"This stay really exceeded expectations, it must be five-star praise! The store is warm and thoughtful throughout, gentle and attentive, and the details are very careful. The environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, the pictures are everywhere, and the air is particularly comfortable. The swimming pool is too suitable for bringing a baby, the water temperature is right, and the sanitation is in place. The children have a great time playing in the water. They liberate their hands throughout the whole process. The first choice for parent-child travel!"

JJasonlinllllFacilities: The hardware facilities are quite good, and the overall maintenance is excellent.
Environment: It occupies the entire Xianshan Peninsula, making it very suitable for guests who prefer peace and quiet. It's closer to nature, away from the city's hustle and bustle. The scenery is beautiful, whether it's sunny or rainy.
Cleanliness: Very good. Housekeeping arrived to clean the room daily while we were at breakfast, which was efficient.
Service: A butler contacted us the day before check-in. This time, our butler was Evie, and her service was incredibly attentive and detailed throughout. She explained activities, provided daily activity reminders and weather alerts, and even helped us book in-room dining. Her responses were always very prompt. She truly deserves special praise.
This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We mostly just lounged in the room. Although we didn't participate in many activities, simply strolling around the hotel grounds and listening to the rain on the balcony was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic.
It gets a bit busier on weekends, probably because it's summer break and many families come with children. Weekdays are much quieter. The breakfast restaurant can get crowded during peak hours on Sunday mornings, requiring a bit of a wait.

JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

I stayed for several days and it was very comfortable, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it. The lobby environment was nice, and the room facilities were pretty good. Xiao Du (AI assistant) was quite smart, thumbs up! 👍 I'll definitely come again next time.

From the delightful room upgrade upon check-in to the thoughtful and attentive butler service throughout our stay, every detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The butler was both professional and friendly, always there when we needed something, yet also providing us with ample personal space—the service balance was just perfect. The hotel's location is also ideal for families; our child's highlight every day was visiting the squirrel park downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and the commute was convenient. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and look forward to our next visit!

Children like it very much, but I feel it is more suitable for couples because the design of the bathroom is a bit inconvenient for parent-child families. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, but there is no shower. Parents of the opposite sex have to take a shower in advance. Other than that, it is almost full marks. The service is very, very, very good. The brothers are very handsome and the sisters are also very beautiful. They have a strong sense of service. The housekeeper is responsive to every request. A care package is provided every day, which is a canvas cosmetic bag that can be taken away. The toiletries are lelabo, and there are enough drinks. The restaurant is not big, so make reservations in advance. The food is very delicate and the taste is good. Afternoon tea and hot spring bath are also provided. It is very, very, very comfortable!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the Yaohan business district, with a riverside green belt right downstairs. It's also easy to access the expressway for trips to Puyuan and the South Station.
The hotel rooms and hallways are quite spacious, and the soundproofing is good. Our room faced the interior, and although there were many AC units on the podium, we barely heard anything once the windows were closed. Even the sound of doors opening and closing in the hallway in the morning wasn't very noticeable.
In terms of facilities, the two 1.5-meter beds are generally suitable for families traveling with older children. As it's a Four Points, it has all the essential amenities, but they are a more basic version.
The male staff member in the blue suit in the lobby was very enthusiastic. When the young lady at the front desk wasn't sure about the location of the Zicheng historical site and Nanhu Lake, he overheard and proactively came over to provide more details. Thumbs up!👍🏻

There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The hotel is surrounded by a quiet environment with beautiful scenery, and the Qiantang River view is particularly captivating. The lobby, situated on the 44th floor, provides expansive views, and you can even enjoy a light show at night. The overall design of the environment is novel and unique.

WWojiushiwo8512Traveling in late June, before the official start of the summer holiday, offered fantastic value for money. I was able to use a voucher I bought when the hotel first opened without any extra charge, and the package inclusions were excellent. As a new hotel, both the landscaping and facilities are top-notch. We were assigned a courtyard room in the furthest building, the 'Winter Snow' building. It felt quite a walk at first, but we got used to the layout quickly. Each Club Med has its unique activities, and the indoor options at Longwu were perfect for a rainy day. Unfortunately, my child developed a fever and gastroenteritis on the second day, possibly due to the weather and pool water temperature. The hotel concierge was very helpful, sending a forehead thermometer and even an ice bucket, which was a thoughtful touch. The buffet food was better than expected. If you haven't pre-purchased a package, I'd definitely consider the all-inclusive option. The evening trivia and Longwu variety show were both entertaining and fun. Although we didn't get to use the half-day kids' club or visit any of the three optional attractions, it just gives us a good reason to come back!

NNik ParksWe had an amazing stay here. The apartment is light, spacious and airy. The bed is huge and really comfortable and the shower and bathroom are also lovely. Having a kitchen with utensils, hob and microwave meant we could cook in the evenings which is a huge plus.
Breakfast was included in our stay and it was varied and tasty with some western options, fresh noodles and omelettes, fresh fruits and salads, bread, cheese, pastries and amazing coffee and fresh juices.
We used the pool several times (remember your swim caps!) and it was large and really nice for a swim.
The location is great. It's close to the West Lake area. We walked there and back which was about 45mins each way, but it's also very easy to jump in a Didi to venture further around to see the Tiger Springs or Nine Creeks and Misty Forest areas which are really beautiful.
The staff were very helpful. We arrived a little early and they checked us in straight away and very promptly answered all my questions. We asked for a late check-out and we were generously accommodated which was an added bonus.
Oh - and the lobby and hotel smell amazing too!
We will 100% stay here again when we return to Hanghzhou and would highly recommend it to other travellers if you'd like some luxury alongside home comforts.
