It seems that the letters are written on the wall of the building, and this is art. Okayama is interesting because there is not only a bronze statue as a public art, but also tricky art.
The letters were painted on the outer wall of the building near the Symphony Building. A small panel was attached to the fence of the parking lot on the immediate side, and the Japanese title seemed to be "to work better". After all, I didn't know what it meant.
