This hotel was the perfect choice for my business trip; the experience far exceeded my expectations. It's just a ten-minute walk from my client's office, and the hotel even provides USB-C charging ports. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The in-room office setup was exceptionally thoughtful: a generously sized desk, a lamp with adjustable brightness, and even a hidden power outlet with USB ports underneath, so I didn't have to scramble for charging spots for my laptop and phone. The breakfast truly understands the needs of business travelers, starting as early as 5:30 AM. They also offer grab-and-go yogurt and fruit, ensuring you can still have a substantial meal even if you're rushing to an early meeting. Upon checkout, the front desk staff noticed I was carrying a document bag and proactively offered to check my invoice details. This level of attention to detail was impeccable, making me want to return to this hotel for my next business trip.

Overall, it was pretty good. There was a good range of activities, and we saw quite a few small animals in the mountain area. The two-bedroom unit was ideal for our family. Breakfast was also good. My only minor quibbles would be that some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It would have been even better if the TV was a smart TV (like Xiaomi) with access to TV series, and a night light was missing. Otherwise, no major complaints. Although the complimentary perks largely covered what was offered, my 65-year-old parents, despite being quite active, found many activities unsuitable and might have gotten a little bored.

It is an awesome stay in experiences. The hotel staffs are so friendly & helpful! Special thanks to hotel staff Karson for helping us with the hotel surrounding directory and he is so nice to free upgrade our room to families suite when he saw that we got a child staying in too. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we are back to Changchun. Many thanks to all the hotel staffs.

Bringing my child to the Swiss Hotel during the summer vacation was an incredibly smart decision. Right after checking in, we connected with our butler, Andy, on WeChat, and he was always quick to answer any questions. Our building was perfectly situated near the commercial street, making getting around super convenient, with a 24-hour supermarket just outside our door. The hotel offered so many complimentary activities we couldn't try them all! The UTV off-roading and the suspension bridge were definitely the highlights. With several kids' playgrounds, my child enthusiastically declared it the best hotel she's ever stayed at. Plenty of hotel shuttle buses meant we never had to wait long. Evenings featured spectacular molten iron shows and bonfire parties – now *that's* truly the way to kick off a vacation! The summer evening temperatures in Changbai Mountain were perfectly comfortable; I was initially worried about it being cold, but that wasn't an issue at all. A huge thank you again to Andy for his excellent service! 👍

A big thank you to our WeChat butler, Jason Sui, for his incredibly enthusiastic service! Upon arrival, an airport shuttle bus took us directly to the resort hotel, and they also provided airport transfer service for our departure. The hotel pool was nice, though it wasn't very busy – I guess most guests were out exploring. The kids' play area was a bit small. On our last day, we spent a pleasant afternoon at the KTV. The breakfast on the first floor was, as many have mentioned, quite mediocre, and the coffee was very weak. However, the plain congee with pickled vegetables was excellent! Although our butler had also arranged breakfast at the Executive Lounge, the congee was all I really needed. The hotel was generally clean, and our room was serviced promptly. They even thoughtfully provided unlimited Nongfu Spring bottled water on each floor for guests. Overall, we had a good experience, and I look forward to seeing Tianchi Lake on our next visit!

