There was a girl at the front desk who was really friendly. I saw her name on her ID card was Vita. She was not the kind of distant and polite staff, but really stood from our perspective to handle all problems for us. Because our mobile phone was not a mainland card and could not connect to WIFI, she studied it for a while and helped us connect successfully. When we checked in, she told us that the climate here was dry, and the room notified us to add more water. When we went downstairs to go out and asked her for information about the surrounding areas, she personally helped us show us the way and called a taxi for us. She also told us that there is a big temperature difference between morning and night in Xining, and we need to add more clothes when going out in the morning and evening. The places recommended to us are delicious and affordable. There is really no formatted feeling of staying in a hotel, just like the feeling of a child at home helping you arrange things. The only regret is that we didn't meet her again when we checked out, otherwise we should thank her in person.

The staff at this hostel is very kind hearted and welcoming — we even received a free room upgrade, which was such a lovely surprise! The interior is cozy and the location is also great, with a nearby bus stop, multiple restaurants and a supermarket.

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept until dawn. The hotel is conveniently located not far from both the airport and train station, just a 20-minute taxi ride to Caojiapu Airport. On the day of arrival, we called ahead and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family suite. It featured a 1.8-meter king-size bed and a 1.5-meter bunk bed. Both grandma and the little one had their own beds, and our child, who had always dreamed of sleeping on the top bunk, was absolutely thrilled! They didn't even want to check out. Breakfast was also good, though it did get quite busy during peak hours, and we had to wait for a table. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, which is a huge convenience for long-distance travelers.

For the past two years, I've visited Xining almost annually for work, and Qinghai Hotel has always been my one and only choice for accommodation. What makes it stand out are the incredibly welcoming staff, the plentiful and delicious breakfast, the warm and comfortable rooms, and, most importantly, the truly comfortable beds and bedding. This time, taking advantage of a holiday, my friends and I set off from Lanzhou for a spontaneous Gansu-Qinghai Grand Loop road trip. We were on the road early mornings and late nights every day, so by the time we reached Qinghai Hotel for the night, I slept soundly from 11 PM until 8 AM. It was exactly what I needed to truly recover and shake off the fatigue.

The disposable supplies are provided for you. The bed is clean and itchy. It is very quiet, although there is no air conditioning. But when I set it, it snowed in mid-November and there was floor heating. It was not that row of heating pipes, but real floor heating, very warm. Look at this price, what am I not satisfied with? I booked for 2 consecutive nights and must be praised. If there are shortcomings, this hotel takes 7 8 minutes to walk out of the bus stop. The shower with the overhead shower has no independent shower, which is a bit inconvenient.

房間乾淨寬敞，拉開窗簾就能看見雪山！房間裏還有供氧設備，前台姐姐貼心提醒不要劇烈運動，本來還想去泡雪山温泉的，勸退了哈哈哈～服務非常到位👍由於是淡季，酒店早餐品類相對較少，不過也相當不錯，該有的都有，雞湯米線、豆漿、炒菜...都很好吃。退房的時候還送了玉米、水果～ 酒店距離步行街和翡翠湖景區相當近

The room was spacious and new, equipped with a humidifier, which is really essential for out-of-towners not used to dry climates. The front desk service was also excellent 👍. Breakfast was especially rich and varied. The next day, I moved to Wanda City due to business, and the difference was huge – the room style was much older, and breakfast was also a stark contrast. For a Wanda property, this one truly stacks up well; the price isn't expensive either, so I highly recommend it. On a side note, the yogurt across from the hotel is also delicious, I'd recommend it to friends visiting from out of town. The sweet fermented grains at the hotel breakfast were delicious. I wonder if the hotel could recommend what brand they use 😊

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

After staying, I felt that my choice was correct. I really admire the hotel's service staff. I didn't say anything and took our 3 26-inch suitcases and 2 people to the third floor in one breath (at least the 4th floor in our south, because the hotel on the second floor also made a western restaurant, coffee bar). I want to especially like the staff service attitude, the friend is a bit high, immediately send the oxygen pillow, and teach us how to use it. In short, it is the most comfortable and experienced hotel in my Gannan trip!
