GGuest UserThe room was bright and spacious. There's a FamilyMart on the first floor. The lobby has a vacuum compression machine for clothes and a luggage scale. For the Narita Airport shuttle pick-up: I forgot where T1 is, but you can find it on Xiaohongshu or by checking the large bus signs when you exit the airport. For T2, it's at stand 25, but remember the last pick-up is at midnight, I believe. For departures, the shuttle starts at 5 AM. There's no shuttle directly to AEON (you have to go to the airport first and then to AEON).
Bbittythe gym was randomly super good?! we might’ve come earlier if we knew there were so many amenities. near nothing but the shuttle buses are pretty good. room was big :) originally our room had a vomit smell but they upgraded us after we complained 😅 so no complaints there
didn’t visit the famima tho there was one inhouse. if i can stay here again, i will!
GGuodongbudingmakalongHighly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.
LLohMKNo need to reserve hotel shuttle is a relief, especially if arriving at airport and unable to clear Immigration on time as in our case. The timings of the shuttle is displayed at the board at Bus Stop 16 where most hotel shuttles pickup ate there.
The highlight for our stay is the Yurajuko hot spring resort or complex next to the hotel from which we were given complimentary Pass to the hot spring. All shoes, footwares must be put away in the lockers outside before going into the front desk to register entry. to collect a special wrist band for payment later at the front desk after eating in the restaurant or foodcourt inside (which turned out to be satisfying in terms of quality and price).
There might also be entertainment on the stage; eg a Hawaiian theme dance segments were performed during our time there.
The room was ok. Only one issue is we didn't know how to turn on the Aircon. Later, we found 2 switches at the bedside table for switching on and off the Aircon. But that night, we decided not to use the Aircon at all but simply open the window which is netted to prevent insects from entering. The cool air during the day and the cold air at night is fresh enough for sleeping comfortably. Since it's May and the weather was good that day!
LlarrycatThis is an old-school five-star hotel with excellent service across the board. It's a great choice if you're visiting Disneyland. The mini pastries at the executive lounge were delicious; my child gobbled down three of them!
SSharon Tang (Sharon 852)It was ok, too expensive though. I got the family room, the room was big, but the bathroom especially the sink area was cramped, especially for how much the room cost. Small fridge but no freezer. Microwave all the way down in the lobby/foyer, that was annoying. There's a free shuttle bus to/from Shin-Uryasu metro, and also to Disneyland/sea. Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure. so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport. There is a beautiful nature park right across the road though, that is good for children. You can pay to get the limousine bus to narita from there.
SstanleycaiThe hotel shuttle is located at parking space #16 in the south wing of T1, on the inner loop. I've included the shuttle schedule for everyone. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the nearby Aeon mall. It's a large, older hotel, but well-maintained. It's less than a 15-minute drive from the airport, and all the services are excellent and very welcoming. We were able to store our four suitcases for two days for free, which was fantastic! There's a Sukiya just a 4-5 minute walk downstairs from the hotel, where you can eat very cheaply. I think it's open 24 hours. It's very quiet at night, and while the room isn't huge, it's quite comfortable.
NNailaoBBBooked this hotel for a Disney trip. The room was spacious, and the transportation was convenient. It faces the sea with a great view, offering excellent value for money. I booked an executive floor room, which came with executive lounge benefits. Overall, it was pretty good. There's also a Lawson and a Disney store downstairs, plus Disney Vacation.
HHefeng05📍 The location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right inside Tokyo Disney Resort, with Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line right at its doorstep, just a 5-minute walk away 🚃. There's a free shuttle bus to the parks, and an airport limousine bus stop downstairs, so even with luggage, it's a breeze.
🌿 The ambiance is grand yet quiet, with a high-ceilinged, spacious lobby and stylish art deco decor. From the ocean-view room's balcony, you can watch the sunset over Tokyo Bay and planes taking off and landing in the distance – truly therapeutic! 🌊 The room is quite spacious by Japanese standards; even with an extra bed for three of us, it was comfortable. The separate bathtub was perfect for soaking away the day's fatigue, and though the bedding was firm, we slept soundly.
🍳 Breakfast was the highlight! The hotel has four restaurants to choose from, and we tried them for three consecutive days:
* **Grand Café:** The most popular, with the widest variety. The freshly made omelets and French toast are a must-try, but it often gets crowded in the morning, so going early is recommended.
* **Galleria Café:** More geared towards Western light meals. The automatic coffee machine makes good lattes ☕. It's less crowded and quiet, perfect for a quick bite if you're in a hurry.
* **Asuka (飛鳥):** Offers Japanese set meals. The grilled fish, miso soup, and small side dishes are exquisitely presented, adding a sense of ceremony 🍱. Service can be slow, but if you're not rushing, it's a very pleasant dining experience.
💁 The service is up to Japanese standards. The front desk staff communicate smoothly in English. Luggage storage and early check-in can be handled at the Welcome Center next to Maihama Station, which is very thoughtful. The kids' play area and indoor pool allowed the little ones to burn off energy completely, giving the adults a break.
Overall, I'd definitely want to come back for the Disney convenience and breakfast variety! Highly recommend for families with kids. 👨👩👧
PpeemicaI went there to relax and unwind from work! The massage within the hotel was excellent, with skilled therapists. Even though I had a breakfast-included plan, the buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. My room was oceanfront, and the interior seemed to have been recently renovated, as the facilities felt modern and stylish, making it very comfortable. The futon and pillows were incredibly comfortable for sleeping. Being able to watch Netflix and YouTube also made my solo trip feel complete. Although I couldn't use the private open-air bath because it was full, the public large bath also had an open-air section, and it was great that there were different types of hot springs in different areas! Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would love to come back again. Next time, I'd like to try a dinner-included plan and also use the lounge.
