Holiday Apartments in Pomeranian, Poland

The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

We got a much worse room than it looked in the pictures. It was one apartment converted into two smaller ones, with very thin walls. This unfortunately worsened the overall impression of these apartments :(

This is an apartment hotel. It is a self-service online check-in hotel. It will email you two days before you check in and then go to a designated office to get the key  after check-in. Although it is simple, but because I am not familiar with the road of life, self-service check-in is good. Easy but it’s too late to inform the key place, so I don’t know that call Uber should park there, but I’m lucky that I booked the hotel in trip.com I contacted Trip.com before getting on the plane, and I received the information immediately after the step, but because the door of the key identification public place is so small and there is no guide. I found it for a while ⋯⋯ Finally, I met two Polish beauty and took me to find the staff (although the beauty is Polish, but they can't find the place to stay and the staff) to find the staff, the staff is very polite, and understands English. But I highly recommend this hotel apartment. It is so clean. It has everything in it. You can cook. All the equipment is neat. It is very suitable for traveling more than two people or large families. The room is large and very light. There is also a food court opposite. There is also a small supermarket downstairs. All of them are about 10 to 20 minutes  Forgotten that the field is about 20 minutes of the call car  And the hotel price is very, very reasonable or can be said to be great value

Amazing stay , immaculate apartments with a quirky style . Spa was lovely and warm . bistro was very reasonable , friendly service and great selection . Absolutely loved every minute . We will definitely be back .
