My stay this time was absolutely terrible! I was in Building 6, an odd-numbered room, and here are the main issues: 1. My room faced the outdoor plaza, and there was an open-air karaoke every night. It was incredibly loud, even with the windows closed and curtains drawn! I called the front desk, and someone responded very quickly. They explained that it's like this every day and there's nothing they can do, but if it goes past 9 PM, they'll call the police. Well, it was still going past 9 PM! I called the front desk again, and they finally said security had gone to disperse them. I checked the time, and the outdoor plaza karaoke finally stopped at 9:42 PM!!! 2. A large family was staying in the room directly opposite mine. They chatted with their door open in the evenings and mornings, and the room's soundproofing is terrible! Plus, that family was smoking in their room, and the smoke drifted into our room through the door crack! I complained to the front desk again, and they responded that, according to regulations, smoking isn't allowed in the hotel, but if guests insist on smoking, there's nothing they can do. They said they'd send someone to dissuade them. For a star-rated hotel and guesthouse, guests smoking in their rooms is just... awful!!! 3. At 6:30 AM, people started making noise and renovating outside my window. It was incredibly loud! I was woken up by it!!! Renovation started at 6:30 AM in the morning!!! As for other issues like the TV initially having no signal (staff came twice to fix it) and the hard mattress causing back pain, and the hotel amenities being subpar, I'll overlook those. The three points above summarize it: nightly plaza karaoke, early morning renovations, and no smoking ban in the guest rooms! I really don't recommend this place at all; I'm very dissatisfied! To be fair, the staff's attitude was very good, and their response time was quick. The hotel environment is also quite nice. But it was genuinely noisy! And the smoking issue! I've stayed in many state guesthouses, and I've never encountered anything like this. A terrible experience.

Facilities: The room facilities are complete, and there's even a robot delivering meals. The elevator requires a key card for access, which makes a solo female traveler feel very safe. Environment: The environment is beautiful, and it's very convenient with the train station nearby, making transportation excellent. Their service is also great, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. The hotel also provides special children's slippers, toothbrushes, and even a children's play area, which is very friendly for moms.

Chose to stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Taihu Lake, and it was a wonderful experience with beautiful views and a pleasant environment, perfect for a relaxing family trip. We had butler service, and our butler was incredibly attentive, following up on every detail. The service was impeccable, really top-notch! The room was very clean with excellent attention to detail, and the facilities were complete and in great condition. Highly recommend!

Huzhou Giraffe Manor Hotel is, without a doubt, a fantastic place for kids. It has two main highlights: 1. You can find various small animals everywhere and interact with them up close, which is really fun. 2. During breakfast, you can get close to the giraffes and even feed them while you eat. My child absolutely loved it! However, if you're visiting on a weekend, try to get to the restaurant before 8 AM for breakfast. Otherwise, all the seats near the giraffes will be taken, and people won't want to leave – and who can blame them, haha! Now for a few drawbacks, mainly concerning the room facilities: 1. We stayed in a wooden cabin, and there was a persistent odor in the bathroom. I'd suggest the hotel place some air fresheners in the bathrooms, as the smell wasn't pleasant. 2. When the air conditioning was first turned on, there was a musty smell. It would dissipate after a short while, but we had to open the door to air it out. The downside was that opening the door let in mosquitoes, which was a dilemma. 3. Speaking of mosquitoes, they can be quite a problem during the warmer months.

The room was quite clean and quiet, and the view from the window was the Public Security Bureau, which gave a great sense of security. The second-floor platform is perfect for photos, especially at night when the lights are on. It's also very close to the exit of the pedestrian street. The hotel even helped us buy tickets, and we could freely enter and exit until 5 AM the next day. When the hairdryer broke, they quickly sent someone to fix it. We were so tired on the first day that we slept until almost check-out time around 11 AM, but when we asked if we could extend our stay, they let us check out at 2 PM. This hotel is really good!

I'm not sure if it's because I booked through Trip.com, but I always get rooms at the very end of the hall. This time, I was even placed right next to the restaurant. From 5 AM, I could hear the clanging of dishes and then the chatter of people coming in for breakfast. I didn't get any good rest. I also forgot some pastries I bought from the mini-fridge in my room, and the front desk didn't call to ask if I still needed them. They mentioned a 'small surprise' upon check-out, but I wasn't offered one, nor did I ask. Pros: The staff member who helped with my luggage was really nice and proactive. The hotel's location is excellent, with a shuttle stop right outside and very close to the main street, which is super convenient. The dining environment is also beautiful.

The front desk service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The hotel's cleanliness and overall stay experience were great, and the soundproofing was also quite good. For breakfast, they had freshly made wontons and freshly boiled glutinous rice balls, which were delicious. My daughter and I stayed for two days over the weekend, and we'll definitely choose Huayingyue again next time we visit Ningbo. 😊

Prime location, incredibly convenient for the business district. The rooms are clean, quiet, and feature comfortable bedding. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making it ideal for business travelers. Service was professional and efficient, with quick check-in and check-out processes. The room facilities are modern, and the internet speed is fast, perfect for working. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Let's start with the issues: The package stated that the mini bar was free for the first round, but the fridge cabinet in the room was locked. The bedding felt a bit damp. The shampoo and shower gel had a slightly cheap, artificial fragrance. Now for the positives: The guesthouse's location is close to the scenic area's exit, making it convenient for getting around. The facilities are complete, and I was surprised to find a water dispenser with direct drinking water. Plus, there was a switch on the stainless steel rack – was it for heating? That's a thoughtful touch. The breakfast selection was also plentiful.

Excellent hotel to stay at if you are visiting Taizhou. A bit far from the city center, but there is a beautiful park in Chinese style just behind the hotel. Breakfast variety is great with a lot of Western good choices. Highly recommend!
