Traveling by car, the hotel's breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, ensuring I got all the calories and nutrients I needed, which is crucial at high altitudes. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious. The assistant, Xiaocanghu, was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. They contacted me in advance, and considering the high-altitude environment, helped prepare a portable oxygen tank after I inquired. They also meticulously informed me about breakfast times, the best spots for sunrise/sunset viewing, and important travel tips, covering every detail. I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's 8:30 PM bonfire party, which had a fantastic atmosphere; I even joined in a Guozhuang dance for a bit. When I asked about sunrise viewing for the next day, the staff kindly reminded me about everything. Although we didn't get to see the sunrise due to rain the next morning, the meticulous service throughout our stay made the trip incredibly rewarding. Plus, the hotel offers a free ******* robe try-on service. The responsible staff member patiently helped us get dressed, styled, and took photos, making for a superb and wonderfully comfortable experience from start to finish.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful towards us. They let us leave our luggage for the day. The only downside was that almost none of the sockets worked in our room, but other than that this is a solid hostel for this price range.

We were on a road trip and arrived quite late, but the lady at the front desk was so kind and upgraded us to two deluxe twin rooms for free! The hotel's location is excellent, with complimentary parking, and it's only a 10-minute drive to the Chaka Salt Lake scenic area. It's also very convenient for stocking up on supplies nearby. Most importantly, the hotel environment is great, the rooms are super clean and hygienic, and they even come with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The soundproofing is also good. The front desk staff are all very helpful and accommodating. Plus, the hotel's buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Highly recommend this place for anyone on a road trip or traveling!

The hotel is very clean and has good amenities. The rooms are big, and it seemed there were not many tourists. The breakfast was good with a mixture of options. The hotel is very close to the train station but a bit far out from tourist sites. Qinghai however is a large province and so it’s not the fault of the hotel. Staff were friendly and provided advice on where to eat local food.

I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service. The staff were cold and unhelpful, showing no consideration for guests. (Though one female receptionist had a very good attitude and proactively asked about our room needs). After checking in, we found trash under the sink in one of the rooms. We called the front desk, but no one came to address it for 20 minutes. It was almost 8 PM, and we had just arrived from Chaka Salt Lake, eager to go out for dinner. Even if they couldn't clean it immediately, they should have at least provided an explanation! Our booking included minibar service, but there was none in the room. When we went to the front desk to inquire about both issues, the staff were cold and dismissive, and no one even apologized. You are in the service industry; shouldn't basic courtesy be a given?! Later, they said they would restock the minibar for me, but it still wasn't there when we returned after dinner. Although Ctrip resolved the issue, it wasn't just about the small items; it was the feeling that the hotel showed no consideration for its guests. Then, at checkout the next day, there was still no reaction. What did Ctrip say? Who is lying here? It's both infuriating and ridiculous.

There is no price increase on holidays, and the price is very high. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many parking spaces. The boss saw the car coming in and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The room was very comfortable and equipped with a humidifier. Here at night, I looked up and saw a lot of stars. The boss also intimately told the surrounding fun attractions and time planning, sun protection, etc. The experience was really good. The breakfast was very rich and delicious. We were full. Overall, the boss and clerk really took this hotel as their own business to operate well. We felt very comfortable this night when we came to Beijing.

The combination of Chinese and Western food satisfied the taste buds. The location is convenient, it only takes 20 minutes to drive to Ta'er Monastery, and there is convenient parking nearby. The details are carefully considered and it is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality!

This time, taking the Qinggan Dahuan Line, Dachaidan is an important stop. I heard that the altitude is high and the climate is dry. It is easy to sleep well at night, and my heart is quite awkward. Unexpectedly, this hotel has a humidifier and fresh air system. It is not dry to sleep at night. The hotel does not feel uncomfortable in the morning when it is oxygenated. This hotel is in Dachaidan Town. It is also very convenient to go to Emerald Lake, Water Yadan, Nanba Immortal City. It is very convenient to eat and supply around, and there is no detour by car. The hotel has its own large parking lot, the ground is flat, and the parking space is sufficient. After we arrived, we easily parked the car and never moved it again. It was convenient to go anywhere. The hotel gym is fully equipped and the laundry room is free to use (too important for people who travel long distances, the clothes can finally be washed clean). The hotel pushed the door in and felt clean, bright and smell-free. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Again, what touched me most was that the room was equipped with oxygen supply equipment and humidifiers. You should know that Dachaidan is about 3,200 meters above sea level, and the air is low in oxygen and extremely dry. I stayed in other hotels a few nights ago and often woke up with dry mouth and headaches in the middle of the night, but this night I turned on the humidifier and added oxygen. I slept until dawn and woke up refreshed!

Stepping into the hotel, the atrium's scenery immediately caught my eye. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise, with two clean and tidy beds and cute throw pillows. The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
