Stayed for 2 days. Very clean. They clean my room after 1 night without I ask. Kinda surprised me. The room and TV is big. Love that the TV have smart features. Allow me to connect my YouTube account. Highly recommended. And when you check in. They would give u a free drink. However the breakfast is bare minimum

Convenient to get to, beautiful 4-star hotel, excellent price, certainly in high season they won't make these prices, however good breakfast and clean rooms.

Pleasant hotel, courteous staff . Nice little breakfast to start your day. Walking distance to beach area approx 15min. Hotel location convenient to many restaurants and attractions. Large room with flat screen tv - bathroom on a smaller scale.

Everything was perfect. If I really had to make a point, I would recommend fixing the shower mixer, which in at least two rooms was not very functional. For the rest, nothing to say. Beautiful and complete spa.

I stayed for one night. It's a pretty nice hotel. We checked in a couple of hours early. The staff was friendly. I booked a suite, and it had a bathtub! There were no issues with the water. The room and the hotel itself were clean. The breakfast was okay – lots of different croissants, cookies, cold meats, and cheeses. Hot options included an omelet, sausage and bacon, and boiled eggs. That's all you need for a morning. The only thing was that the coffee machine wasn't working, but the staff poured cappuccino anyway :) Parma is relatively small, so it's a 5-8-minute walk to the center, and the same to the train station.

The reception staff is okay beyond the fact that the room is 90€ and if you arrive at 8 am and you need to sleep because you had a nighttime flight they will charge you 111€ extra for this price I really suggest you to sleep elsewhere, the restaurant team members are absolutely not nice there was an east European waiter that called me and my friend prostitut@s on Russian ( while talking on the phone and serving a drink in the same time commenting on the phone that she gave to serve at a prostitut@s ) and they have a really cool gym but no spa or massage The staff have to be more careful because I speak 7 languages and you never know who you have in front of you .

A fantastic hotel with a great service! A great price offer! Everything super! Staff friendly, polite! The only nuance: No one understands Russian at all, but it is the tiny tc there are translators' apps! I'll be happy to return to this hotel again!

The room was spotless and incredibly stylish, with a fantastic design sensibility – even the toilet and sink featured the hotel's logo. The lobby's design incorporated some Oriental elements and was quite colorful, while the restaurant had a different theme altogether. Breakfast was delicious!

Very good hotel with good breakfast. But it must be a bit old, and many places are a bit scary to live alone. For example, this corridor reminds me of The Shining. The restroom is very clean and new. The biggest bug is that the door lock is too old. I worry about not being able to lock the door properly.

A hotel caters for conferences and business meetings. Very spacious common area with plenty of comfortable seating and lovely outdoors area in the middle of the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern. The downside is the toiletries, the shampoo, body wash and body lotion smelt off. Luckily I brought my own because the fragrance of their complimentary toiletries was unacceptable. The buffet breakfast was decent and plentiful with the hot foods and pastry section. The standouts were the fresh croissants, bacon and the coffee from the self-service machine was just like the bar. The fresh fruits were tasteless but I loved the dried nuts selection. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym also had a variety of professional equipment. I would definitely return and recommend to other travellers but bring your own toiletries.