I personally think this is the best hotel in Yosemite. Small but exquisite, with a delicious breakfast. Located at the highest point, it offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, my room overlooked the sloped roof below, which partially obstructed my view. Otherwise, I couldn't praise it enough. The resort's activities were enough to make up for the long stay. The bedding, coffee capsules, minibar, and unlimited mineral water all reflect the hotel's quality. In short, it's the best choice for a trip to Yosemite. You can lie back and enjoy the view from the balcony all day.
This time, I visited Changchun and chose this hotel, drawn by the renowned Changbai Mountain. During check-in, the staff on duty were incredibly warm and generous; they directly upgraded my booking of one standard room night and one executive room night to two nights in an executive room. I was very impressed by this.
The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was very responsive and worked perfectly. The room was also quiet, and the bedding was excellent, allowing me to rest very comfortably.
The breakfast environment, variety, and quality were all commendable. The millet porridge was piping hot, and the chicken sausage tasted delicious. Overall, the breakfast experience was very enjoyable.
Upon check-out, Duty Manager Li Yang warmly greeted me, inquired about my stay, and even escorted me to the door. The hotel's warm and attentive service, as grand and impressive as Changbai Mountain itself, left a wonderful impression.
The hotel's location is also excellent; Nanhu Park, a large urban forest park, is just a short distance away, making it a fantastic accommodation option for tourists visiting Changchun.
We stayed for three consecutive nights in a deluxe twin room. The room was spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, quiet, and comfortable, offering an expansive view and excellent soundproofing.
The hotel staff were exceptional; from the warm and attentive front desk reception to the helpful doormen, elevator attendants, and the diligent housekeeping team (who cleaned our room daily), everyone provided excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Yitong River while dining. Dining for other meals was also convenient; the Chinese restaurant on the second floor served great food with good service, and the Riverside Craft Brewery on the first floor was a fantastic spot for BBQ, beer, and live music. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a variety of welcome fruits delivered to our room daily.
The hotel's location is superb, just over 100 meters from Haikou Road Station on Metro Line 4 and nestled right by the Yitong River. Stepping out, you're immediately on a scenic riverside cycling and walking path, perfect for morning or evening strolls, and for enjoying the spectacular Yitong River light show at night.
Overall, it was an incredibly satisfying stay. A well-deserved five-star rating!
While the price isn't cheap, it's absolutely worth every penny. We checked in on June 21st, and the front desk even upgraded our room. The hotel environment is lovely, and there's a forest boardwalk nearby, perfect for a stroll.
The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Old Mountain Gate of Changbai Mountain's North Gate. It's just a stone's throw away from the entrance, allowing guests to use the North Gate VIP lane and the Tianchi shuttle VIP lane, saving a significant amount of time waiting in lines.
Dining options are a bit pricey. Other than a nearby Crowne Plaza hotel, there are no other dining establishments in the vicinity. For example, an egg fried rice costs 38 RMB, pork and cabbage dumplings 48 RMB, and the taste was just mediocre. The 'Liu Rou Duan' (sautéed sliced pork) was a bit tough at 99 RMB per serving, 'Di San Xian' (stir-fried potato, eggplant, and bell pepper) was 48 RMB, and a bowl of rice was 5 RMB. Breakfast, however, was quite plentiful, offering items like noodles, tofu pudding, and more. The hot springs are great, with multiple indoor and outdoor pools, each offering different temperatures.
Finally, regarding Tianchi Lake on June 22nd: After waiting all day, the fog only cleared around 4 PM, but it was well worth our day-long wait in the cold wind.
## Environment
The environment here is absolutely top-notch. Nestled in the mountains, the air quality is incredibly fresh. If you're lucky enough to catch good weather, you can just lie in bed, pull back the curtains, and gaze at the mountains – you'll find yourself not wanting to leave.
## Facilities
The bedding, typical of Atour standards, is incredibly comfortable. Having two air conditioners in the room is a huge plus! They provide super effective cooling. Personally, I found the shower pressure wasn't quite strong enough for my liking, but that's a subjective preference and it still worked perfectly fine.
## Service
The service is excellent; they were incredibly responsive to all our requests. Plus, the two welcoming Labradors are absolutely adorable! When we arrived, there were two rooms available at the same price, and the owner kindly showed us both, allowing us to choose our preferred one. This thoughtful gesture really made a great impression!
## Transportation
Before our stay, I was a bit concerned about potential transportation issues given its mountain location, but those worries completely disappeared once we arrived. They offer airport transfers, and for local outings, you can easily hail a Didi (ride-sharing service) right from your doorstep. I usually headed out around 9 AM, and by then, many hikers would have arrived, so there were always plenty of cars around. The drivers were all super friendly, often quite happy to get a ride heading down the mountain, as it meant they didn't have to drive back empty.
Oh, and those two Labradors! They really need to go on a diet! They're always excitedly scampering around looking for people – don't be afraid though, they're just big, lovable goofballs!

