The room was very clean and quite new, equipped with a smart voice assistant. It's about 400-500 meters from Ling Mountain Town, making shopping convenient. There's a Shaxian snack bar near the hotel with good food. The Greenland Colorful City bus stop is approximately 700 meters away. They offer a free shuttle service, and it's a quick 5-10 minute drive from the hotel to the airport. The front desk staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. There's also Mamundui Park about 3.5 kilometers away, which has beautiful scenery in the morning!

Arrived odd hours at 3am and couldn't figure out how to get to the hotel. As usual the contact for shuttle is only by phone call which is inconvenient for non-China citizens. Luckily able to latch on to others who were headed the same way. The reception could be friendlier but understand it is ungodly hours. Couldn't understand how to receive the hotel voucher and wasn't helped to do so. The hotel room itself was fabulous. Clean and comfortable bed and more than enough supply of drinking water. The bath tub was a plus too! Easy check out.

This hotel is located on Ocean Flower Island, which makes exploring the island quite convenient. The surrounding environment is lovely, and the hotel itself is massive, with many guests. This can make it feel a bit chaotic, and the front desk management could definitely be improved. Breakfast was decent but not very varied. The biggest issue with this hotel, however, is the room size. It's so small that two people can barely move around, and there's only one tiny stool with no other seating. You basically have to get on the bed as soon as you enter the room. There's no space to put clothes or luggage, which really impacted our stay. We originally planned to stay for two nights but ended up checking out after just one.

I specifically chose this Hilton hotel because I was going to Wenchang to watch a rocket launch. The value for money was pretty good. If you're going to watch a rocket, make sure you know whether it's a commercial or national launch. Longlou Town and Dongjiao Town will have traffic control, and you'll need a reservation to enter. Commercial launches are in Longlou Town, which is very difficult to book. Although the hotel is a bit further away in Dongjiao, you can still get a distant view of the rocket launching. After booking, a butler called and added me on WeChat, recommending local food, attractions, and hotel facilities, and even arranging pre-booked photo shoots. Butler Lulu knew I was traveling with a child and recommended a family room. The decor was truly special, and there were astronaut suits to try on for photos. There are also many nearby attractions, including the hotel's mini-train, squirrel feeding, and various other fun activities. Although it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach, it doesn't diminish my fondness for this hotel. The photo shoot was particularly great. We could select photos immediately after, and the results were beautiful and efficient. Adding an extra photo was only 20, which is good value for money and left us with wonderful memories of our trip.

I genuinely recommend MGM! From the welcoming禮 upon arrival to the farewell at check-out, the entire experience was fantastic. The room view was superb, and the soundproofing was absolutely amazing – I slept incredibly well at night. I also got some great shots during the milk tea travel photoshoot. I participated in the Christmas activity party and enjoyed the buffet with sea views. Combined with the hotel's ambiance, it was an incredibly happy experience. The hotel even gave us a small gift, and the salt-baked chicken was delicious!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities and environment are truly exceptional – very clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the outdoor pool felt a bit too simple. The breakfast buffet is huge with an incredible variety of dishes. I stayed two days and still couldn't try everything! The Hainan specialty Hou'an noodles were delicious, and so were the Jianbing Guozi (savory crepes). Dinner was also excellent. The Hainan yellow beef was very fresh and the quality was good. The Zao Po Cu (vinegar soup) and spicy soup were appetizing and tasty. There was also a live band performing 🎤. It would have been even more perfect if cocktails 🍹 were available. The Wenchang chicken was very fresh. Service was consistently great. The hotel offers many adult activities, but you definitely need to book them in advance, as it's very difficult to get a spot by booking on the same day. I had a wonderful trip. The hotel had a full itinerary of activities, and the scenery was beautiful. Special thanks to our butler, Mile, for their thoughtful service, including preparing fruit and a small cake. The activity arrangements and bookings were very reliable. 👍

