My first trip to Harbin, and this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It's upscale, the staff are genuinely warm but not intrusive, and they pay attention to every detail, even adding a touch of humor to their service – definitely 5 stars for the reception. The opulent decor is amazing, especially for the price. The hot tea at the front desk was so comforting and warming. Room facilities and amenities were thoughtfully provided, everything was clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary water and snacks. The breakfast was exceptional value, and we even got a free afternoon tea experience. Though the Songhua River outside was still frozen, the room was so toasty I could just wear a vest. 100% satisfied! 👍

The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, with a simple yet elegant design. The room gets plenty of natural light. The bed is very comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent; I slept soundly until morning. The front desk staff are friendly and provide meticulous service. The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. Highly recommended.

What truly impressed me about my stay at Harbin Grand Hotel wasn't just the elegance and historical charm of this century-old building, but rather the warmth and sincerity evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member was gentle, polite, and meticulously attentive. There was no forced formality, just genuine and thoughtful service. Their proactive and considerate care, perfectly executed service, and patient and detailed responses all spoke volumes about their dedication and sincerity, truly making me feel at home. The facilities are stylish, and the service has soul. In this building, rich with stories, it was your attentiveness that added an extra layer of warmth and peace of mind to my journey. My heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their genuine hospitality. Thoughtful service is the most touching, making this trip unforgettable and absolutely worth a special return visit.

If you're driving, I'd recommend taking the exit at Songbei (unless you want to photograph the start of G1), even though it's further, it avoids most of the city traffic, reducing the chance of getting stuck. The hotel environment is top-notch, and parking isn't an issue. You check in at the South Gate reception, and the North Gate leads directly to the south entrance/exit of the Harbin Ice and Snow World, about a 10-minute walk depending on your pace. It's very close to the Ferris wheel and the big stage, and I believe it's not far from the subway station either. Cleanliness is a given and was excellent. The room facilities are comprehensive. When ordering takeout, be aware of potential delays; in my case, there were no delivery riders available. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or a common problem. During the Ice and Snow Festival, room prices double, but for convenience, it's an excellent choice. Harbin Ice and Snow World Adult Ticket - Standard Price: I booked the tickets with my room, and it was significantly cheaper than buying them separately. Important: remember to select your time slot when booking!

The hotel's location is very close to Central Street, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The only downside is that the family room we booked was a bit small, and there was no door between the bathroom/shower entrance and the bedroom, which lacked a sense of privacy. Since the family room accommodates three people, I suggest providing three sets of water glasses and tooth-brushing cups, as there were only two in the room. Overall, the hotel is good, and I recommend improving some of these small details to enhance the guest experience!

This hotel boasts a beautiful, classic European style and magnificent architecture, all thoughtfully designed by the owner. It truly embodies grandeur and luxury. Many of the architectural details and antique pieces are imported from France, offering high artistic beauty and collection value. The overall service was exceptional, with parking available and a doorman to greet you. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. Around midnight, the WiFi seemed to cut out, but the room's soundproofing was excellent. The price was reasonable and offered great value for money – a wonderful experience. The shower area was fully automated, which the kids found fascinating. There were welcome fruits and afternoon tea, making us feel right at home. You can even order takeout, and a delivery robot brings it directly to your room. It's conveniently located just around the corner from Central Street's Qingzhi Hand Cream shop, which was very handy. When guests leave, there are taxis lined up, so there's no delay in travel time. Getting to the train station and home was easy. It only takes an hour to get to Harbin from our home, so it felt like staying right near our own doorstep. My little one loved the candies and chocolates from Central Street. The hotel front desk even gave my child some Russian candies when we left. In the evening, a staff member offered a special explanation of the antique architecture and art. It's truly a wonderful little escape from busy life, where you can temporarily forget your worries and even enjoy a deep sleep amidst a hectic schedule. I loved the welcome fruits, coffee, and complimentary drinks in the room. My child called it a 'fully automated high-end hotel' and absolutely loved it. The value for money is quite high; I highly recommend staying here.

