This hotel is only a five-minute walk from Central Avenue, and right across the street is the Songhua River, making its location excellent. The environment, cleanliness, and facilities are all top-notch. For me, having traveled all over the country, the service attitude at this hotel is simply superb, beyond my imagination. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warmth of home. From the front office manager to the front desk staff at the Jiangjing Gym, especially the 'Princess, your carriage awaits' service, it was absolutely incredible, just fantastic. The breakfast was very rich, with everything imaginable to eat and drink. In particular, an employee named Breakfast Feast provided exceptional service. They even gave us a souvenir gift when we checked out. It was a truly satisfying trip.

The environment is great, and the hotel staff are exceptional—very attentive and their service is top-notch. The room had no strange odors and was very comfortable to sleep in. It was a nearly perfect stay. From the elegant atmosphere upon entering the lobby to the professionalism of the front desk staff, everything showcased quality. Quiet, comfortable, and luxurious, it's an ideal residence in the city. Highly recommended.

This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

An absolutely amazing stay! First off, upon arrival, we received a room upgrade, which was incredible considering it was during the May Day holiday and the hotel was fully booked. While waiting to check in, we were given a fascinating introduction to the hotel's history and even got to experience riding a century-old elevator. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like discovering a private museum. Then, they offered a complimentary travel photography session, and the 'Russian Princess' photos turned out even better than the paid ones at St. Sophia Cathedral! The room itself was quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep, and breakfast in the unique basement wine cellar was a treat. To top it all off, we were given a delicious and beautifully presented afternoon tea. Harbin Grand Hotel 1903 truly offers a timeless, century-old Russian romance! A must-experience for anyone visiting Harbin.

The hotel facilities are new, complete, and exceptionally well-maintained. The room is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has excellent water pressure. The soundproofing is also fantastic. Public areas are spacious and bright, with thoughtful touches throughout. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, highly recommended!

The service was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is fantastic, right near Central Street and close to the church, with plenty of highly-rated restaurants nearby – super convenient!
We drove there during a holiday, so parking was a nightmare. But the gentleman at the entrance was incredibly helpful, going out of his way to assist us with parking and moving our car. Big thumbs up for that!
To top it off, we received a special souvenir at check-out, which made my child very happy and insistent that we stay here again next time.

The hotel boasts a great location, situated at the northernmost end of Central Street. A right turn outside leads directly to Central Street and the Flood Control Monument, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city center. It also features its own parking lot, a rarity for hotels on Central Street. However, be aware that the rooms are relatively small. The standard double room is practically just enough space for the bed, with no desk. The suites have a separate small room with a TV and coffee table, but are also quite cramped. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money this season, especially convenient for those with a car. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, making it a highly recommended hotel.

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and I was so lucky to stay at the Novotel. The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and Central Street, and it's only about a 20 RMB taxi ride to most attractions. There's a bus stop right outside and a subway station a short walk away – truly convenient. What I loved most was the service; they were so accommodating. I had a small issue during check-in, and the front desk resolved it quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, bright, and very clean, equipped with a refrigerator, humidifier, and air purifier. The TV even shows the real-time status of the laundry room. Oh, and you get free laundry and drying! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, their washing machines are the largest – my hoodies and pants were dry after about 50 minutes of drying. You absolutely must try the free breakfast; they have freshly fried *Guo Bao Rou* (sweet and sour pork), which is crispy and delicious, plus made-to-order noodles, congee, and various steamed buns. The variety is excellent, and it's all complimentary. The best part is that all of this, including everything mentioned above, costs just over 200 RMB. I highly recommend it!
The hotel was very clean and tidy. The bath towels and hand towels were all placed in a small sterilizing cabinet for disinfection, and there was also laundry service, which was very thoughtful. All the staff at the hotel were very enthusiastic, provided excellent service, and were always ready to help. Thumbs up!

