Booked a classic room and given an accessible room which we did not book. Disgusted to be told by the receptionist well you only booked for one night and repeated that phrase multiple times...disgusting ....I do not think this should matter when paying about 160 for the night and it should not mater how long you stay for. The pool area is ridiculously small and can not accommodate the number of guests. The stench around the pool was not very nice...stagnant smell. Bottom line I will not return and would advise others not to bother and hopefully this review aids others not to book and waste their money.

great hotel where you can completely relax, neat, friendly, clean.
The breakfast room (which is great by the way, with fresh orange juice) is on the top floor (3rd) and offers views over Albufeira and the sea (which is a 20-minute walk away)
Would immediately book it again, instead of 2 nights we stayed 4 nights...

There are relatively few buses in the Albufeira area, so it is still suitable for self-driving. Great room. Using the kettle is a bit inconvenient, because the sockets are not in an easy place. Breakfast room good, quality (English) breakfast could be better. In general, worth repeating.

Nice hotel for seaside vacation. There are many restaurants around that are not expensive. It’s cheap to go to Spain. You can eat and drink without stress. Don’t waste the opportunity

Just love this hotel. Staff are so friendly, the hotel is spotless. Great size rooms, comfy bed and great balcony. Variety of food at breakfast so something for everyone. Lovely little pool area with bar and hotel in great location for us. Back again in 6 weeks.

My wife and I returned here after first visiting last year. It's located a ten minute walk from the beach and most of the shops and restaurants. There are some really nice restaurants very close to the hotel which are very good. Very clean and well maintained with a nice bar area. Breakfast was excellent in the upstairs restaurant with outdoor seating available. Loved the environmentally friendly scheme of getting a 5 euro voucher if you didn't need your room cleaned one day. All the staff were friendly and spoke good English, especially Caterina in reception. Small outdoor pool area, which was more than adequate as it wasn't busy at this time of year. We look forward to staying again.
