T2 Terminal Shuttle Bus for Airport Pick-up/Drop-off: We arrived at T2 at 3:30 AM. After clearing immigration, security, and picking up our luggage, we called the hotel to arrange a meeting point. The driver was very friendly. Facilities: I told the front desk staff that I needed to catch the high-speed train that afternoon, and he arranged for me to use the direct passage on the second floor to the high-speed train station. It was incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: For a hotel with such high traffic and frequent use, it was surprisingly clean. Although we only stayed for 6 hours from check-in to check-out, the cleanliness truly justified the price I paid. Environment: Other than the airport outside being a bit noisy, there were no other downsides.

This hotel is incredibly quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is lavish, and the service is outstanding. Before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to provide information about the weather, local attractions, and the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station. On the evening of check-in, the butler called again to ask how my stay was and if I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel is divided into sections: Ocean Castle, Desert Castle, Glacier Castle, and Forest Castle, each with its own unique character. The kids had a fantastic time at Haihua Island, and staying at the Oubao Hotel while visiting Haihua Island is an excellent choice.

Pros: 1. **Convenient Takeaway**: There's a dedicated takeaway locker. You can easily order from Wallace, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and nearby supermarkets. 2. **Shuttle Service**: They offer a mini-bus service to and from the high-speed rail station (limited seating, requires advance booking). 3. **Festive Atmosphere**: The hotel really goes all out for holidays! The Christmas decorations and festive fireworks were beautiful – a huge bonus. 4. **Excellent Front Desk Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive in resolving issues, and calls were always answered. Hotel staff were also enthusiastic about helping with luggage. 5. **Great Location**: Very close to Stone Park and Tonggulun, and taxis are easily accessible. 6. **Friendly Cats**: There are adorable (wild) cats around, very friendly and not aggressive towards people. Cons: 1. **Musty Smell in Room**: The room had a strong musty smell (barely tolerable). 2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The hygiene was just okay. There was mold on the walls and air vents, and the bottom of the bathtub was yellowed with uncleaned hair nearby. 3. **Poor Wi-Fi for Apple Users**: The Wi-Fi was not very friendly for iPhone users; it kept disconnecting or failing to connect, so I mostly relied on mobile data. 4. **Terrible Food**: Although the hotel food portions were large, it was incredibly bad. The Baoluo noodles had absolutely no flavor (not just bland). 5. **Noisy Cats at Night**: The kittens were a bit noisy at night (perhaps hungry or something else). I suggest arranging deworming and neutering for the cats, providing a cat house (please don't kill or drive them away) as part of the hotel's 'cute pets' initiative, maybe even creating a cat cafe. For the price of over 400, this hotel is already quite good and offers great value for money.

We specifically chose MGM to celebrate my child's 12th birthday, and the hotel really went above and beyond! They prepared a cake, fruit, pastries, coconuts, and even a little lion stuffed animal and a towel cake. It was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed in a poolside room, and the water temperature was perfect; most of the pools are heated, which was great for the kids. The petting zoo was fantastic, my child went multiple times to play with the animals. Overall, MGM is highly recommended for families with children, offering plenty of kids' activities and a lively atmosphere. There are performances in the middle of the pool and a beach bar where you can enjoy the ocean view while listening to music. The service was excellent, and our butler was very warm and attentive. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All in all, it's a top-tier family-friendly hotel in Sanya. Awesome!

The butler service was excellent, and they were very responsive to our requests! Having a good butler makes a hotel stay much more relaxed. However, there are a few areas I think could be improved: 1. The lobby staff showed very little service awareness when it came to greeting and guiding guests who arrived by car. 2. On January 2nd, there were a lot of agricultural machines, possibly for an exhibition or something. There was only one security guard at the entrance, and both security supervision and guest guidance were severely lacking. 3. Finally, on January 3rd, the sun came out, but the lawn's logo letters had been removed. People come to stay at the Westin in Wanning to enjoy the hotel experience, right? Yet, the iconic feature on your front beach was gone, and there was a long row of agricultural machines below the lobby. It was quite perplexing.