Staying at Qian Tong Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel's design is exceptional, with vintage red brick walls and exquisite interior decor that imbues every corner with an artistic flair. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident everywhere, making the stay both comfortable and stylish. The service was also impeccable; from check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and professional, and any request was promptly addressed, which was incredibly reassuring. The breakfast offered a wide and delicious selection, starting the day off right. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore. This trip was made even more perfect by Qian Tong Hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Environment: The hotel's environment is excellent, located right on Central Street, and the location is superb! It's very close to the subway station and various attractions. Absolutely fantastic! 👍 Cleanliness: The guest rooms and lobby are super clean. There's also a backyard; it doesn't look great for photos in winter, but it should be lovely in summer. 😍 Facilities: The hotel's facilities are all very good. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are quite new. The wooden floors are a bit warped due to age, but it doesn't affect overall use. 😉 It's not a smart home, but it has air conditioning, heating, and an electric toilet – everything you need, very convenient. The only downside is that the hot water for showering isn't hot at night; it was like that for both nights I stayed, which was a bit puzzling since the hot water in the morning was very hot. 🤔 Service: The service truly deserves a hundred points! 💯 Upon arrival, a kind uncle enthusiastically helped with luggage. When I had trouble at the laundry room, housekeeping service was prompt. The lobby offers food 24 hours a day, with breakfast until 10 AM, followed by afternoon tea, and then late-night snacks. You can even order wontons for a late-night snack, which is truly amazing! This is a hidden gem of a hotel, I'll definitely come back next time! Highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️❤️ Best wishes.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel. The location is right next to St. Sophia Cathedral, and the view from the scenic room offers a great photo spot without having to queue. However, this also presents a major issue: since it's a scenic room, the windows should be clean to avoid obstructing photos and the view. From what I observed, they haven't been cleaned in a long time. The room's cleanliness was excellent, which is why I spent a lot of time researching and choosing this place, and it didn't disappoint. The bedding and bathroom were very clean, and the shower drain was clear. The hairdryer was the best I've used in a hotel in the past two years; it had strong airflow. A minor flaw was the absence of a comb among the toiletries. If you can wake up early, definitely try the hotel's breakfast. It offers good value for money. We had breakfast at the hotel every morning during our stay in Harbin, essentially making it a brunch, and then just needed dinner later. Some dishes were a bit oily and salty, but I still highly recommend it. The service was excellent and very friendly.

This hotel is located in Nangang District. The lobby, on the second floor, is small but exquisite and cozy, making you feel comfortable the moment you step in. What truly impressed me was the service—every staff member greeted us with a smile, showing such gentleness and patience, which is really rare to find in the North! They even upgraded our room for free, which instantly made us feel incredibly positive about our stay. The rooms are all equipped with humidifiers, which are perfect for the dry northern climate, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. There's complimentary afternoon tea daily, and during Chinese New Year, guests can even experience making dumplings, adding a wonderful festive atmosphere and sense of tradition. The breakfast is also very thoughtfully prepared: a self-service buffet combined with à la carte Chinese/Western options, plus special meals for babies, which is a huge relief for parents traveling with children. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Harbin!

__WeChat460420****What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night? The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view. The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please. This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret. It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place? Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

GGuest UserTraveling with my whole family, including seniors and children, choosing The Ritz-Carlton Harbin Fuli was absolutely the right decision! Our two-night stay was comfortable and worry-free from start to finish. The high-rise lobby is grand and welcoming, and our room was spacious, bright, with an amazing view. The indoor temperature was perfect, so we didn't have to worry about the cold Northeast weather at all. The service was thoughtful and impeccable; staff members proactively helped with luggage and took care of the elderly and children. Their responses were prompt, making us feel respected and valued. The facilities were clean and high-end; the bathroom and bedding were of excellent quality. The seniors felt secure, and the children loved it too. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the surrounding area was convenient for getting around. Overall, it was quiet and stylish. It's truly ideal for a family stay; the seniors were comfortable, and the children were happy. Our entire family was very satisfied, making it our top choice for accommodation in Harbin!

CCandou_This time in Harbin, I chose this hotel primarily for its location and reputation. My two-night stay was quite a 'rollercoaster' – some pleasant surprises, but also some frustrating moments. There were many highlights that deserve praise: 1. **Thoughtful Room Design**: The decor was warm and stylish, a refreshing change from the usual cookie-cutter business hotels. The bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, and the Laifen hairdryer along with the wall-mounted handheld showerhead were definite plusses. It really showcased the hotel's taste and attention to detail. 2. **Breakfast was a pleasant surprise!**: The variety was abundant, and the coffee was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every morning. The restaurant service was also fantastic; staff were quick to clear plates, and the whole environment was very clean. 3. **Excellent Service in Public Areas**: The lobby offered complimentary hot water, tea, and coffee, plus shared washer/dryer machines, which was incredibly convenient for families with children. However, the first day was quite a 'headache': Upon arrival, we were immediately informed that the elevator was out of order. First, we were directed to find an elevator in a nearby mall, which we couldn't locate. Then, we were told to use a staircase. That staircase was dark and dilapidated. Carrying elderly family members, a child, and a pile of luggage, I grew increasingly anxious, especially since my phone had no signal and I couldn't reach the hotel by phone. Finally, after reaching the first floor, I managed to contact the hotel. Although the front desk promptly sent someone to assist and offered a gift as an apology, the whole process was incredibly stressful. Later that evening, we discovered the elevator was broken again... In summary: The hotel has excellent hardware; the breakfast and room details were impeccable. However, encountering continuous elevator malfunctions and misguidance on the first day significantly dampened our initial experience. I hope the hotel can prioritize equipment maintenance and optimize its emergency response procedures. If these issues can be addressed, it would undoubtedly be a five-star hotel that I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

GGuest UserPros: 1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay. 2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier. 3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good. Cons: 1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient. 2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring. 3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

GGuest UserStaying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!
