Comfortable hotel that is close to Jilin Railway Station - about 6 mins drive away. Great for a nights stay especially if you’re headed out to take the train the next day! We had to catch an early train so we asked for the hotel to pack breakfast - which contained - a packet of milk, a preserved packaged egg, bread (I liked this), some packaged sausage. They also provided bottled water and were fine when we requested for more.

The hygiene was good, and the service was excellent; they were very responsive to requests. I stayed for three days, and on the first day, I left a note asking for extra water bottles, and they were promptly placed in my room. They even helped hang my clothes to dry, which was a thoughtful touch. I made sure to ask for the name of our room attendant, who was Ge Yan. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy in non-smoking rooms, as smoke odor is very difficult to eliminate. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room. The location is fantastic, right by Changying (Changchun Film Studio), bus route 54, and This Mountain, which is very convenient.

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm, polite, and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, with soft and comfortable bedding. All the toiletries were provided, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

The price is cheap, the service is good, they give you fruit when you move in, it's quiet, and the soundproofing is good.

This established five-star hotel truly lives up to its reputation! The location is excellent, the facilities are complete, and it really gives you that vacation vibe. It's perfect for families traveling with children, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – I highly recommend it! Breakfast at the executive lounge was amazing, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The freshly ground pour-over coffee and latte art were a pleasant surprise ☕️! There were also freshly made noodles and fresh fruit, all delicious, and every detail was well thought out. Thank you, Qixi. The entire staff was warm and attentive! Front desk check-in was efficient, and they proactively greeted us. Housekeeping was prompt, and the restaurant staff were thoughtful and meticulous. Any requests were handled quickly, and we felt cared for throughout our stay.

Her service was incredibly thoughtful and warm from start to finish, making my check-in and check-out experience absolutely perfect! When I checked in, Tracy was so gentle and patient. She proactively helped me with information about local attractions, breakfast times, and hotel facilities. She even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants – truly attentive and thorough. Any small requests I had during my stay, she was there to help immediately, responding incredibly quickly. She's genuine and polite, which made me feel so welcome. The hotel's location is also fantastic, super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bedding and toiletries were high quality, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Tracy's professional and attentive service impressed me throughout my stay. This apartment hotel was a truly satisfying stay. The building itself is very quiet and clean. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and I particularly liked that the tap water was separate. The furnishings in the room were high-end and very convenient to use. The hygiene was excellent, and the host was incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating to guests. Plus, there's a cafeteria available.

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The service staff were amazing! We could easily ask them for help and suggestions. The curtains are automatic too, and would close when we’re leaving the room. Hotel breakfast was not bad. Location is great, just opposite the temple and walkable to good food area! Laundry room was open from 10am to 10pm. Space area was good, the sink separate from the toilet and bath. Snacks also available at the front desk, and if you needed more things like combs you can ask them or just take from the box at the counter below. Robot delivery for water too. The aircon doesn’t seem to work open the window and there is a natural freezer (our drinks froze)

Finally got to experience the Crowne Plaza Changbaishan Hot Spring, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations – definitely the top choice for accommodation when visiting Changbaishan! The environment is serene and peaceful, fully immersed in a mountainous forest atmosphere, allowing for a deep connection with nature's greenery. The guest rooms are spacious and airy, elegantly decorated, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and a mattress that's just right – making for an amazing sleep experience. The room was spotless with no odd smells, and the hygiene details were meticulously maintained. The toiletries were of good quality, and the facilities were complete and smart, ensuring maximum comfort during our stay. The hotel's main highlight is its natural hot springs. The pools are clean and comfortable, and soaking in them amidst the forest creates a wonderful ambiance, soothing travel fatigue, and providing a truly therapeutic and relaxing experience. The service team was warm, attentive, and responsive, offering meticulous and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out, truly making us feel at home. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and high-quality ingredients, catering to both northern and southern palates. The hotel's amenities are excellent, making it convenient for travel and sightseeing. It's perfectly suited for both relaxing holidays and leisure stays, offering incredible value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Changbaishan. Highly recommended!
