Hachikō Memorial Statue

Check in the statue of "Zhonggou Bagong", which is located at the busy Shibuya station, in order to commemorate a puppy named "Bagong". In that year, this puppy had to pick up and drop off the owner every day. One day, the owner died due to illness, but it still went to the station every day and waited for the owner to get off work. The wind and rain were unimpeded. This matter touched people across the country through the newspaper report. In April 1934, a bronze statue was erected for the eight public in front of Shibuya Station. Later, the story of the eight public was also filmed as the movie "Zhonggou Bagong", and the station where the statue is located is now also called "Bagongkou". It has become a warm landmark, and many people like to meet with friends here. There are many people queuing to take pictures with the statue.

I have watched this movie of Hachiko a few years ago and really wanted to have a photo with the statue. It's great as I made it in my trip to Tokyo. It was a bit crowded (or always crowded).

Incredibly popular site considering there’s the busiest crossway in the world just a few metres away.

The scenery here is so beautiful! The spring water is clear like a mirror, and the mountains are full of colorful wild flowers. It is really like a beautiful landscape painting against the blue sky and white clouds.
