The experience at the Haikou Meilan International Airport Hotel (T1T2 Terminal) was excellent. The hotel is connected to Terminal 1, just a 3-minute walk away, and there's a free shuttle bus service to Terminal 2. The rooms are clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and some room types even offer views of planes taking off and landing. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a gym and laundry room. Additionally, they provide complimentary services such as assisted check-in and fast-track security passes, making it ideal for transit passengers.

This hotel is located on Ocean Flower Island, which makes exploring the island quite convenient. The surrounding environment is lovely, and the hotel itself is massive, with many guests. This can make it feel a bit chaotic, and the front desk management could definitely be improved. Breakfast was decent but not very varied. The biggest issue with this hotel, however, is the room size. It's so small that two people can barely move around, and there's only one tiny stool with no other seating. You basically have to get on the bed as soon as you enter the room. There's no space to put clothes or luggage, which really impacted our stay. We originally planned to stay for two nights but ended up checking out after just one.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

Our stay at the MGM Grand Sanya far exceeded expectations! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the warm and attentive service made us feel truly valued. The ocean view room offered a superb vista; waking up to the turquoise sea and white sand from our balcony every day was incredibly refreshing. The hotel's pool design is quite unique, and the kids' club kept our little one so entertained they didn't want to leave. The dining options were extensive, with the Chinese and Western breakfast being particularly exquisite – the waffles at the restaurant were delicious. Every detail reflected a five-star quality. It's a truly perfect holiday paradise, and we will absolutely be staying again!

The room isn't small, and you get a free ride on the mini-train. The hotel offers complimentary kids' and adult activities; I particularly enjoyed the beach texture painting. The travel photography service was also decent. Breakfast was okay too, and my kids loved the clown making balloon animals during breakfast. Honestly, the Westin had more family-friendly offerings than I expected, with both an outdoor and an indoor heated kids' pool. The hotel's Sichuan restaurant was genuinely delicious. I went with low expectations as it was empty, but I was pleasantly surprised. A set meal for two adults and one child, priced at just over 400, could easily feed four people and wasn't expensive compared to outside restaurants. The ingredients were fresh, and the seasoning was just right. The open kitchen, where you could watch the chefs cook, was also a nice touch, and the service was excellent. Our butler, Mile, provided incredibly thoughtful service, sending detailed activity and dining information, and even arranged welcome fruits and small cakes. All our requests were promptly addressed, and our overall stay was very pleasant. I'll definitely come back again!

I saw this hotel on Xiaohongshu and it looked so beautiful. It's very close to the beach, and it's an easy walk to the bars at night, where there are lots of people singing by the beach. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; as soon as you close the windows, there's no music noise. The ambiance was incredible! We bought two fireworks, and many people joined us in setting them off. Palm trees, fireworks, the beach, and waves – the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. The hotel offers shuttle service, and walking to places is also very convenient. The service attitude was super good. I'll definitely recommend this to my friends next time. The hotel's pool also makes for amazing photos.

The hotel’s advertisement is misleading. It shows that there is a kids water park and infinity pool. The kids water park is not at the Hilton. It’s at another location and you have to pay for it. The infinity pool is only if you book a suite. The manager there said we can look at it but it was dirty and have not been cleaned for awhile. I booked 2 nights. I request with the manager to cancel the 2nd night. She said I need to request through trip.com. I submitted a request to cancel the 2nd night and no one responded to me.

This was our family's first trip to Sanya, and the weather was just perfect at this time of year. Staying in a sea-view room at Phoenix Island Resort was an amazing experience, truly feeling like we were on the ocean. We booked a twin room, and the beds were generously sized at 1.5 meters each. The room itself was very spacious, featuring a large balcony and a big bathtub. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes. All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip. This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as an attraction hotel; it's always bustling with people. However, there are multiple counters for check-in, and staff guide you from the moment you step out of your car. Despite the crowd, someone is always attentive and proactively assists you during check-in and check-out, which is a great, hassle-free experience. We arrived around noon and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately. They arranged a room with a lovely view for us. Our butler, [Hermit Crab], escorted us to our room and then provided all the necessary information about exploring the hotel – excellent service! Since it was my birthday, they even arranged for Ashley to decorate the room. She ingeniously folded towels into a cake, which was a delightful surprise. Upon departure, we received a beluga whale plush toy, a very memorable souvenir. Staying at the hotel includes complimentary access to the water park and aquarium. Although our stay was short this time, the overall experience was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I would definitely consider staying here again.
