We chose this hotel for our trip to Yabuli, and its location is fantastic. There are plenty of recreational activities right within the resort. Our stay was excellent; the room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. The environment is quiet, and overall, it offers good value for money. Plus, the sightseeing cable car offers beautiful views, and the Rainbow Flying Carpet is exciting and fun! Highly recommend!

The location here isn't far from Central Street, making it easy to walk all the way to the Songhua River. For solo travelers, it's a great place to meet like-minded travel enthusiasts and create unforgettable memories.

The room was spacious and very clean, and all the toiletries were well-prepared. The location is unbeatable; it's right on the lively Central Street, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. This hotel is right next to the beautiful Songhua River, so the location is fantastic. Subway Lines 2 and 3 are directly downstairs, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were really welcoming; they upgraded us to a king-size room for free and gave us detailed information about local tours and things to watch out for. The concierge ladies were always smiling and patiently helped guests adjust dresses and take photos. There's a free afternoon tea with a good variety of options. The security staff, who charmingly announced 'Princess, your carriage awaits,' were very proactive in assisting guests, offering thoughtful care and help. Overall, our stay was a truly wonderful experience.

Traveling to Harbin with my parents, I chose a hotel with high aesthetic appeal, perfect for photos. Its location is excellent, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. It's quite close to Central Street, Saint Sophia Cathedral, Hongzhuan Morning Market, and Laochang Spring Pancakes, making it senior-friendly as it requires less walking. The only minor downside is that the hotel's elevator is a bit small; it would be better if it were larger. The staff were warm and attentive; one even explained the history of antique furniture when they saw me taking photos, which was quite interesting. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with green vegetables daily and fresh, sweet fruits. It seems to be served until 11 AM, which is great for those who like to sleep in. Personally, I found the breakfast pizza quite tasty 😋. The afternoon tea offered a chaga mushroom pine tea, which is worth trying. If I visit again, I would likely stay here.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's decor is very unique, and the rooms are spacious. There's a hotel cable car that goes directly across the river, making it very close to Central Street, and the cable car views are fantastic. The hotel is right by the river, with a small sandy beach where you can play in the water. The hotel is located within Sun Island Scenic Area, so it's very close to the Panda House. Now for the negatives: The heating is very poor; there's no underfloor heating, and the air conditioning doesn't produce heat. The front desk provided a space heater, but the room is quite large, so it couldn't warm it up at all. Hot water also takes a long time to come through; you have to run the water for several minutes before it gets hot, which essentially makes showering impossible. The breakfast is very basic, and the dining area is even colder than the rooms. I'd recommend not having breakfast at the hotel. The hotel requires entry through a mall entrance, and the mall closes at 9 PM. So, if you want to go out or return after 9 PM, you need to call the front desk to open the door. Since the hotel is inside the Sun Island Scenic Area, when taking a taxi into the area, you have to shout to the park security, ”I'm a guest at [hotel name]” to be allowed in. Also, when ordering a Didi (ride-hailing service) from the hotel, you need to register the Didi car's license plate number at the front desk for the car to be able to drive from the park entrance to the hotel. The above is for your reference. The front desk service was very attentive, and even though there were some issues with the facilities, the front desk staff were helpful in resolving them. I believe the experience would be better during peak tourist season.

The room was clean and tidy, and we even received a thoughtful welcome fruit basket. However, the room was a bit small, and there was no luggage rack. Stepping into the lobby, we were greeted by gilded domes, opulent crystal chandeliers, vintage oil paintings, and antique furnishings, creating an instantly captivating atmosphere. The iconic century-old elevator is a unique feature, with its retro iron grille door, making it feel like we were transported back to an old Russian aristocratic mansion. The guest rooms perfectly balance vintage elegance with modern comfort. Carved solid wood furniture and velvet curtains add to the charm, while amenities like underfloor heating, capsule coffee machines, and high-end bathroom products ensure a superb stay. The hotel skillfully blends the historical essence of the old building with excellent living comfort, making for a wonderful resting experience. The hotel service was attentive and thoughtful, with butler-style reception making us feel exceptionally welcome. They also offer a complimentary Russian costume experience, perfect for taking great photos. The breakfast at the underground wine cellar restaurant was of high quality, offering both authentic Russian delicacies and Chinese dishes, with a rich variety and a stylish dining environment. Overall, this is not just a hotel, but more like a small historical museum. It allows you to experience the hundred-year history and charm of Harbin while offering an excellent location and meticulous service. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin.

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures, but it was still spacious enough for three people, which is understandable given how expensive space is here. When we first arrived, we felt a bit cold. They brought us an electric heater, but honestly, it wasn't the room that was cold, it was just us being chilled from outside. So, we turned it off after a while. In the evening, when we wanted to eat in the room, they even brought us a small 'kang' table (a heated brick bed, used here for a low table). The service at Xueshang Yunsheng was exceptionally good; they were never bothered no matter when we asked for help. The tickets we bought for the Ice and Snow Gallery and the big ** (attraction) were a great deal. The accommodation was clean, and the hot water for showering was excellent. I didn't take any photos. I didn't take any photos inside the room. Some people say that in Xuexiang, the hot water is bad, and rooms lack water and toilet paper, but we didn't experience any of that. Overall, we were very satisfied.

My first trip to Harbin really let me experience the warmth of the Northeastern people. This hotel is nestled in the Zhonghua Baroque historical district, and its Republic of China era style is truly charming. They even offered afternoon tea on my first day. I stayed here for seven days and was completely satisfied. The breakfast bento box was also very creative.
