This hotel was relatively older and less clean compared with the other hotel we stayed at during the trip. The location is very convenient for airport transit, with Terminal 3 only about a 12-minute walk away and Terminal 2 around 20 minutes away at Narita Airport. One of the best things about the hotel was the free shuttle bus service, which made it easy to travel between the airport, the hotel, Narita city centre, and Aeon Mall for shopping. However, the room service and in-room amenities were fairly limited compared with the other hotel, as basic items like toothbrushes had to be collected from reception and bottled water was not provided. There were no free facilities to use, but having a 24/7 FamilyMart and a pharmacy in the hotel was still convenient.

Dive into the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel—the ultimate base for your Tokyo Disney adventure! 🎢✨ Located steps from Bayside Station, you can hop on the Disney Resort monorail (300¥) and reach Disneyland in 5 minutes or DisneySea in two stops. Plus, free shuttles run to the parks and JR Maihama Station for easy access to Tokyo Station.Coming from the airport? Direct limousine buses from Narita and Haneda drop you right at the door. 🙌Why we love it -
Spacious Rooms: Forget cramped Tokyo standards; these rooms are huge and family-friendly! 🛏️
Facilities: Indoor/outdoor pools, a gym, Disney shops, and a kids' play area. 🏊♂️👾
Eats: An epic breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western favorites. 🍳
While the front desk can be busy, the polite, English-speaking staff make the experience smooth. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and comfort.
Good for a day arriving to or departing from Narita airport. The room is like a traditional hotel nothing special. Good: Shuttle bus to and from airport and Aeon mall and also Familymart inside hotel. Bad: seems like air condition and heater control came from hotel. Feel not comfort while sleeping.
The location as convenience and service as excellent even we are landing in the earlier morning ; they provide flexible check in and also staff as friendly and helpful.
Restaurant for breakfast buffet as great as with different varieties of choice and hotel provide shuttle bus to inside city - Aeon mall one of the big shopping area within Narita .
Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well .
Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for all !
Our flight was in the evening, and the hotel shuttle to Narita Airport was incredibly convenient. The driver's service was excellent too. When we arrived at the hotel, he even directed us to wait in a sheltered spot while he got our luggage, as it was raining that day. The front desk staff were also very polite.
We stayed in an ocean view room with an open-air bath. I took him there without telling him, but he loved the open-air bath. Also, since it was his birthday, the hotel prepared a cake for him. I called in advance to ask about the type of cake and when to serve it, and they responded quickly on the day despite being busy. The dinner buffet and breakfast were both delicious, and I would definitely stay here again. This is a hotel I would recommend to many people.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick. I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel!
P.S. Their breakfast is excellent, definitely worth getting.
This hotel in central Japan has a pretty spacious room, and the facilities are pretty much all there. The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.
A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members.
Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite.
Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening.
Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance.
Sunset is awesome here.
The hotel is very near to Narita AirPort and the hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. Free parking if you are driving. There’s a public hot spring next to the hotel where hotel guests can enjoy complimentary entrance but only from 1300 to 2100. Room is super spacious but facilities felt old. Good enough for a short stay especially if you need to catch early flight from Narita.
There’s also a small 7-11 convenient store at the hotel lobby.

RR J WClean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.
GGuest UserAlthough it was a sudden reservation late at night, the front desk staff was very kind and upgraded us to a semi-double room, saying that there was a room available, even though we had reserved a single room, so my daughter and I were able to sleep comfortably.
I would definitely use this service again if I have the opportunity to stay in Sakura!
酱酱卷It is super close to the exhibition center and very convenient. It only takes about 8 minutes to walk. The room is very big and retro. I like it very much. It has a bathtub. The breakfast is rich and the service is perfect. I will definitely stay here again next time if I need it!
GGuest UserI had a great stay in a quiet place away from the city. The owner was friendly and the traditional ryokan was very impressive.
You can take a nearby bus to the airport, but it can be confusing
but I used Google Maps well.
JJinfengKaleIt's a great hotel. It's next to the Chiba Police Station. It feels very safe. You can see two big national flags of China and Japan when you enter the door. It feels like a hotel that welcomes Chinese tourists very much. The rooms are quite average, similar to the dry rest hotels in China. The bathhouse on the 10th floor is great, not big but very clean, with a good view (it is one of the tallest buildings around after all) and there is not much. People, Obasan at the front desk is very kind and approachable. I haven't tried the breakfast restaurant because of my work and rest habits. The steaks in the Western restaurant are good. After leaving the hotel, turn left and there is a 711 convenience store about 100 meters away. Turn right and walk for two to three minutes and there is the ”Golden Corner” Izakaya, which offers a variety of sashimi, skewers, and tempura bars, which are great for drinking and chatting. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience here!