Service: Very thoughtful, warm, and meticulous 👍👍👍 Cleanliness: The overall environment is good, clean, and tidy. Facilities: Relatively new, with a novel design. This hotel offers views of both sunrise and sunset. You can capture amazing photos with just a casual shot, giving off a blockbuster feel. The photographer did a great job, and I personally loved it so much that I asked them to take more.

The Hilton is definitely the best hotel on Ocean Flower Island, and its location is fantastic. There's a gourmet food street nearby, and a McDonald's just a few steps downstairs. It's super convenient for catching the light show at night, and visiting the museum complex and outlet mall during the day. The hotel facilities are also great; having a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music is a nice touch. The first room I stayed in was quite small. Even though the front desk had thoughtfully given me a room on a higher floor, the hallway in the room still felt cramped. Later, because the air conditioning broke, they moved me to a larger sea-view room, and suddenly, the room felt much more comfortable. The biggest downside in the room was that the shower water wasn't hot enough. After showering, I was freezing! It was practically lukewarm water. The bath towels were also cold, not absorbent, and felt slippery – just so cold. Another drawback was that the windows were very heavy; you needed staff to help open or close them, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, the service staff were generally very good, and my overall experience was still pretty positive.

The moment I stepped onto Phoenix Island, Sanya’s iconic island experience, my expectations soared! The five iconic crescent-shaped buildings are stunning, and the island's exclusive shuttle service is always on call. Just across a bridge is the bustling city center, making it incredibly convenient to visit the First Market and Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street. Popular attractions like Coconut Dream Corridor and Luhuitou are also close by, so getting around is no problem at all. Even more delightful, the front desk attendant, Helen, thoughtfully upgraded my booked 55sqm sea-view room directly to a 120sqm sea-view family suite! Opening the window revealed an endless ocean vista. I woke up to the gentle sea breeze in the mornings and enjoyed the golden sunset and colorful clouds from the balcony in the evenings. Even while bathing, I could catch glimpses of the shimmering sea. The Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures in the room were exceptionally high quality, showcasing luxury in every detail – my impression was instantly elevated. Sky Lounge on the 33rd floor is also a must-visit spot. The 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the magnificent sea and sky. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a delicate afternoon tea, with the sea breeze carrying the scent of coconuts. In the evening, I sipped cocktails to the melodious tunes of the live band – the atmosphere was incredibly romantic and relaxing. From the warm welcome at check-in to the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff, the entire service was thoughtful and professional. It's truly a quality hotel that has hosted guests for the CCTV Spring Festival Gala and Miss World contestants. Here, the poetic beauty of the stars and sea perfectly blends with the vibrant local life. Whether for a romantic honeymoon, a family trip with children, or a family gathering, everyone can create unforgettable memories. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit!

My stay at Atlantis Sanya exceeded my expectations overall. As soon as I arrived, I could feel the strong vacation vibe. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, and opening the window revealed a beautiful sea view 🌊, instantly putting me at ease. I slept well at night; the environment was relatively quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The Aquaventure Waterpark was a major highlight of this trip. There was a wide variety of rides and attractions, and the pacing was well-organized, ensuring both adults and children had a great time 😄. The Aquarium was also well worth a visit, with diverse exhibits and a peaceful atmosphere. Walking through the underwater tunnel, watching various marine creatures slowly swim by, felt incredibly therapeutic 🐠. I had a few minor requests during my stay, and they were all addressed promptly after communication. The overall experience was smooth, I never felt disturbed, and there was nothing to worry about. The staff were all very friendly, which made the entire vacation much more relaxing. The hotel offers complimentary pick-up and drop-off services for both Meilan Airport and the high-speed train station 🚗. As soon as I entered the room, I was impressed by the design; the view was fantastic, and the bed was incredibly comfortable 🌿. The breakfast was also super rich and perfectly balanced 🍲. The service was attentive, and the attention to detail was impeccable 👍. Next time I come to Haikou, I'll definitely stay here again! ✨✨