Tttzz_ybWe booked a parent-child room, which the children liked very much. Although the slide was a little small for a 7-year-old child, it did not affect the children's enthusiasm. There are two single beds in the bedroom, a single bed in the living room, a sofa, and a balcony.
The breakfast is good, the rice noodles are excellent, and there are not few varieties, but there are too many guests and it is a bit crowded during the morning rush hour.
The hotel service is first-class. When the room is cold, a quilt is brought and two electric heaters are added. The attitude is impeccable.
There is a gym, a supermarket, and a game console on the underground first floor.
The boss prepared two Teslas to go back and forth to the Vanke Songhua Lake Scenic Area Customer Service Center. One is pink and painted with strawberry bears and a panoramic sunroof; the other is white and painted with Frozen. This white one has big wings, which is very cool and the children like it very much. Tesla is available on call, which is very convenient.
In short, the experience is very good.
I will come again next time.
GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing anything we needed promptly. Our butler also responded to messages instantly. The outdoor dining area at Momopark in the evening was very enjoyable. However, the main restaurant was a letdown. The variety was limited, and the breakfast options were identical every morning. Meat choices were scarce, with barely any ham (just one type of bacon), and no yogurt was offered. Freshly cooked scrambled eggs were unavailable, and the coffee machine couldn't even make lattes. Forks weren't provided, with staff explaining it was a ”Chinese buffet.” The few forks in the children's section were always empty. It felt as though the attentive service was completely undermined by the poor dining experience. The mini-train closed too early, and the amenities offered one less slide compared to JinHua.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a charming classic style. Our room was spotless and fresh, and the facilities were excellent, especially the complimentary laundry and drying service. This was incredibly convenient for washing our hiking and hot spring clothes promptly – a fantastic perk! Our hotel butler contacted us a day beforehand to assist with itinerary planning. Even when butlers changed shifts, they consistently communicated this and proactively checked if we had any new requests. Upon departure, the butler even presented us with a small gift, thoughtfully expressing concern we might be disappointed if we hadn't been able to see Heaven Lake. The emotional value provided was incredible – we felt truly valued and cared for! We're already thinking of returning in winter!

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel was an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, with courteous and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping team was particularly thoughtful, providing us with an extra heat pad to stay warm and even a small box to organize our accessories after noticing we had several. These small but meaningful gestures truly set the hotel apart. Every detail of our stay was handled with care and professionalism, making it a place I highly recommend to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.
FFamPlanIf you are traveling during winter, it's a lovely place to stay, it's like a condo rent out of that sort, during the snow season does look like a santa town, a small village with decor surrounded with lights, very christmasy.
Big apartment, we booked 2 bedrooms room type, heat, hot water etc all equipped.
Cleanliness is great the first day, sloppy afterwards, stains on floors from day 2 til the day we left. We stayed for 5 nights.
Service wise still quite good, 阳阳 is very responsive, 5 stars for her.
But it's noisy every morning, there were 3 morning straight I got woken up by the noises at like 6am, other guests or staffs loud chats, banging sounds, furnitures moving around etc.... usually from 6-8 am.
Breakfast is horrible though 😆
Overall, it's still a good option.

CChenjinquanMy wife and I enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. Room is spacious, modern, clean and nicely equipped. MTR is just at the hotel doorway which makes in town travel extremely convenient. Breakfast food is plentiful. Staff are friendly, polite and forthcoming. Special thanks is given to Erik, the hotel’s room director. Despite his busy schedule, he always spares time to stay in the reception area to meet hotel guests. He is very helpful and resourceful, always stand ready to offer help and even travel advice. We told him our room was a bit hot due to the heated air conditioning and before long, he solved our problem by arranging one of our small windows to open for fresh air. We said we would take high speed train to leave the city at 2:30pm 2 days after and he immediately offered to extend our checkout time to 1pm. He also advised us to take MTR to go to the high speed train station instead of taking a taxi. We took his advice when checked out and the trip really turned out to be more convenient and faster.
