Perfect location for city travellers - key touristic spots are accessible just by walking. For Night time quite Safe as the area is nearby some government buildings (police officers seen nearby). Only one downside during my stay was renovation ongoing next door though it starts 8:00am in the morning, so still kinda acceptable as we’re up and ready for the day.
I want to come back and stay at this apartment if I visit Rome again.

GGuest User**A Spotless Stay with Exceptional Support**
This Rome rental exceeded expectations! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. What truly stood out was the agency’s **outstanding hospitality** – they responded instantly to every inquiry, provided detailed local tips, and even helped arrange transportation for our early morning flight.
While the space was compact (typical for central Rome), its clever design maximized functionality. Though not mentioned in the listing, we were pleasantly surprised by the quiet neighborhood despite being within walking distance to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain.
If you prioritize cleanliness, responsive support, and a central location, this rental is a fantastic choice. Perfect for travelers who value efficiency and a stress-free experience in the Eternal City!
GGuest UserPrime location with large clean rooms. You are in a downtown area with bars/restaurants nearby which can be heard, but I was expecting this as we were traveling for fun. The rooms are large, clean, and modern. We had 4 adults staying in 1 suite.
The check-in desk is open from 9 to 5, and outside of these hours they have a sign that states you would have to call if any problems.
GGuest UserOverall it was good, but there are a couple of moments that have spoiled the impressions, and mostly those are moments of recreation organization. So, a day before settlement I didn't get instructions on settlement, and I didn't know how to act, where to take the keys, whether someone will meet me, at least the phone of the administrator (Acting!). when I arrived I went to the building at the address, the phone in the voucher. There was just an entrance door without a reseption. No one answered the phone in the voucher. But the sign in front of the door was given the phone number, the girl replied, but said she no longer works in these apartments, but gave the current phone number to Mikael, an employee or host. It was good that he replied quickly and sent all the details further. I left my luggage and settled later. The opportunity to leave my luggage This was the main advantage of the apartments! :) When I was inhabited, I met Mum Mikaele, who does not speak English at all, unfortunately. This is why she probably couldn't explain how to use the elevator, and that in case of problems with the entrance door, it can be opened by code. So when we arrived at 23:30 and we had the key not opening the door, I wrote / called Mikael again, he sent the code. And after all, it could have been sent out earlier, and then we would have no stress.
DDongyaoHi, you need this one, very much a must to go. Waking to the Vatican with a reasonable price, and what else you want? This is a suite with a functional kitchen, and you really can fix up a nice meal there. It’s very close to the mini market, and it’s convenient to catch the public transportation system. The bathroom is designed well as a true bathroom as the American standard. There are a bunch of ristorante with tasty food, and even providing Asian cuisine. Front desk lady is nice and willing to help. Hi, after you check in, REMEMBER the four digits code on the keycard pouch; that’s your access code to enter the big wood door. You have to expect for your safety, the front door should be always locked, and the front desk people are not robots and cannot be there all the time.
GGuest UserI stayed there for four nights and the hotel staff are very kind and nice. They have laundry services as well (€2 for washing and €2 for drying). However, they knocked on our room door at 9:30am for two days. One day, they said that they would like to clean our room, but we were still sleeping, isn’t that too early? For the last morning, they knocked our door again and saying that they would like to fix something in the toilet, but we are checking out at 10:30, can’t they just wait for an hour? So if you are not an early bird or you won’t be leaving your hotel before 9:30 am, I don’t recommend you to stay here as they will wake you every morning.
GGuest UserThe hotel provides a simple breakfast including bread, ham, milk, etc. Even if you do not book a room with breakfast included, you will still get breakfast. The bathroom is pitch black and I don't like the decoration style. In addition, this hotel has a problem: when you check in, you will be told that the room you booked is no longer available due to system problems. You will be upgraded to a new room type, but you will find that the upgraded room type is not as good as the one you booked. The hotel said they can't do anything because it is a system error, so you can only accept their arrangement.
GGuest UserThe room we liked - fresh, clean, in modern style. A comfortable bed, there is air conditioning. You can connect YouTube to TV from the phone.
From the downsides:
The shower system was underflowing.
Other features:
- in 3 nights, they didn't clean, add water, and change bed linen. Although it may be plus in terms of the safety of things in the room
- Hotel completely without staff (the password for the entrance sent to wothsap)
- For us as citizens of Russia without an international card has become a problem that the city tax (usually paid in cash at the hotel) can only be paid online.
- The location is controversial. On the one hand, in two steps, the transport center of Rome - Termini Station (there are two branches of the metro and a direct train to the airport) and walking the availability of the main attractions (to Coliseum or the fountain Trevi minutes 25 walking), On the other hand, there are many migrants and associated elements on the streets around the hotel. Therefore, it was uncomfortable to get in the evening.
Overall, for the same 3 nights I would stay again in this hotel, taking into account the adequate price.
AAnonymous UserThis is a simple family hotel with three rooms. Located in a residential area, very quiet. The house I live in is not big and the bathroom is spacious enough. The common living room has a kettle for making tea and a coffee machine for use. The receptionist gives you four keys to enter the courtyard, building, suite, and room. He hands you a map of Rome and introduces the attractions and subway before leaving. The biggest advantage is that it is 500 meters away from the Vatican Museum, 400 meters away from the subway station, and there are many restaurants. That means you have to contact the hotel in advance, otherwise you won’t be able to find it and won’t be able to get in. The breakfast at the hotel was uninteresting.
GGuest UserExcellent apartment. We walked to the center. Termini station is 15 minutes away, a great supermarket is 2 minutes away. The area is covered in graffiti, as is the hotel itself, but this does not spoil the overall impression of the trip. Features to be prepared for: city noise at night (there is a hospital nearby, ambulances often drive by), there is also a tram stop nearby and several fun bars).
