This is a decent, standard airport hotel, very close to the airport. They offer a shuttle bus every half hour, though you can actually walk to the terminal. There's also an outlet mall next door for shopping and dining. The facilities are relatively new and have all the necessary amenities. Most of the staff are dedicated and helpful, though a very small number had slightly poor attitudes, which I can understand if they were on a night shift. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, who were very warm, hospitable, and went out of their way to help guests, even providing a charging cable to a guest next door, which wasn't even part of her job. There was a faint lingering smell of smoke in the room when I entered, but that's not the hotel's fault; it's due to a previous guest violating the no-smoking policy.

This hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. When checking in, the front desk proactively asked if I needed the service and helped with the booking, which was really helpful. The bookstore design in the ground floor lobby is a real highlight; I personally loved it. The room and bedding were also very clean. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Though that might be because I arrived a bit late, around 9 AM.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was well-balanced, a true delight for the taste buds. Our housekeeper, Julia, was friendly and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Consumables and any other items we needed in the room were replenished as requested. Her service was truly professional.

This beachfront hotel is incredibly photogenic! The sea view is absolutely stunning, and the room is clean and tidy. It's super Instagram-worthy. You step right out onto the beach, which completely maximizes the vacation vibes. The experience was fantastic!

Waking up to the ocean view right outside my window instantly lifted my spirits. This place is truly perfect for a vacation! The room was very clean and comfortable, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the bedding. They even provided pillows of different heights to choose from. The common area on the first floor and the rooftop are both super photogenic. It's so relaxing just sitting here and enjoying the scenery. Plus, it's super close to the beach, just a short walk away!

Hygiene: A terrible experience. There was urine on the toilet, which made me seriously question the overall hygiene of the hotel. Service: My feedback about the hygiene issue was addressed promptly, and I was moved to a different room. They have a robot for room service and late-night noodle snacks. Facilities: The elevators are incredibly slow, with very long waiting times. Coupled with the room service robots using them, all three elevators had long queues during the holiday. There's a pool and a small bar on the top floor, but that's about it. Location: The surrounding area is very well-equipped with plenty of shops, large and small restaurants. I recommend trying the 'Lao Ba Cha' (Dad's Tea) and 'Hou'an Fen' (Hou'an Noodles) nearby.

When checking in, I was told that a late check-out would depend on availability the next morning. The dolphin show I had booked was scheduled for two days later. Upon entering the room, despite it being high up, there was a strong musty smell, and the bedding felt damp! When I reported this to customer service, the front desk just said there was nothing they could do. My expectations were really let down, and I just figured it was an issue with hotels in tourist areas, so I resigned myself to it. However, at that moment, the butler contacted me and asked if I needed any help. What I thought would just be a complaint turned into something much more – the butler not only upgraded our room but also helped us book tickets and perfectly anticipated our travel plans, advising us on the most convenient routes! I will definitely come back again, not because of the room type or the hotel facilities, but because of the butler's amazing service. I was so happy, and they even gave us a gift when we left. Since it was the off-season, we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a wonderful surprise with its glacier theme. The stay included tickets to the Ocean Park, which was very convenient. There's a free shuttle bus right outside the hotel, and hotel guests also get free parking for their car when leaving the island. Breakfast was fantastic – varied and plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The hotel's overall decor is grand but not old-fashioned, and there's a gym and swimming pool. Our butler, Jin Jing, was also excellent; she promptly answered all our questions and thoughtfully helped us plan our itinerary. I highly recommend staying at the European Castle Hotel when you visit Hainan Flower Island; the experience was superb!

Stayed for two consecutive nights and experienced different room types, which was really great! The hygiene was impeccable, and the facilities were complete, including a bathtub and a public pool, plus a private bathroom. The environment is beautiful, and the upstairs rooms are especially comfortable. I loved it! The service was excellent, and they were always ready to help. Highly recommend!

The room was fantastic, and Gina, our butler from guest services, was incredibly responsive to all our requests. She called in advance to ask about our preferences for the room type. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The TV had a screen mirroring function from my phone, which was convenient. The power didn't cut off when we left the room, so the air conditioning was on when we came back, and it was nice and cool right away. The view from the room was excellent, with the sea on one side and the pool on the other. Having both a bathtub and a shower was a nice convenience too.
