Good environment, good service

The room is perfect, with views of the patio. A little noisy from early. Excellent terrace to rest and look at Querétaro.

Great place, great location. Friendly staff, the rooms are amazing! Very well recommended!

The only downside is that occasionally the water and electricity are cut off

Considerar que no es un hotel, no hay restaurante, no hay libre paso por las instalaciones como en un hotel, los pasos entre áreas (recepción, área de cuartos) son a través de puertas cerradas con acceso de tarjetas RFID. No hacen limpieza como en los hoteles, solo si te quedas mínimo 7 días. Si requieres mas papel o jabón/shampoo , toallas tienes que pedirlas en recepción. No esta mal, solo que no te dan los servicios de atención como en un hotel tradicional.

Clean space, quite comfortable bed, hot water, functional kitchen, safe place.
