I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The location is good, everything is easily accessible. At first we were disappointed with the rooms, we were in a kind of annex on the ground floor, the furnishings were not as elegant as in the pictures. But the advantage was that we had a second room in both rooms, so it was good in terms of space and space. The bathrooms are very small and cramped. The beds are also worth replacing, thanks to my weight I was able to flatten the bed springs. One advantage is the quiet, you don't hear anything from the Bar al Parliamento, a source of unrest until 1.30am.
Breakfast very good, staff friendly and helpful.

Be careful if you have a lot of luggage because the stairs at the entrance are steep.
I couldn't use it without the key to the safe.
Also, there is a bathtub, but there is no plug and I couldn't use it.
It was easy to be a base because it was within walking distance from the real bridge and the station.
The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was good.
There is a refrigerator.

We arrived at 12 noon, and then because of the rising tide in Venice, the hotel entrance was full of water and there was a high wooden bridge. Because we have more luggage (three girls in 5 people, a 28-inch suitcase per person), I hope the hotel will help move into the hotel. Then a white male front desk told us that they ignored the luggage in the hotel and refused to help. Finally, we asked the waiter to help us move into the hotel. At the time of check-in, because we booked two rooms, the first one we booked was a royal suite, but the system and the hotel gave us the ordinary room at the beginning, we expressed shock and presented the reservation form before giving us the original room (Fortunately no one lived). The second room gave us the right room. On the third floor, we had three people. The hotel did not have an elevator. The waiter should have helped us move upstairs, but one of the suitcases was placed directly by the waiter at the 0th floor stairs and called us to take it up. In general, hotel facilities and environment are OK. The service attitude is too bad
Facilities: Listen to the complete, there is a kettle
Hygienic: very clean
Environment: The location is particularly good, you can walk from the main attractions, the scenery outside the window is absolutely, you can see the photos.
Service: The service almost means that the front desk is an old Italian lady, she can't speak English at all, and she can communicate with the translation software throughout the process. It can be counted as no front desk and often can't find anyone. I made an appointment to check out at 10:30 and store my luggage. She remembered it wrongly at 10 o'clock and complained that I was late.
This can't be regarded as a hotel, it's a homestay, don't mind.
There is also Verona taxi is particularly inconvenient. It is best to stay in a hotel that can help take a taxi. It is not the kind of taxi that beckoned to stop. When I checked out, I didn’t get a taxi. I couldn’t drag two large boxes and walked for 20 minutes to the train station.

Very Good
SShaogangSunHotel location is very close to the train station, the counter staff service is also very good, the overall space is very clean and tidy, but the room is not very soundproof, it is obvious that someone can hear the sound at around 8 o'clock during the day, but basically everyone is very quiet at night, the whole hotel has only five rooms, It's not too messy.
AAnonymous UserThe antique hotel in the scenic area has two routes to reach the hotel from the train station. Turn left at the train station and cross a bridge. Turn right and cross three bridges. It takes 10 minutes to walk. It is more friendly for people with large suitcases. The door is relatively hidden. There is a Chinese-run supermarket next to it, and the room facilities have a sense of history. When I checked in, the boss was very enthusiastic to help carry my luggage upstairs, and introduced how to buy tickets, take the water bus to various attractions, and take a boat to watch the sunset at dusk.
GGuest UserThis place is a real gem in Venice.
Location
Location is very good, walkable distance to anywhere (10 mins to Piazza San Marco/St. Mark’s Square). Lots to eat in the vicinity and lots of interesting art galleries on the street.
Room
Our place was on the top floor and consisted of two rooms. Both had classical decoration. Our daughter especially loved her room. Our room was also very romantic. Bathroom is modern and brand new.
Check-in/Staff
Entrance and check-in is automatic, very easy and hassle-free. The hosts are always reachable and answer via phone/Whatsapp immediately in case of questions. Easy communication in English.
Price/Performance Ratio
Impressive. Everything was better than other hotels in Venice that we paid double the price.
Extras
Lots to eat and drink. Complimentary coffee, croissants, crackers, water, orange juice etc.
Downside
The only downside was having to carry the luggage two floors, but I guess that’s common in Venice.
AAnonymous UserThe bed & breakfast, the room, and the service all are top-notch.
BUT the location really is NOT the best especially if you’re traveling alone: 20+ minutes from old town by walking, didn’t feel safe to do the walk alone at night (even in the daylight I switched to the other side of the pedestrian walk to avoid crowds that made me feel uncomfortable). On Sunday, not many places opened for breakfast. If I’d visit Verona again, I’d stay in the old town.
BBrazziSmall room and in a lofty undertouch for a night is well, a bad common point, cleaning ok but it could be a little more ordered.
Gentle and available management
GGuest UserWe had a perfect stay at Granda Sweet suites! Having read some mixed reviews we weren’t sure how things were going to go, but our expectations were pleasantly exceeded!! Check in was easy, room was very clean with amenities in the bathroom and a coffee maker with pods! The common room was gorgeous with views of the canal - we sat here every day to enjoy the views by the window! Our checkout was perfect we left our luggage at the property until 3.30pm which we then came back to collect! Excellent stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone! It is around 13 minutes walk to Rialto bridge - very easy!
BBuduThe room was big and spacious , and the view from our hotel was also good . We really liked and enjoyed . The only issue we had is the bathroom , it was on the second floor and we are on the first floor. When we asked about it on the reception , the staff on the time at 2 pm on 18-3 was quite rude. I dont know why she need to yell. Its better to say in a polite manner.
GGuest UserThe room and the whole hotel are very clean. When we checked in, the boss was very patient and explained in detail. The breakfast was rich in variety. The boss also took the initiative to put together two breakfast tables for the four of us. The details were very detailed. We first booked a family room for one night to try it out, and the next day we added a standard room for one night at the front desk. Although the price was much more expensive than the family room, the room was much larger and it was worth the money. It was really a pleasant, warm and comfortable stay!
NNagasakiIt will be an inn where the evaluation is divided depending on the person. Since the apartment is rented in three separate rooms, the kitchen, toilet, and terrace are shared, so it was convenient to use it as we wanted during the time when there were not many people. There is no washing machine, but there is a drying area. The sheets and towels are clean, but you shouldn't expect fixed under the bed or under the sink. I think it depends on the time and the members staying.
