Hotel Villa Fontaine Tokyo-Otemachi Reviews

The location is really good, just need a bit walk from JR station, and there are stop nearby by different Metro line, thus is pretty convenient, love the location. The room is spacious for single traveller as its with 16sqm and it's newly renovated. The only 2 things I have concerns is the water volume from the shower is a bit weak in general but it's water pressure is OK. The other thing is the lift is accessible to anyone as it doesn't requires a room key to go to your floor, so it looks like that is not that secure for the guest.

Hotel is quite central but little bit walk to the next subway station. Nevertheless the rooms were ok, not to big like usual in Japan but comfortable. The stuff was extremely friendly. All in all a good stay for a short trip to Tokyo. Recommendation.

Some of the rooms have been refurbished. 5-6 minutes from Kanda Stn. (JR & Subway), & 6 minutes from Otemachi Subway Stn. A5 Exit. Lots of restaurant in the Kanda stn. Area.

Check in was smooth, and once I accidentally locked myself outside the room, hotel management quickly helped to verify and passed another card key, quickly resolving the issue. Soap smells amazing and room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Location is pretty convenient (with a good stretch nearby) and walkable from metro. Metro also had multiple lines allowing you to travel out with greater ease.

The location near to station and many restaurant and also shop. Clean room and compkete amenities. I recommend this hotel

Convenient location, and the floor is open-air which is good for fresh air ventilation.

The hotel was a bit far from the metro station. The room was clean, except for the bathtub. The walls in the bathroom were old and stained, and there were stains on the shower curtains as well.

The room is not clean but they agreed to change the room for us.

Lack of essential hotel’s facilities, such as gym and swimming pool, but with this price, it already served most of my needs and I did enjoy a very wonderful visit and accommodation during my stays in Tokyo. Staff are nice and willing to offering help, although the room is very small, the hotel still offered a good staying experience as it is locating in a very convenient spot with lots of convenient stores and supermarket downstairs, and very close to Metro station with many restaurants which operated over 23:00.

Good location and nice hotel

This is my second time to Villa Fontaine. Because of its location, space and room comfort, it was very good when I first came here. So this time I came with my friends and chose this place specifically. There is still a 24h 711 downstairs. As soon as I go out to Kanda Station, there are delicious food. I tried what I didn’t eat last time. In addition, I also experienced walking back to the hotel from Akihabara. It’s also very close! On the first day of coming here, I found that the front desk was still the same as last year. I felt very friendly immediately. It means that the staff is quite stable. This time, the room I booked is relatively large and you can also see the Tokyo Skytree! The welcome cookies are also delicious. When I come to see JJ’s concert in October, I might come again🤣
