The room facilities were decent, I quite liked them. It's very close to the airport and the outlets, which is convenient. However, there's not much to browse at the outlets. The service was terrible!!! I stayed here for the convenience of catching a flight. I was supposed to be able to check-in and check my luggage directly at the hotel. I even specifically asked about this when I checked in, but the staff couldn't give me clear information. They didn't tell me that you have to check in from the hotel three hours in advance!!!!! As a result, I couldn't check in at the hotel and still had to go to the airport. And the staff had absolutely no attitude about it, it was truly frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and high-speed rail station, with elegant surroundings. The hotel's decor has a very cultural ambiance, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic and helpful with all my inquiries. It's a great choice for those on a layover or transferring between high-speed trains. A big shout-out to the customer service team who promptly contacted me about an item I left behind and mailed it back to me.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes and was well-balanced, a true delight for the taste buds. Our housekeeper, Julia, was friendly and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. Consumables and any other items we needed in the room were replenished as requested. Her service was truly professional.

Returning guest, plus one! The hotel's location is superb, with breathtaking sea views directly from the lobby. The room decor is stylish and perfectly clean. While the hallways felt a bit damp from the sea air, the air in the room was fresh and perfectly fine. I personally feel that Tianya Town is ideal for a slow-paced stay, where you can pick a hotel and just relax by the sea. That's exactly what we did for a whole day, and we didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back next time! 👋

Absolutely loved this guesthouse, highly recommend! The location is superb – really convenient for getting around and shopping. The beach is just a few hundred meters downstairs, so close, yet it's surprisingly quiet here, perfect for relaxing without being bothered by the lively beachfront. You can even lie in bed and watch the ocean and stunning sunset views – it's truly beautiful! The staff were all incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage in when I arrived and out when I left. They also offer airport pick-up and scooter rental services. Even though we had a little hiccup with the scooter, a staff member immediately came to help us, even at past midnight – seriously amazing service! My room type also included a free rooftop photoshoot, which was a great bonus!

I have to give Mehood Lestie a huge thumbs up! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything from check-in to check-out. Everything was spotless, the towels were clean and soft, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The phone and internet setup was great, and the hotel's location is excellent. A special shout-out to Dori for her outstanding service – absolutely top-notch!

The staff are warm, polite, and incredibly attentive and thoughtful. The underwater scenery is breathtaking and incredibly therapeutic, offering a truly immersive and healing experience. The front desk, housekeeping, and dining services are all professional, attentive, responsive, and incredibly meticulous. The breakfast spread is rich and varied, with diverse flavors suitable for all ages. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant, making my trip incredibly happy and fulfilling. It definitely deserves a five-star rating!

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

An amazing guesthouse with stunning sea views, a truly fulfilling and enjoyable stay! The common areas have books and tea. The service was prompt and attentive, the hygiene impeccable, and the environment offered direct views of the ocean. The facilities are new and highly functional. Excellent value for money! I came with my girlfriends, and we kept saying ”Wow...” the moment we opened the door. We'll definitely be back! 😊

On the first night, we stayed in the main building, and Gina upgraded us to a high-floor room. We had a pool view from the balcony and a glimpse of the ocean from the hallway outside, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and well-maintained. For the second night, we moved to a villa, and Gina had already arranged the room for us early in the morning. The villa's location was great, and she was always quick to respond to WeChat messages and efficiently resolve any issues. The privacy was excellent, especially with the private pool – we spent all day in the water, it was incredibly comfortable! Next time, I'll definitely choose the villa again!