This hotel is located at the end of Yellow Dragon Street, where cars are not allowed to enter. The street is lively, with many eateries and shops to explore. The hotel is very close to the beach, and at night you can easily walk over to enjoy seaside restaurants with live singing. There were even people playing with fireworks. The room is a bit small for three people, but it is comfortable enough for a one-night stay. The service from the front desk is excellent. They provided extra pillows, helped pick us up and transport our luggage from Yellow Dragon Street for check-in and check-out, and even drove us to the nearby Tianya Haijiao. Overall, this hotel is recommended if you want a different experience from a traditional hotel and want to immerse yourself in the ambience of a vibrant seaside town.

On 21/02 around 2.30pm we reached at the baimajing station we supposed to find our complimentary bus to the hotel but we dont managed to get a bus. So what we did was we took a normal public buses to the hilton flower about RMB2 they gonna bring you to the haihua island no3 then to the haihua no 1 everything went smooth during check in that a one bellboy guide us till to our room with a complimentary local fruits from the hotel. We received a birthday surprise from the hotel side management and really love the effort ❤️. The room is so spacious and well maintained. The place was so calm which is i would say to those one need a perfect peaceful vacation may go to haihua island. The hotel got provided buggy services to any island area and just need to book in advance. And the hotel was so convenient with walking distance you may go to the food street restaurant and outlet clearance stocks high end brand area. And to those muslim that a 2 halal restaurant which is so convenient and affordable price. And oh yea the hotel breakfast i a lot of choices that a western and some Chinese style. And those Muslim you may get vegetarian or vegan options for your breakfast. The front desk is so friendly even that’s a language barrier but they try their best on our request with a google or we chat translate And for sure i will be back again ❤️ thank you so much for the kind and sincere service that i received, being so welcoming while i stay there and make me fill like a home ☺️

We stayed in a panoramic room, and the space was both clean and generously sized. You definitely pay for the view, and in this case it’s worth it—the scenery from the room is truly marvellous. Most essentials were provided, and the hotel grounds include several conveniences such as on‑site restaurants, a Starbucks, and a small tuck shop. There were, however, a few areas where the experience could be improved. The swimming facilities were disappointing. Although two pools were technically operational, neither felt inviting or photo‑worthy. One had been converted into a sand pit, and temporary barriers were set up everywhere to block day visitors, which created an eye sore. Construction further took away from the atmosphere. Breakfast offered a decent selection and was sufficient overall, though friends who had visited before mentioned that the spread used to be better. After a few days, you’ll likely find yourself eating more or less the same items. Communication could also be smoother. Having at least one staff member who speaks English—or an alternative text‑based communication option—would make the stay easier for international guests. The Sky Lounge, however, was comfortable and a pleasant place to relax. Dining inside the hotel isn’t particularly affordable, but not too bad for a hotel, and I would have appreciated a stronger seafood selection. Many guests seemed to opt for food delivery instead. Small in‑room additions like earbuds, toothpicks, and a notepad would also elevate the experience. Overall, Phoenix Hotel Sanya offers beautiful views and convenient on‑site amenities, but there’s room for improvement in facilities, dining, and guest communication.

Facilities: Dated, from 2018. Cleanliness: I stayed in the Ocean View Ambassador room, and the cleaning has been very satisfactory so far. Environment: It's a family-friendly place, so with lots of people, some noise is to be expected. Service: The front desk was initially standard, everything was prepared for two people. After hearing we were staying three nights and that it was my birthday tomorrow, they arranged for Patrick, our Trip.com butler. He provided a range of itinerary services, saying to just let him know if I had any requests and he would meet them. Atlantis was a bit lively. The executive level was very satisfying; afternoon tea was better than the evening. Replenishing food was much faster than at other hotels I've stayed at. Patrick really made guests feel at home with a few things. 🥹 Next time, I hope my member benefits upgrade me to a higher floor ocean view suite! It would be great to experience a few different suites, yay!
