"What I was most satisfied with was the hotel's breakfast; it was quite plentiful compared to other hotels on the trip. My absolute favorite was the fresh orange juicer, which allowed me to make my own orange juice – I drank several glasses! The hotel has a parking lot; you need to ring a bell at the entrance and give your booking number for verification before entering. The room size is acceptable, but you need to stand on the bathtub to shower. There are heated towel racks, but they only heat up in the morning and evening. The bathroom is large and has double sinks. The hotel is a bit old, but it's clean and comfortable. Salamanca's old town is quite large and worth a full day of leisurely exploration. The hotel is located behind the cathedral; turning right downhill and following the road leads to the Roman Bridge. There are several Chinese restaurants in the town, one of which caters specifically to tour groups. The owner was curious that we had driven to the city, explaining that it's usually used by tour groups as a transit point between Spain and Portugal."

Facilities: The facilities are great, it is on the mountain, if it is convenient to drive by car, parking is free, the parking lot is large, overlooking the entire Segovia Old Town, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is full.
Hygienic: Why is it very good? The suite is set. There will be a full set of toiletries.
Environment: Environmental landscape invincible
Service: It is urged when checking out the next day, the overall is great

Timur SviravaThe hotel is in the historical part of the city on a fairly quiet street. The single room is small, but you can unpack your suitcase. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, there is a bidet and a bathtub. I would stay again.

Very fancy hotel.
This is a stunning hotel in the heart of Burgos, opposite of the incredible cathedral.
The breakfast area looks like it's a former church. Absolutely beautiful!
The good:
- Spacious room.
- Dogs welcome.
-Organic (and delicious) coffee and tea in the room (Nespresso capsules).
-Breakfast very rich and a lot of choices.
-Underground parking at 20€/night.
The bad:
-35€ for the dogs per night, might be the most expensive I've ever paid for them.
-I had an unpleasant experience with the man working at the breakfast area. He came up to my table and spoke fast and a lot. I understand some Spanish but it was too much. He saw that I didn't understand and said “no comprende” and left. Very rude!
By observing the other tables I understood that he was asking if I wanted to order something from the kitchenand listed all the different options. It would have been nice to do that!

The castle is very good, a rare experience, very cost-effective, not far from Salamanca, highly recommended!
The kids have to add 25 euros, but the kids love it.
Please choose a high-level room type, the cheapest room is downstairs in the periphery, we upgraded to the courtyard upstairs, the room is too much better.
Dinner is also remarkable, the children's menu is special, Santella is delicious, not afraid of not eating delicious here.
The front desk lady helped us too much, and the other service staff were also very good.

There is plenty of car parking spaces on the hotel grounds. The staff were friendly, helpful and could speak very good English which was very used as we do not speak Spanish! The hotel is a beautiful old building which had been modernised with consideration. Our room was extremely clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was adequate for our one night stay. The TV only had a news channel availing English, and the TV was an older style so we could not plug in any additional technology. We ate dinner in the restaurant as it would have been too long a walk in the rain. The food was reasonable and the house wine was very good. The cost of the meal though was very over priced. I would stay here again but maybe not have a meal in the restaurant due only to the price. The restaurant staff were lovely.

The hotel is very considerate and the service is very good and not picky. In addition to poor sound insulation in the room, the sound of water pipes was too noisy. The hotel is very considerate and has various services. The breakfast is also very good. Very happy to stay here, will come again next time!

Guest UserLocTion is fine. Sadly the hotel was not really up to a 3 star standard. Room was small, beds comfy enough but very noisy with squeaks every time you moved. Room didnt look like picture advertised. Out of window was a large extraction flume that covered any view of reat hotel. Generally the room was noisy from outside passers-by and cleaners in the am. The hotel is part of the nest door hostel so not sure if we were put in that sort of room or they all are like this. I have stayed in better hostel rooms. Laundry service not provided but you can use the hostels machines.
Room was generally tired with fixtures around light switches hanging off and yellow water stains in bath tub.

This boutique hotel surprised me; it was the best hotel I stayed at in Spain. Located very close to the old town center, it's a converted monastery with a simple yet cozy interior. The bedding was nice, the bathroom was large, and there was plenty of drinking water. I had a very comfortable stay, and it was definitely worth the price of just over a thousand euros. If I had to nitpick, it would be that check-in is only available after 3 PM, and one of the front desk staff was very unfriendly.
