Being just one block south of Syntagma Square, it is well located and within walking distance to most Athens attractions. The section of the road to the entrance is a bit dark and quiet at night though we never felt unsafe. Despite the central location, our room is quiet. Room is clean and spacious and shower is good. Reception is open during office hours only but this was not a problem for us. There is a kitchen which we find useful but we miss a microwave.
Convenient ultra clean 7mins drive from airport.
Off street gated parking space.
Shared (Full kitchen & sitting room)
Tea Coffee even Raki! provided.
At this price for a family its incredible value

The best quality/price apartment suite in Athens city centre according to my experience. It's just 3 minutes walk to the Acropolis museum. The rooms are quiet thanks to 2 separate double glazed windows (equals 4 layer glazed windows).
Stylish and clean indoors fully equipped with basic amenities and kitchen furniture. The management is friendly and helpful; you can arrange the room cleaning day and time with them easily. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean, and the landlord provided very detailed instructions. The location was easy to find, not far from the subway station, and the room was spacious. It also provided some essential cooking utensils and cooking utensils, making it very convenient for cooking. ๐๐๐
The room is large, about 100 square meters, and you can cook and eat. Because I was not familiar with it at first, I took a lot of unnecessary steps before I found the supermarket. After getting familiar with it, I discovered that there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes, some big and some small. Just not open on Sundays. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the city center, the beach or Piraeus Port, and the most expensive taxi fare is only 10 euros. The boss was super nice and gave us baskets of fresh oranges for juice. Highly recommended.
The apartment buildings in Athens are not high. This B&B is on the fifth floor of the top floor. The elevator is very small and old-style, and the stairs are very spacious. The B&B is well-decorated, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, making you feel like home. The terrace outside the window is so big! You can watch the sunset and enjoy the scenery on the terrace. The location of the B&B is in a residential area, very quiet! There is a small supermarket and cafe nearby, and taxi transportation is very convenient (I did not use public transportation, because taxis cost 5 to 10 euros everywhere I went.
The hospitable B&B owner lives next door, so you can contact us anytime if you need anything. If I have the chance to come to Athens again, I will choose here again!
The location is great. Six metro stops from city center. There are many shops close by for food and groceries. The building is well kept and very clean. The apartment was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Large bath towels, slippers, amenities. Kitchen fully equipped with a microwave, stove, kettle and a small fridge. Sheets spotless and comfortable beds. Great value for the money, especially getting an upgrade to a luxury two bedroom suite. WE LOVE THIS PLACE... HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

Very Good
NNgแป SรกngIt downtown but it a bit far from all the attractions. 20-30 mins depending on traffic w train. The location is a neighborhood that i kinda scare but it was safe so far since i stay here. The apartment is fully secure w lock and digital lock which make me feel safe. It was close to metro 5mins walk. Alot of shop n super market around so dont worry about anything. Room is clean with extra sofa bed. Place for you to cook. Come w jacuzzi but not sure if they change out the water cause there was already water in the jacuzzi already. If u dont mind the train ride n place that clean n dont break ur bank. But i do find place that the same price n closer to the attractions so it just depends on how fast u book ur room.
YyueeeVery good hotel, location is very close to the Acropolis, breakfast is also great, you can order your own food.
The entrance is difficult to find, because the has a small sign, be careful not to miss it.
There's a restaurant and bar or something. It's probably a little noisy at night.
XXiaoxiaoxiaoxiaomaoThe hotel has a very good view. The rooms on the 6th and 7th floors are very good, while those on the 2nd to 5th floors are just average. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the room was very large, with a direct view of the Acropolis. The only drawback is that the hot water is heated by the sun. If there is no hot water in the shower, you can only turn on the switch and wait for 30 minutes before hot water comes.
GGuest UserLoft room 602 is a near perfect space. Kitchenette is complete with a dishwasher and everything you need for a kitchenette. The living room is comfortable. The bathroom is not ensuite, if that matters to you. The bedroom has a small wardrobe but with neither hanging space nor hangers. There are 2 balconies, one smaller one by the bedroom and a full length apartment access balcony on the other that gives you a great view and has a retractable awning. All guests have access to the roof top viewing deck, one floor above the highest room floor (6th floor) accessible via stairs with sweeping views of the Acropolis and other vistas.
The location is an artistic and local one. We understood that the noise from the ground level cafe/bar/traffic may be an issue but we had no issues on this floor. It's quiet.
We loved this area, there's a unique charm to it that's rather bohemian. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.
Everything else you may need, a concierge service is contactable via WhatsApp, they don't do calls very well. Response time is quick in the daytime.
Special needs accessibility may be an issue at the main door of the apartment complex has a step with no ramp and the same for the stairs-only roof top deck.
GGuest UserLocation is great for multi purposes. Lots of food and coffee shops around . Walking distance to art, music and history places. Great for visits to Evaggelismos hospital. Need upgrade the hair dryer and the fridge also needs to be programmed to be a bit cooler than it is. Clean but the bathroom floor needed a bit more effort (!) - the hose of the hair dryer too, Towels smelled strongly of disinfectant , made you feel safe but not pleasant. Neutral breakfast, basic actually, not for picky eaters but satisfying a hungry stomach. Tv was not offering movies' rental. Wi fi really good for streaming. Helpful staff both front desk , dinning room attendants and handyman/housekeeping. Great touch the sage from Crete at the coffee tray. Toiletries offered a body balm - not bad at all
MMazi_LaurinzThe pros:
It is located close to every public amenity necessary to make your visit worth it. The Internet connection is good. The rooms are equipped with good facilities and very clean. I highly recommend this place and will rebook if I happen to visit again.
The cons:
Running these homes entirely remotely with only cleaners who do not speak a word of English is a big flop. I and other occupants had issues and had to reach out to admin in Germany for solution. Imagine the cleaner assigned me to a different room, then packed up my belongings to a storeroom including my groceries in the fridge, whereas I had 7am flight to catch the next morning. I got back to the apartment by 10pm to find out, the cleaners would only come once in a day, meaning no human contacts. Imagine the frenzy to recover my items and travel the next day. Till date, the company has refused to make any compensations.
WWilliamgray81The hotel is really nice, clean, modern and right next to the port in Piraeus. It makes for easy access if going to the Greek islands. It's near a mall/eating area. I didn't visit, but it looks nice. All of the amenities inside are great and access to the hotel is easy. You need to contact the company beforehand by WhatsApp to get the codes to enter the building. It's a bit hidden behind the corner and not well marked. It's on the 6th floor in some old elevator, but it is fine. The only complaint I have is that they turn the power completely off when there are no guests. I understand that it saves money, but entering an apartment that hasn't been used for awhile means that the air is extremely hot, to the point that it will be unbearable for a few hours until the air condition properly works. It also only shoots in one direction, not facing the bed or couch, so it's a bit useless while you wait for it to cool down the place. Other than that, it seems like an ideal place to stay if just for a night and are planning to leave early in the morning.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is 5min walk to the metro station. The reception is nice. The room is relatively new. It's by the main street so there may be some noise during the night.
