Beautiful hotel  Reception: Friendly and very efficient and exceptionally friendly staff  Room / facilities: Room number 208 is on floor  2 and is very clean. We stayed 1 night Self control air conditioning with a door that opens to the balcony, however the air con did not really cool the room sufficiently. The room has 2 very comfortable single beds, bench and seat, hanging area, safe , hot water hug, coffee cups and glasses (but no tea or coffee), mini fridge, phone, flat screen TV, walk in shower, which when showering water goes everywhere in the bathroom. Parking: is available but is limited to about 10 cars in the off street open air park area. Wifi: Complementary and good speed. Validation or password required. Breakfast: Available for all guests and consists of a small buffet, with the bonus of fresh egg products being cooked to order. Refill of the food was very slow as many foods were empty when we arrived at 9.00 am Conclusion: Fantastic hotel for an overnighter or a few days stay. Id recommend this Hotel. Letdowns: Lack of tea and coffee in the room. Location / Nearby: Town, the promenade, restaurants… Recommendations: Ask for a rear room as you will get street noise until midnight Getting to hotel: If arriving by car, best use GPS

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

Beautifully clean and modern hotel, situated conveniently close to Tirana International Airport! Our rooms were comfortable and nicely air conditioned, with great bathroom facilities. Breakfast was buffet style, with both Albanian and broader European cuisine. Our flight arrived late from London, and we were thankfully easily able to walk from arrivals to the hotel. Definitely recommend this place!

Отель хороший - находится на побережье, есть бассейн с лежаками и музыкой, выдают полотенце. Свой выход к морю и кусочек пляжа, также с лежаками. Выбрала номер с видом на море - действительно был балкон и чудесный вид на море. В ванной ничего нет из косметических принадлежностей, надо просить на ресепшене. Разочаровала еда - эти завтраки просто худшее, что можно представить. Есть огурцы, помидоры, пара сыров и колбасы. Оооочень странная яичница. Хлопья. В один день были панкейки, во второй день какой-то бисквит и на третий было печенье. Кофе варят, но больших чашек нет. Выселение в 10 утра, хотя на Трипкоме указано в 11.00. До центра города далеко, пешком не дойти, автобусы не ходят, только такси. Вокруг много ресторанов, супермаркеты и обмен валют есть. Длинная набережная. Для пляжного отдыха отель понравился, но еда просто кошмар

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was varied and high-quality, and the on-site restaurant was truly impeccable. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and offer a beautiful view—a real bonus! The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. We also enjoyed a massage during our stay, and it was fantastic: an excellent moment of relaxation with professional and attentive service. One small drawback: the swimming pool was closed at the end of May, which was a shame at that time of year. As for the spa area, we ultimately didn't use it due to humidity issues (mold and a strong odor), which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a good stay with excellent amenities, despite a few areas for improvement.

This hotel is absolutely ideally located for Tirana airport and rental car pick up/drop of - a short walk from the terminal. The reception staff speak good English and are friendly and helpful. Our room (a quad) was spacious and comfortable. Very nice to have a kettle and mugs provided. We had dinner in the Italian-style restaurant and it was very nice - good pizza, pasta etc. Out only issue was that our room was SO HOT. The aircon didn't seem to work and opening the windows meant is was noisy. We only stayed one night so didn't have a chance to see if this could be fixed easily. Overall, this hotel is definitely rather overpriced for what you get, but nevertheless we would stay here again if needed because the location is so good.

Excellent hotel. The beds were really comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate – not luxurious, but the room size and amenities were comprehensive. The hotel thoughtfully assigned me a room facing the inner courtyard. While it was a bit awkward that the hallways on both sides were clearly visible when the curtains were open, it was a trade-off for a peaceful rest without the noise of traffic from outside. The hotel breakfast was abundant; though not a huge variety, it had everything you could want, and the greenery throughout added a lovely touch. There are two floors of shops downstairs, not much to buy, but in this location, it’s a rare luxury. It’s a bit of a walk to the bustling bar streets and pedestrian areas, but still within walking distance. This hotel experience far surpassed the Marriott in Tirana; excellent value for money.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at La Onda Hotel in Durres. The service was very good from the moment we arrived. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist us. They truly give their best to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast was very good with plenty of nice options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh and was well prepared. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything we needed. It is also very neat, clean, and has a beautiful look. You can tell they take good care of the place. We had a great experience and would happily stay there again. We definitely recommend it.

The service was excellent. The staff people are very friendly. I had to check out in the middle of the night due to my flight so I can not comment about the free breakfast. However, they have a very nice front porch atmosphere where I picked up some pizza and was able to eat on the patio which was shaded with umbrellas with no one there. It’s an easy walk from the hotel to food, coffee shop, and airport. The room was clean and quaint, but basic. No coffee pot or free water. But it did have shampoo and soap. Good air conditioning.
