I stayed for two nights at this property and I had a very good time. The location of the hotel is excellent, a stone's throw from the sea and close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.). The room was very clean and quiet. Every day there were two free bottles of water in the minibar. The kettle and tea/coffee bags available in the room were very welcome. The staff were very friendly and had a smile on their faces. If I ever find myself in the area in the future, I will evaluate this property again.

Some doubts upon arrival, followed by some other doubts again with the outgoing reception (absence of useful information for simple, perhaps trivial curiosities, but that's it; absence of personnel in charge of baggage at the entrance of the cars; singular explanations which naturally led to use their parking at a cost 5 times higher than what is available…). The room is adequate, although the large information book contains accessibility to Sky (precisely from channel 401 onwards), which does not exist/cannot be reached. Compliments to the staff of the rooms, maintenance, swimming pool and breakfast in the morning. Finally, some doubts about the restaurant and, in particular, about the responses from those in charge of the wines. Thanks to Trip.com the stay cost an extremely interesting sum and, therefore, the opinion, at this price, is very interesting for a hotel, a national monument, like this one.

High cost performance, convenient transportation, a great choice without having to enter the old town, convenient parking, rich breakfast, and good service attitude of the staff. A family of four is just right for the suite

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Good service and nice breakfast. Convenient location, only about 15-minute walk from both the train station and the beach. The only niggle was little noise from the room next door, but not a big problem. For the price, I was satisfied and would still consider staying here on my next visit.

Hotel located very well compared to the Ferrari museums, you can reach the Maranello Museum in a few minutes to the provincial Modena. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and with very comfortable beds. The whole structure recalls the Ferrari history in all details and I absolutely advise the fans. Michael Schumacker's F310B at the reception is the chilli on the cake.

The hotel is located on the first line of the sea. Just a few steps and we are on the beach! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning. Very large restaurant. For Italy, breakfasts are very varied. Lots of vegetables, cheese, and snacks, both cold and hot. The best convenience is the large parking lot behind the hotel (€20/day). Additionally, there is also a swimming pool in front of the hotel. I heartily recommend it!

It is very convenient to go swimming at the beach from the hotel. The hotel has a good breakfast. It only takes 17 minutes to walk to the train station. There is no door or shower curtain in the shower area of the hotel. It's okay to use an overhead shower, but you have to be careful not to let the water flow out of the shower area when using a hand-held shower.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at a hotel in Bologna and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the city or attending business meetings. The rooms are well-designed, clean, and comfortable, though they could have been a touch warmer for my preference. The staff was professional, efficient, and always ready to assist, which added to the overall experience. It’s an ideal choice for a business trip or a short leisure stay of 2-3 days in the region. I’d highly recommend it for anyone seeking a balance of comfort, convenience, and professionalism!

GGuest UserThe hostel provides you with the bare necessities, such as a comfortable bed, a spacious room and locker including a lock, and a small bedlight and socket. Unfortunately, that is also literally it and nothing more. There are no curtains for the beds. The bathroom is super weirdly laid out; there is a bathroom with shower, the only toilet and a sink behind a door; then in front of that, there is another sink and a shower. WITH NO DOOR. Making this shower literally unusable. There are two light switches in the bathroom, one that turns on the light in the back bathroom (behind the door) AND a light for the front sink. This means that, if people are sleeping in the bed next to the bathroom, there is literally light shining directly on their face and all the sounds. A problem easily solved by adding a door and curtains on the beds. The bathrooms didn’t have hand soap (they were empty) or any shower amenities (no shower gel). You have to pay if you want a towel, and you also have to make your own bed. There is also a lot of noise from the neighbours, what seems like a student accommodation. At this kind of price range, the level of amenities is terribly disappointing and could be easily solved. I have stayed in hostels all over the world and sadly this one was just one of two options in Bologna, so not much choice. There are really a lot of simple improvements possible that would have made it worth it, but I really cannot say this is value for money at all.

MMaria VeronikaI just spent like a week at the Social Hub in Bologna and for sure can recommend it. For me, preferably walking the cities I visit, the Social Hub is situated at a perfect location. Just behind the train station, and really a stone throw away from the old town. I would vary my walks to the center, like first going to the University of Bologna, etc. From the Social Hub you can really reach anything on foot. The hotel itself is very welcoming, friendly, and has a very creative, entrepreneurial vibe. The room is just the perfect, and all is there what is usually needed. The public areas, including the pool, are very inviting to spend some time at, either to swim, have a coffee, or a chat with a fellow customer. All in all, kudos to the team from the Social Hun for their friendly and professional manner they manage it all! I’ll be back 😉

AAnonymous UserOur room was not cleaned very well. On one of the towes there was lipstick from a previous guest. Many of the elements and details in the room were off or broken, which is not to be expected from a 4 star hotel. The windows had no nets to stop the flies. The person at the front desk asked me for a credit card for a deposit for the mini bar in the room. Although I told him I do not intend to use the mini bar, he insisted to provide a card in order to be able to check in and as I did not want to leave my card with anyone, he wrote down my card details. The room temperature can’t be controled and it was so hot, that at one point I woke up middle of the night and thought I had died and went in hell. There is nothing near the hotel so the only water you can buy is from the mini bar and it was extemely overpriced. The breakfast was pretty much the only thing on point as the waiters were very nice and polite! All in all, for the price which was the cheapest the hotel is an acceptable option in case you value your money and can close your eyes for a few things.

AAlfYYIt is a very well-located hotel, right in the ”heart” of Modena. It's in the ZTL zone, not to worry, the staff were very vigilant & assisted with the ZTL coupon which was valid for the stay. The hotel is a bit ”old”, so don't expect much, however, the rooms are nicely furnished. Mattresses are firm to my liking and there is enough toiletries. Breakfast was sumptuous! A delicious spread & of high quality. Note as the hotel is a bit old, don't expect top grade elevators - they are narrow, and the rooms a bit ”hollow”. Opens up to the balcony with excellent ”minor” view of the basilica. However, sound travels and you can hear the next door neighbour if they speak loudly or slam the door. Parking, however, is a nightmare, as expected of this very narrow town. No fault of the hotel itself. You can find parking nearby, may have to walk 5-6 mins. The excellent English speaking Reception/Check In Staff will assist with that & all my questions were answered.

GGuest UserA hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.
