This is an apartment hotel with spacious rooms and a small dining table, which is very convenient. The view from the window is great, and the hygiene is good. There are various restaurants nearby, and it's very close to attractions like Jokhang Temple and Kuan Alley. They offer free parking, but be sure to pay attention to the entrance of the underground parking garage. If you're driving, it's best to call the front desk in advance to ask for directions on how to enter the parking lot, otherwise, if you miss it, you'll have to drive for another 10 minutes to get back.

Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a room with a different style, which was acceptable. The apartment building is around 30 stories high and houses several different apartment-style guesthouses, sharing 5 elevators. The wait time for the elevators was reasonable.
Pros:
1. **Excellent Location:** It's situated on an inner street behind Wanda Plaza, making it relatively free from main road noise. It's close to Metro Line 1 and several bus stops. Within 500 meters downstairs, there are numerous dining options.
2. **Decent Comfort:** For a guesthouse in an apartment building of this type, the room's decor, bed, and bedding are of an above-average standard. The room temperature was good, and the electric water heater provided sufficiently hot water (though it might not be enough for more than two people showering consecutively).
Cons:
Hygiene was acceptable, but not to a high standard. Signs of wear and tear were visible in different parts of the room. The boxes for toiletries were old and hadn't been replaced. The air inlet of the hairdryer had a thick layer of dust that hadn't been cleaned. Due to water leakage from the shower door, the bathroom door and the wooden flooring outside were a bit damaged. While these issues didn't affect usability, they weren't pleasant to look at. This kind of wear is normal for something that's been in use for 5-6 years or more, but it indicates a lack of maintenance. I agree with another review that if you're a germaphobe, this might not be the place for you.
However, for a price of around 100 RMB during the off-season, considering the overall quality of the room and the convenience of travel, it's quite good. But if the prices are higher during peak season, the owner would need to invest significantly in maintenance and upkeep to remain competitive.

The location is very good, on Zhongsujin Street. Going out is a bustling and prosperous street, and the night view at night is also very good. Needless to say, the food is Chinese, Mongolian, Russian and Western. You can eat whatever you want. 😂
The room is very large, the lighting is very good, and it is very clean.

I stayed in this serviced apartment for two consecutive days on the fifth and sixth days of my self-driving Northeast Grand Loop. The hotel is located in the Huadu Building, with parking available downstairs. It's an eight-minute walk to Zhongsujin Street and a 12-minute walk to the Rubli Main Store. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and Russian food supermarkets dot the streets, making dining and shopping very convenient. The apartment is spacious, with two comfortable queen beds and a washing machine, making it very convenient for self-driving. There's also a small refrigerator for storing yogurt and other snacks. The linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows were comfortable, especially for cervical vertebrae. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the shower was large and comfortable. On the second day of my two-day stay, they helped with the room's trash removal and replenished the mineral water and toilet paper. The front desk was friendly at check-in and proactively provided information about attractions. This was by far the best hotel I've booked for this Northeast Grand Loop self-driving trip, and I highly recommend it!

Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Wuhai was such a wise decision. It's a standalone building, away from the noisy Wanda apartment complex, with its own courtyard and parking right outside. It's incredibly close to Wanda Plaza, only about 200 meters away, making shopping and dining very convenient. The front desk service was impeccable, and the lobby was spotless. You can see the Genghis Khan statue from the hotel entrance, and Wuhai Lake is also nearby—the scenery is beautiful.

Fantastic! Check-in was super efficient, and the 24-hour concierge was always available to help with any issues. The room details were top-notch – smart toilet, brand-name appliances, and impeccable cleanliness, even in the corners. There are plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and if you're driving, there's free parking. It's perfect for families or friends traveling together. Highly recommend, full marks!

It takes more than 20 minutes to walk from Hohhot East Station. You can eat at McDonald's during the trip. The location is not very good, but it is acceptable. The reception desk and elevator are separate, and you need the staff to show you the direction. Other aspects are good, there is nothing to complain about, plus the price is cheap, so I am very satisfied with the cost performance.

Excellent location, convenient transportation, convenient travel, parking space at the door is very convenient, the lobby is simple and atmospheric, the layout is reasonable, the front desk is very good, efficient, thoughtful, very professional, the room is well lit, bright, quiet, the mattress is very comfortable, the bathroom is fast, the water temperature is good, and the internet speed is fast.
The waiters were very enthusiastic, the room attendants were very timely to deal with the problems in the room, the hygiene was very clean, the room supplies were complete, the towels and quilts were also very clean, and the living was very safe. This projector is really nice. It is very pleasant to lie in the hotel at night and watch a movie!
For a hotel in the same price range, this is a real surprise! The room is spacious and bright, with excellent natural light, making it very comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable, the bedding smells wonderful, and the owner is incredibly kind and welcoming. A truly fantastic hotel!
RRuruoshiniIt's conveniently located on the Wanda Plaza side, not far from the subway entrance. It's very friendly for those who need to use the subway, and it's also close to the East Railway Station. It's also very close to the Inner Mongolia Art Museum and museums.

Good
MM431205****The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. Parking was also convenient, though the only downside was the 20 yuan charge for overnight parking. Another minor issue was that despite the large room, the shower stall felt quite small. Otherwise, everything else was great.

GGuest UserI was very satisfied with my stay. I stayed for two nights. It was very clean and the landlord had a good attitude. I was not satisfied with the shower head and I immediately changed it to a new one. I recommend staying here.
