This hotel is really nice. The beds are comfy, the shower pressure good, toilet flushes good. The sink drains good. The location is somewhat in the middle of nowhere. Just small towns around. Also the pool is the downside. Since we have kids, we are always looking forward to try their pool but to our dismay, its not open to kids at all Friday Saturday and Sunday. What in the world would you not allow kids during the whole day. We understand if only certain time of the day but the whole day for 3 days is absurd. We are really disappointed with the pool as we stayed here on the weekend.

Hotel was clean and our room was clean, fresh and nice and bed was super comfortable.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room, great location to shopping and access to the mall.

Hotel location is very good, the surrounding scenery is very good, eating and shopping near the business district is convenient, but the parking fee of more than three dollars is charged, and the breakfast is very good and the room is large.

No Jacuzzi and pool is extra small the limit of people at the pool is 20 pool pictures looks nothing like the actual hotel pool

I had a wonderful stay at the Bottleworks Hotel. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Valet attendants were the very best. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. I dined at the hotel restaurant Modita, and the food was delicious, the bartender was attentive and thorough. The cocktails at the Sundry & Vine were amazing, the bartender there was knowledgeable and so very nice. My room was perfect. Clean, spacious, well appointed, and the bathroom, well it was amazing! The shower was the absolute best. I loved that the hotel is in the perfect area for dining and entertainment. Great food places all around if you choose not to dine in house. I felt safe as a solo female traveling. Everyone at the hotel made this trip perfect.

The surrounding environment is very good and several attractions are within walking distance. Health is worse. I stayed for two nights. On the second day, in addition to finishing the bed, I changed the towel and the others were not cleaned. The garbage on the ground was still there the day before. There is a white pillowcase on the coffee table. Some dirty. It is estimated that the cleaning staff wiped the coffee table with a pillow towel. In addition, the coffee table was not wiped, and the milk stains of the previous day were still there. The drain of the bathtub pulls a bunch of hair. Health needs to be improved!

This hotel was not clean, the carpet at the entry, lobby and throughout was disgusting, rooms smelled like smoke and we found ants in our beds. Linda at the front desk was extremely rude and charged two members of our party twice for their rooms. She refused to take it off and kept speaking to us as if we had never booked an hotel before. Her tone was condescending and disrespectful to say the least and when we complained about the cigarette smell she blamed us for not reporting it earlier and threaten us with a $100 charge! We booked over 20 rooms at this hotel and was treated like we paid nothing.

We booked a room last minute for one night as we were heading north to Michigan. We didn’t make a dinner reservation at time of booking due to our uncertainty about arrival time. We checked into a room with 1 queen and 1 king bed, a large screen tv, beverage fridge, microwave, and private bathroom. We had drinks in the lounge and then were seated for dinner. What fabulous food! Unfortunately the elk burgers were sold out though other guests reported they were outstanding. My husband had a creamy chicken soup spiced with curry but not hot. I had a delicious crab cake with a sauce which tasted like a dill dip. Since we ate in the lounge, we never saw the dining room. What a beautiful place! Eat here even if you don’t stay here.

If you are looking for an economical hotel that is clean and have staff that go the extra mile for guests--this is the hotel for you. My wife was having a procedure at the hospital. We live hours away. I booked this room so that I would not have to sit in hard waiting room chair for hours at the hospital. The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was perfect. This is a big thank you to Veronica (nite shift Mar 3) and Camella (day shift Mar 4) for their superior customer service. My stress level was eased by staying at this hotel and the front desk staff. The hotel is not fancy but definitely meets your needs

Property was nice, and service very polite and generally helpful. We had a good stay. Breakfast was done very nicely. I would stay again if I was going through this area. There were minor maintenance issues, but they were being actively worked on.

I have never stayed at a Courtyard Marriott that was so filthy in my entire life. We are Marriott rewards members, but since we booked through a third party, I think we got the shaft (hotels don't like that). We were visiting for a family reunion, and upon check-in found out the Starbucks coffee was unavailable because the breakfast area was closed down for COVID. Now, I understand Corona problems, but nowhere on their website did they mention this, however there was a Starbucks 1 mile up the street open??? After visiting with family, we came back to the hotel about 10:30pm. Exhausted I pulled back the sheets to find a stain that looked like blood or jelly. Either way, I did not want to sleep there. (see pics). Therefore, in my nightgown and leggings, I shlepped down to the front desk and asked for another room. We were given a room on the first floor (note: there is smoking in this hotel, so it travels up). After moving all of our belongings, about 11:15 pm, we checked the beds. A ok. However, the bathtub was filthy (see pics). Also, do not plan on house-service...again, was not mentioned on the website. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever again. Keep driving up the highway about a mile for a nicer Marriott.

I wouldn't blame anyone for not trusting my review. I don't trust most of the really bad ones involving budget motels. People lie like crazy. Or they are expecting the Ritz at a budget price. Then I stay there and don't even recognize the place from the reviews. I will be as factual as possible about this place. I'll start with checkin. The clerk had all the personality of a log. Her accent was so thick that I needed her to repeat everything. That's fine if most of your customers are from the same area. In this case, I doubt most of her customers are from Asia. She also got irritated any time I asked a question. Some were so basic that she should have answered them without asking like where is my room and where should I park. The room had a microwave, television, and refrigerator. I wish it had occurred to someone that Indianapolis gets cold in winter and a some heat turned on would have been nice. The biggest negative is the bathroom. The shower head could not be turned off whether or not I wanted a shower. I wonder what was the last time anyone ran a snake through the tub drain and bathroom sink, so that they could actually drain? The tiles were brown and cracked around the edges. The sides of the tub looked like had been cleaned with coffee grounds. The carpeting was pretty stained and frayed. My advice to the owners is that if you cannot afford to remodel and replace, sell it. The best thins I can say are the location near I-65 and it's right near a number of eating g places. I'm not saying don't stay here. But don't overpay. If you can afford more, go elsewhere. It's good enough on a tight budget. By the way, as I write this, lights are tur ING themselves off. Timers?

Room temperature to me is 72, it was 68 in my room, far too cold for this Floridian’s liking. I wanted ice. No ice on the main floor, the attendant said there is ice on every floor. Fine, I went to my floor, no ice. I went down one floor, no ice, down another floor, no ice, finally on the 4th try, I got ice. $40 for parking is steep but in downtown Indy with a car full of stuff, I had no choice. It worked out well, no issues. God is good. Breakfast is good, hot and fast. Could have used a better muffin selection, bran was the only choice. The valet parking was great. Evan Coffman was nice. The “green” whatever it was provided in the shower for shampoo burned my scalp. I had to get out and rewash with the stuff on the bath counter. Horrible.

No breakfast and no pick-up service. The swimming pool is good. Under 21 years old can't check in alone. The front desk service is average.

The rates were a little higher than expected and the rooms a bit dated but overall was a pleasant stay. The staff is very minimal. The breakfast area has some hot options and coffee but is only manned by one individual, whom I want to note did an amazing job on her own. Its a little further walk from some downtown locations but overall a good option.
