Harbin is truly beautiful in spring, and my stay at the Habsburg Hotel made the experience even more delightful. The room was well-furnished and comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful, thoughtfully provided tips on little note cards, adding a personal touch to the experience. Every detail was carefully considered. The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The most satisfying inn during the trip to Mohe. The lobby, rooms and outdoor areas are all great for taking photos. The stars at night are also beautiful. There are many details in the room, including the ambient light, humidifier and disposable items. It is highly praised by people with mysophobia. The brother of the inn is super nice. Because the inn is not in the Arctic Village, it is a little far away. We are afraid of the cold, so the brother picked us up for dinner. At night, we suddenly wanted to buy fireworks, and he took us to buy them without saying a word. He also took us to play on the slide. He made the slide himself. It was very fun, with slopes and turns. We played it twice. The next day, because we were leaving Mohe but did not play in the Arctic Village, he also took us to check in at the places where everyone went for 1 hour to take pictures. It was a great experience

The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

Brought my two kids to Snow Valley, didn't have high expectations at first, but it turned out to be really good value for money. Although it's just a homestay facility, the service in the inn is really five-star (much better than the folk houses in downtown Harbin that cost more than one thousand yuan a night), especially the bosses Mr. Lao and Mr. Xiao Bi, who are very warm and thoughtful. It's no exaggeration to say that there's nothing they can't do, as long as you can think of it. They arrange all the tours and even the round-trip chartered car for you. Our whole family had a great time. The food in the inn is also great (cold water fish recommended). In short, it's right to stay at their house when you come to Snow Valley, and you don't have to worry about the whole trip.

I absolutely love my stays at Wanda Holiday Hotel! We visited in early December 2024 for a family trip, and our rooms were spacious. The location is fantastic, just across from ZhongYang Dajie. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was that they don’t provide air conditioning in the rooms during winter since they use a central system. It felt a bit stuffy, but thankfully the windows could be opened slightly to let in some fresh, cold air. Despite this, I would definitely return if I have the chance to visit Harbin again in the future.

Our group 11 pax from Singapore and malaysia. When we arrived, the in charged person and the staff came out to assist us in carrying our luggage, very friendly and kindness. The resort is cosy, with Xmas feel. A very beautiful place. Can spend time in common areas, with big TV and a few small tables for guests hanging around. We had our steamboat and stir chicken dinner there, taste is good. Room spacious and clean. Their bar counter open till late, make us warm with their perfect cup of hot coffee in such a cold nite..宾至如归，在我们这次的旅途留下了很好的回忆。有机会再来亚布力，一定住这里。

Facilities: fairly complete, but there is no chair in the triple room, no one has a place to sit, I don't understand... Hygiene: Hygiene is really not good, B&B is really not as good as hotels in this respect, there are mineral water bottles that others have drunk under the bed, the TV cabinet is covered with dust, and the bath towels and towels were not replaced every day for three consecutive days, and there were no new slippers every day. The bed was just made casually, and the hygiene needs to be improved. Environment: It is a certain distance from the center of Arctic Village. There are no snacks and drinks sold in the B&B, which is inconvenient to go out to buy. Service: The attitude is quite good.

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: ”Non-smoking” room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised ”luxurious afternoon tea.”.

The environment is really good, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful and patient, the facilities are complete, and the mini refrigerator really wins my heart. The weather is too hot, so I put the things I bought in it and take them out when I come back, which is very cool. The breakfast is also good. The flood control memorial tower downstairs is very close to Central Street. Highly recommended

Overall, I would give this a 4 star hotel , with a good location And the room is super neat. There is a welcome wines & fruits. The hotel start on the 5th floor and above of a commercial building. Finding the name of the hotel sign is difficult unless you crane your neck 180 degrees to see it. It's not at the eye vision or door height, and if you are a foreigner, you may miss it 😝. There is only 1 elevator serving the hotel. My phone could not connect to the hotel's wifi though. The subway is about 100 meters away from the hotel, and it can be reached by walking for 5-10 minutes. For breakfast, I give it 90 points based on my taste/room facilities. I am very satisfied and it is worth recommending to everyone.
