from the beach sandy & wet. We were on the top floor but our ceiling was leaking from the lightbulbs in the ceiling. We put in a request to get it fixed and it was fixed the same day. The staff however were extremely kind. The morning reception group were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and the staff was so helpful, diligent to keep everything orderly, and nice. Manuel at the bar was so great and friendly! We loved seeing him when he was working and he made great drinks!

I stayed here with my 20 year old daughter for a short 5 night trip, we opted for all inclusive which personally it worked out great for us cost saving. The food choices were really good, anything from freshly made pizzas, a lovely veggie paella, pasta options lasagne, tomato sauce or carbonara the chef makes it to how you like it. Breakfast choice is great, yes it’s very busy & noisy but not too bad. We were dubious after reading reviews of this hotel, if you don’t like noisy hotels this one is deff not for you, you can hear other people in their rooms paper thin walls and clubbers coming in at 3am-6am however we just went back to sleep, but don’t book this hotel if that could be a big concern for you! Deff not a family hotel ie I wouldn’t bring younger children it’s more stag/ hen do/couples groups of friends etc. the hotel reception canteen pool bar is very clean and super modern, we were quite surprised. The pool area is a bit worn looking, however this didn’t bother us much. The rooms are very basic and old furniture but the beds were really comfy (not rock hard like some I’ve stayed in) but super cheap, we had no mold in the bathrooms as stated in other reviews! Drinks option was great for all inclusive all spirits, cocktails, red white wine, Estrella lager. The staff were lovely in the hotel can’t really complain. There was a great boutique shop which sold lots of lovely beach clothes, gifts. jewellery etc and really really cheap for what they were, the lady that worked there was so friendly! For a 3 star hotel I thought it was really good and perfect for the 5 night break we had.

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant. During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters. Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long). At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow. 5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”. I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure. So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

02/05/22. Dinner 2 persons. Belvedere Restaurant, Royal Plaza Hotel, Ibiza. Even if you are not a resident, you can be sure of exquisite cuisine in this comfortable room without the over-priced, over designed ostentatiousness of other, perhaps more well-known establishments on the island! This is, or should be, a well-guarded secret!… however tonight’s dinner was a revelation… I had a starter of Caprese salad that would do justice to any Italian place… my companion opted for a ‘main’ course of gambas in garlic with egg - a combination I’ve never encountered before! - I will return to savour this dish another day… My main: fish: Dorada fillet. This was cooked to absolute perfection and compliments were duly sent to the kitchen! No room for dessert … but coffees and brandy for me and more cava (gorgeous) which we had started with, for my hostess… The whole evening was a delight and because of a sudden downpour, more residents decided to eat here.. and like us we’re not disappointed… and the prices… well, has to be the best deal in town, considering the quality of the food! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ E.H.

The pool in front of the hotel and all inclusive were good. Close to club street. The sea in front of the hotel is accessible to water skis and cocktail bars.

The hotel looks lovely, however it really is style over substance. At least one bar never opens and the wait for service elsewhere can take up to an hour. The rooms are small with only one small drawer and not much hanging space. The showers do not all have frosted glass, so make sure you are sharing with a good friend! The food at breakfast is good. A comprehensive buffet with lots of choice and fresh food, however the service lets it down. Dirty plates are not cleared away promptly and drinks not always offered or replenished. However a special shout out for the omelette and egg chefs, they were awesome and provided great service. With service it is a similar situation by the pool, you can go to the bar, however will be told to return to your sun bed and use the electronic call system, and then wait another half an hour for them to respond. I hired a car for the time I was there, only to find there was a daily charge of 16€ to park there. Something I haven’t come across before. The views from the rooftop are stunning, however again service is awful, with restaurant diners being prioritised over those who just want drinks. They also cannot make a Bloody Mary because it isn’t on their menu! We waited over 20 minutes for a single vodka, so long everyone else had finished their drinks before it arrives. We ate in the restaurant on one evening and the food was fairly good, however the next evening it was not to the same standard. The cost is 26€ for a buffet style meal. All in all, considering the price of the hotel, I would not recommend it to anyone. You also cannot order a taxi, even though they advise you to.
