This hotel stay truly exceeded my expectations! Not only were the views from the window stunning and pleasant, but the service was also incredibly thoughtful and memorable. From the warm and attentive check-in at the front desk, to the housekeeping staff who promptly responded to requests and kept the room spotless during my stay, even the restaurant staff were meticulous, proactively recommending dishes and refilling tea and water. The entire experience was top-notch, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

I had a great stay at the Sheraton in Huzhou, which sits right on the beautiful Taihu Lake. The hotel itself is a major attraction, and every room comes with amazing views and excellent facilities. The villas are especially impressive, each one has its own hot spring and a private swimming pool, which makes the experience even more relaxing. The hot spring area at the hotel is super comfortable, and the night light show is absolutely spectacular. Walking around the lake and around the hotel feels peaceful and enjoyable. A special thanks to Ms. Lucy Liu from the front office. She speaks good English and acted almost like a personal butler during my stay. She helped with everything, planning the hot spring visit, suggesting nearby boating options, and offering support whenever needed. Her kindness really made my stay even better. This hotel is great for solo travelers, couples, and families. Highly recommended!

Prime location, incredibly convenient for the business district. The rooms are clean, quiet, and feature comfortable bedding. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making it ideal for business travelers. Service was professional and efficient, with quick check-in and check-out processes. The room facilities are modern, and the internet speed is fast, perfect for working. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Highly recommend! The location is absolutely fantastic. It's right behind Tianyi Square, which is packed with amazing food options – incredibly convenient. It's also close to Gulou Subway Station. Yuehu Park, Chenghuang Temple, and Gulou are all nearby too. The value for money is outstanding. I originally considered a high-end hotel, but chose Huayingyue because of its location. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation.

I rang the hotel the day before to ask for directions and they were very helpful with giving advice about getting discounted the entrance ticket for us as the hotel is located within the scenic area and the ticket is also valid for the 2 days we were there for. They also added me to a WeChat group with all their staff and everyone was extremely helpful in giving advice and recommendations. One thing was that the bathroom drain is a bit small and when I was washing my hair in the shower it got blocked by the hair (I have long hair that sheds a bit) and there was a bit of mini-flood happening in the shower, though that's more the design of the shower. Bonus: cats and bunny at the reception! Would definitely stay again if I'm visiting!

Giraffe Manor in winter offers a unique kind of healing! We stayed in a private wooden cabin surrounded by a bamboo forest. With three floor-to-ceiling windows, we could push them open to a view of green bamboo and snowy scenery. The room was wonderfully warm, and the mini-bar thoughtfully stocked with snacks. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, always available on call. Even though it was the depths of winter, the interactive experiences weren't compromised at all. When the temperature rose a bit around noon, we could go outside to feed the giraffes. For just 30 yuan, you get a portion of carrots, unlocking the chance for a close-up photo. Their soft breath mixed with the sunshine, creating incredibly heartwarming photos. The manor's long corridors and the poolside area are perfect for travel photography; with the afternoon sun shining down, light-colored outfits against the bamboo background make for stunning, nature-inspired shots effortlessly. Besides the giraffes, the cute raccoons and giant tortoises at the petting zoo were adorable. The indoor children's play area and archery activities were great for occupying time on chilly days. The evening bonfire party had an amazing atmosphere, gathering around the fire to warm up and chat instantly chased away the cold. The service was excellent throughout. Staff members proactively gave warm-up tips and even recommended scenic photo spots. The travel photographer was fantastic, capturing amazing candid shots. The manor in winter, with less hustle and bustle, offered more tranquility. Whether it's a family trip or an outing with friends, you're sure to make wonderful memories. Is a amazing hotel, feel like staying at horry Potter town. Room are big, 2 of us got enough space to put & open luggage. Got a tea room for us to eat & chill. 1 thing need to improve is the lighting is yellow light, I feel abit dark coz I bed to do work. If the light can swift then is perfect.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entire decor has a Republican China-era style, which is very elegant and full of atmosphere. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. The service is exceptional; they contacted us in advance, provided a free room upgrade, offered shuttle service to and from the parking lot, and waived the parking fee. Makabaka was also very thoughtful and attentive, giving us guidance on touring the scenic area. Overall, we felt very much at home, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.
