Hotels With Bars in Qinghai, China

I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.

Nice room with view from neighborhood. It's 30min walk from downtown but there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby. I was the only guest during the 4 nights I was there, so not much of an atmosphere despite the nice social areas. The heating system (underfloor) works only in the night so it's a bit chill during the day. There are hot showers and possibly of doing laundry (10yuan a load).

原來是衝著酒店有自助餐提供訂的酒店，酒店在沒有告知我們的情況下，到我們辦理入住的時候才被告知沒有自助餐，衹有打包的早餐😭😭由於到達的時候太晚了，不想折騰，便將就入住了。 酒店的設施還是很新的，挺不錯。不過可能過年期間淡季，好多燈都沒有全開，感覺不大好。😂 衞生：中規中矩，符合期待。✔️ 環境：在距離翡翠湖10來分鐘的車程，方便。周邊也挺安靜的，睡得舒服。👌 服務：服務人員沒有統一穿制服，感覺是住了一間雜牌麗呈一樣。😭 西北環線之旅，入住過全季，亞朵，漢庭等連鎖酒店，感覺麗呈是最不靠譜的。😂 最後必須贊一下攜程的服務，反饋了酒店沒有提供自助早餐後，及時退回了五人的早餐費用，處理結果很滿意。👏

The hotel is conveniently located not far from both the airport and train station, just a 20-minute taxi ride to Caojiapu Airport. During check-in, I even noticed flight attendants staying here, which gave me a good impression. We were traveling with elderly parents and a child, so we had booked a triple room. On the day of arrival, we called ahead and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a family suite. It featured a 1.8-meter king-size bed and a 1.5-meter bunk bed. Both grandma and the little one had their own beds, and our child, who had always dreamed of sleeping on the top bunk, was absolutely thrilled! They didn't even want to check out. Breakfast was also good, though it did get quite busy during peak hours, and we had to wait for a table. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, which is a huge convenience for long-distance travelers.

For the past two years, I've visited Xining almost annually for work, and Qinghai Hotel has always been my one and only choice for accommodation. What makes it stand out are the incredibly welcoming staff, the plentiful and delicious breakfast, the warm and comfortable rooms, and, most importantly, the truly comfortable beds and bedding. This time, taking advantage of a holiday, my friends and I set off from Lanzhou for a spontaneous Gansu-Qinghai Grand Loop road trip. We were on the road early mornings and late nights every day, so by the time we reached Qinghai Hotel for the night, I slept soundly from 11 PM until 8 AM. It was exactly what I needed to truly recover and shake off the fatigue.

Self-driving China Xining Station, the room exceeded my expectations. It is recommended to first look at the price and then look at the hardware. The room I booked on the APP at that time was more than 50, and more than 50 in many second- and third-tier cities. I could book a youth travel, not even a separate bathroom, but look at what he has matched for you. First of all, there is a 40-square-meter large room with a separate wardrobe. It is exaggerated to say that you can play football in the room. It is also equipped with a small book bar. Next to it is the People's Park. It is half a villa room. The disposable supplies are provided for you. The bed is clean and itchy. It is very quiet, although there is no air conditioning. But when I set it, it snowed in mid-November and there was floor heating. It was not that row of heating pipes, but real floor heating, very warm. Look at this price, what am I not satisfied with? I booked for 2 consecutive nights and must be praised. If there are shortcomings, this hotel takes 7 8 minutes to walk out of the bus stop. The shower with the overhead shower has no independent shower, which is a bit inconvenient.

Very satisfied with a stay experience! The hotel room was very spacious, cleaned spotlessly, and lived very comfortably. The most intimate thing is that Dachaidan has a high altitude and the hotel room is equipped with an oxygen generator, which makes people feel more safe and effectively relieves altitude sickness. The window is facing the snow-capped mountains, the view is excellent, and the photos are especially taken. There is also a humidifier in the room, and the details are very thoughtful. The hot water supply in the bathroom is sufficient, the water pressure is also large, and the bath is very relieved. The hotel has a large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, which is too convenient for self-driving tourists. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the outside is ice and snow, and the house is warm like spring. The fly in the ointment is that during the Spring Festival, breakfast is not provided, which is a bit inconvenient. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall hardware facilities and services are very good, I will choose here next time I come to Dachaidan!

This is my second stay here, and it's definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Xining. The front desk staff are lovely and welcoming. The lobby area has all the essential facilities, and the surrounding plush toys are incredibly cute. The room was quiet and bright, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I really appreciated the detailed local travel guides in the room, and the aroma was very soothing. The location is also super convenient for getting around.

It was midnight when we arrived in Xining. As the starting point of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop, we had a good rest. The new hotel has a little smell, but it is fine once the fresh air system is turned on. The breakfast is not suitable for southerners, it is simple and not suitable for this star rating.

After staying, I felt that my choice was correct. I really admire the hotel's service staff. I didn't say anything and took our 3 26-inch suitcases and 2 people to the third floor in one breath (at least the 4th floor in our south, because the hotel on the second floor also made a western restaurant, coffee bar). I want to especially like the staff service attitude, the friend is a bit high, immediately send the oxygen pillow, and teach us how to use it. In short, it is the most comfortable and experienced hotel in my Gannan trip!