What's it like to be a ”castle owner” for a night?
The Sun Island Castle Hotel, located on the scenic banks of the Songhua River, boasts a charming European architectural style. The first floor is home to various small eateries, while the entire second floor is dedicated to the hotel guest rooms. From the third floor, you can directly access the cross-river cable car, and the fourth floor houses the Chocolate Castle Museum. This museum features an incredibly diverse collection of chocolates, and outside, there's an observation deck – a superb spot to admire the Songhua River's night view.
The hotel's location is excellent, offering incredibly convenient transportation. Besides the cable car, you can also take a cruise ship across the river. The sightseeing bus also stops here, making it easy to visit all the attractions on Sun Island, with the freedom to hop on and off as you please.
This time, I stayed in the most affordable ”Viscount Interior Room.” The room was spacious and well-equipped, with furnishings that truly captured the grand essence of a castle. The only minor drawback was the lack of a window, meaning I couldn't enjoy the natural scenery outside – a small regret.
It's worth noting that, compared to the opulent guest rooms, the hotel's front desk seemed a bit understated. The small reception counter is tucked away in a corner on the first floor, which felt a little out of sync with the ”Chocolate Castle” theme. Personally, I suggest designing the front desk in the shape of chocolate and having the reception staff wear more distinctive attire. Wouldn't that better align with the magical theme of this place?
Overall, this was a surprisingly delightful stay, highly recommended for those who appreciate unique hotels.

PPHANG ENG HUEIThe overall experience at Deluxe Hotel was elegant and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the bedding soft and clean, and the service professional and attentive, making for a very pleasant stay. The dining options were varied and delicious, and the environment was quiet and convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. The only downsides were the high price and the need to book some facilities in advance. Overall, I recommend it; it's worth experiencing.

AAnonymous UserI always stay at the Harbin Junyi Hotel, so I'm a returning guest. Overall, my experience is quite good. The hotel's location is very convenient, making getting around hassle-free. It's easy to go anywhere, and most importantly, the front desk staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They respond quickly to any issues and resolve them. It's not easy to go above and beyond to satisfy guests, but they do. The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay, and the beds are exceptionally comfy. Afternoon tea is served daily. While the hotel isn't brand new and some details could be improved, I'm generally satisfied. For everyday stays, it offers good value for money and is very affordable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

AAnonymous UserWe specifically chose the Ritz-Carlton Harbin to celebrate our anniversary. We informed the hotel in advance about our needs, and everything was perfectly arranged before our arrival. The room offered a panoramic view of the Songhua River, and the sunset was truly stunning. Choosing the Ritz for such an important occasion was definitely the right decision. Teasel (a staff member) even asked about our stay experience and invited us to return in the future. We are extremely satisfied!

GgegetongFirst off, the hotel's location is excellent, nestled between Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. It's incredibly close to both attractions; in fact, it's right across from the cathedral, so you can just cross the street morning and night. Central Street is also just 300-400 meters west of the hotel. Downstairs, there's the Xin Yibai department store and Daoli Market, which is perfect if you want to skip restaurants and try various local snacks.
Secondly, I've stayed at Vienna Hotels in many cities across the country, and this one stands out for its decor, cleanliness, and service. The room isn't huge (understandable, given it's in an old city scenic area), but it's cozy and spotless. Plus, the four bottles of Nongfu Spring water and two cans of Kvass were complimentary. It's currently peak ice and snow season, so the staff are incredibly busy with guests checking in and out daily, but they always greet you politely, whether they're actively working or not. The breakfast selection is also quite varied, with both Chinese and Western options.

GGuest UserPros:
1. The room was very spacious, luxuriously decorated, and the ambiance was elegant, making for a comfortable stay.
2. The facilities were excellent. The toilet was a smart toilet, and the room had both a humidifier and an air purifier.
3. The service was thoughtful and attentive. The front desk staff handled issues efficiently and promptly, and their attitude was very good.
Cons:
1. The hotel's hot spring is open to the public, and during the Chinese New Year, it was quite crowded. Guests didn't have a dedicated entrance and had to queue at the door to get a wristband before entering, which was inconvenient.
2. There was only one outdoor hot spring pool; all the others were indoors. This wasn't quite what I expected. I wish there were more outdoor pools, especially since the hotel's main selling point is its hot spring.
3. The gym had a limited number of machines, which wasn't quite enough. Also, there was a lack of equipment maintenance; the handles on some machines were too slippery. The gym's access control seemed to have an issue, as sometimes the card swipe wouldn't work.

GGuest UserStaying at Qushe B&B in Yabuli for a summer getaway was absolutely delightful! The guesthouse is surrounded by lush greenery, and when you open the window, all you see are mountains and forests. The air is so fresh, it feels like a natural oxygen bar. The room was tastefully decorated, and both the AC and fan worked great. I didn't even need the AC at night; the mountain breeze was wonderfully cool. The owner also recommended some nearby hiking trails, where the streams gurgled along, and the scenery was unbelievably beautiful. Breakfast included freshly picked blueberries and farm-fresh eggs – healthy and delicious. In the evening, I relaxed in the yard, stargazing and listening to the sounds of insects. It was so incredibly peaceful. I'll definitely be back next summer for another vacation. This place is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life!
