Traveling during the off-peak season, the hotel was excellent, and the front desk was incredibly responsible, taking care of everything. The hotel even has its own shuttle service with drivers who pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go, and they even help you bargain! Much appreciated. Soaking in the hot springs while it snowed, then hitting the slopes at 8:30 AM – it was a fantastic experience.

Our stay in the Changbaishan Resort suite was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct views of the mountains and forest. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the breakfast featured fresh and abundant ingredients. The resort offers a wide range of activities, from forest walks to various leisure options, all within a tranquil and serene environment. Our whole family had a fantastic time, and the accommodation was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Changbaishan!

Five-star rating! We stayed at Shangri-La Changchun with our whole family, including seniors and children. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally warm and attentive. I must specifically commend several staff members! 1. The poolside staff were incredibly thoughtful. In the early morning, there was already a dedicated attendant on duty. When my elderly family members were swimming, a staff member proactively offered dry towels. They were gentle and friendly, showing great care for the seniors, which was a heartwarming detail. 2. The experience with two front desk staff members was excellent: one was Tang Yue, and the other was Feng Yanyu. Both ladies were enthusiastic and patient throughout, meticulously guiding us on nearby attractions, taxi routes, and tips for visiting the morning market. I especially thank Ms. Feng Yanyu, who proactively added me on WeChat, telling me I could contact her anytime for any assistance. Her thoughtful and thorough service made us feel exceptionally secure while traveling away from home. Special thanks to her! 3. The concierge staff at the hotel entrance were professional and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us with our luggage upon arrival and hailed taxis and opened doors for us when we went out. Their service was perfectly measured, showcasing the professional standard of a five-star hotel. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area, making it very convenient for going out and dining. From the pool to the front desk and the doormen, every employee was gentle and courteous, with attention to detail evident everywhere. It's perfectly suited for stays with seniors and children. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Changchun. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is lovely, and they even have small animals that kids can feed up close. The hot springs are fantastic, and they claim to be the only true volcanic geothermal springs around. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor options, and the fish spa was a really nice experience. If you stay for three consecutive nights, you get some extra perks, and there are shuttle buses available for everything. If you plan your time well, you can finish your activities and head back easily. The hotel is super close to the Old Mountain Gate entrance of the Changbai Mountain Scenic Area, just a 300-meter walk. After visiting the attractions, the hotel's shuttle bus picks you up, which is very convenient. Our butler was incredibly helpful and responsible, always ready to solve any issues and even brought us a big fruit platter. We were very satisfied.

Traveling solo this time, my stay at Wanda Realm Hotel was the warmest experience of my entire trip. A special thank you to Manager Zhang Qian. Even before I checked in, she patiently provided me with all sorts of information about the Wanda Resort, including attractions, important notes, and route planning. This saved me a lot of trouble as a first-time visitor and filled me with anticipation for my upcoming itinerary. I was also incredibly lucky to see the most beautiful Tianchi Lake! During my stay, Manager Zhang Qian provided incredibly thoughtful care. After learning about my travel plans, she proactively prepared breakfast for me. When I needed to extend my stay, she actively helped me coordinate to keep my original room, so I didn't have to switch rooms or go through any hassle. My entire check-in and stay experience was incredibly smooth. As a solo traveler, these seemingly small details made me feel like I was receiving care from family. What touched me even more was that after I had already left the Wanda Resort, the hotel staff contacted me immediately to inform me that I had left something behind at the hotel. They carefully kept it safe and actively helped me retrieve my lost item. This level of dedication, responsibility, and meticulousness deeply moved me and truly made me feel the Wanda Realm Hotel's commitment to every guest. Every staff member at Wanda Realm Hotel demonstrated what it means to make guests feel at home through their actions, leaving me with the most wonderful memories of my trip. My heartfelt thanks to Manager Zhang Qian and all the hotel staff for their hard work! Their professionalism and enthusiasm deserve to be recognized by more people. In the future, whether I return to Changbai Mountain myself or recommend it to friends and family, Wanda Realm Hotel will always be my top choice. Overall, the stay was decent. The staff were proactive in checking on our check-in status and were patient and detailed with all our inquiries throughout our stay. However, a few frustrating incidents dampened the experience. Firstly, we couldn't check in upon arrival at noon. When we asked at 1:40 PM, they said the room wasn't ready, which was understandable. But at 2 PM, it still wasn't ready. They told us they would notify us once it was confirmed, asking us to wait. We sat in the lobby for half an hour, completely ignored. We had to approach the front desk ourselves to finally be told we could check in. I understand that they might be short-staffed and rooms take time to clean when it's busy, but to then just leave us unattended felt a bit unprofessional. Secondly, and this is something I truly don't understand, my phone couldn't connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. I called to inquire, and a staff member came to check. They then told me that Chinese-made Vivo phones couldn't connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. I'm not sure if this is actually true, but it felt like discrimination against Vivo users. The hotel benefits included many activities, which was great. However, the efficiency was incredibly low, and queue times were extremely long. This was especially true for the Xizheng Slide and cart ride. There weren't that many people, but they claimed to be controlling numbers, with cable cars spaced out. We started queuing 15 minutes before the 9 AM opening, but by noon, we had only managed to do one activity. Most of the time was spent queuing, which was incredibly inefficient and a huge waste of time. Finally, I have to mention that on our last day, at 6:40 AM, I received a WeChat message asking if we were satisfied with our stay. I'm not sure what the purpose of that was. Although they repeatedly apologized for the late check-in and offered drinks and fridge magnets as souvenirs, and even enthusiastically asked if we had too much luggage and needed help bringing it down, it felt like their enthusiasm came a bit too late. Overall, the experience was good, but perhaps because it was good, I had higher expectations for it to be even better. It's definitely suitable for children under 10.

The place is more like airbnb with one bedroom and one living room inside a condo estate where there are other similar ‘hotel’ sharing the same estate. The estate environment is greenery and clean. Location of the hotel is near to major park but not with walking distance, one need to call a cab to reach his destination. Hiking bike is difficult if you do not have local ID, the local company apply do not accept passport. No daily towel change or room cleaning within the duration of the stay unless request. Overall, the place is acceptable but just get the expectation right. 

Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision; my overall experience was incredibly satisfying. The location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting a taxi or exploring the shopping district. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, handling check-in efficiently, and patiently answering any questions I had. The room was spotless, with no dust even in the corners. The mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—making it easy to fall asleep, and the windows provided excellent soundproofing, completely blocking out outside noise. The toiletries were of good quality, and hot water was available instantly. The internet speed was stable and fast. The hallway was quiet and tidy, with cleaning staff constantly maintaining the public areas. Breakfast offered a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and the ingredients were fresh. The overall environment was comfortable and grand, the service was meticulous, and the price was very reasonable. It's perfect for both short trips and business stays. I highly recommend it and will definitely book here again next time.

My first impression upon arrival was the front desk service. Elva was gentle and polite throughout, not perfunctory at all. The check-in and check-out processes were completed in just a few minutes, and she even proactively offered to help with my luggage. She meticulously explained details about parking and breakfast times. The service was professional and heartwarming, which instantly gave me an excellent overall impression.

The location, transport, and environment are excellent. Across the street is MixC Mall, and the subway station is right outside. It's also not far from Changchun Railway Station. The view from the 43rd floor is great, and the sofa by the window is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. However, the service could be more proactive. I had a small hiccup during check-in, experiencing a power outage in my room for the first time, which required a room change. The issue was handled and resolved relatively quickly, and when I mentioned the tissues in the room were scarce, they were promptly refilled. I hope they can improve their attention to service details. Overall, I would still recommend this place.
