The owners were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They kindly allowed me to check out late at 3:15 PM without any extra charge. One small suggestion: it would be great to provide a WeChat or WhatsApp number for faster communication, especially for foreign guests who don’t speak Chinese.

The smoke filled up the whole corridor and stairway. Our room was located on the 4th floor. No elevator in the hotel.
