It was my first time staying in a Japanese hot spring hotel and I had dinner in my room. There are many kinds of food, the rice at the end is special but I can't eat it anymore, the hot spring has indoor and outdoor. It's big, has a great view and a sauna. There are many styles of shower gel and shampoo to choose from. The breakfast was also great. The room is big and the view outside the window is beautiful. There is also a massage chair to relax your back.
The scenery of the hotel is too much to expect, the beauty is not not, you must come to the scene to feel, you can lie down and watch the sunrise for two days, the hotel is in the national park, the hotel provides two cruise services downstairs, the big boat de cruise service is suspended on Tuesday and Wednesday, The small boat is a person who can visit the Qingの cave for 2000 yen. You can see the black tail, see the very special starfish. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are also very good.
1. Hotel Location
The hotel is located in Tsunagi Onsen, Morioka.
If you are not driving, the main ways to get there are the very infrequent public buses or taxis with a fixed fare (5,000 yen).
2. Nearby Amenities
Tsunagi Onsen is located in a rural area of Morioka. There is only one convenience store nearby. If you plan to go, it is recommended to buy some daily necessities beforehand.
3. Hotel Facilities
As a hot spring hotel, this hotel has abundant entertainment facilities. For example, the hotel offers traditional cultural performances at irregular intervals in the evenings, and daytime buses to other tourist attractions in the Morioka area. The hotel's main feature is its extensive hot spring facilities, with many baths.
4. Hotel Staff Service
The hotel staff's service attitude is average. The front desk staff are not very enthusiastic, but the staff at the breakfast and dinner restaurants are quite friendly.
It is located in downtown Morioka, so it has good accessibility to other food and shopping areas. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor, so it would be good for those who like coffee. I was a little confused at first because Pronto and Starbucks were on the first floor, but other than that, the customer service was good.
One downside is that it doesn't work. The only drawback is that you can hear everything being said in the next room.
Still, the room was clean and I only have good memories from the trip.
Lots of faciliteis and restaurants in the vicinity. In house onsen and and outside onsen nearby. Excellent ski in and out and ski shop and small tuck shops in the hotel
I stayed in a moderate single room. It was beautifully renovated and very cute. It was directly connected to the station, so it was very convenient to be able to buy various souvenirs in the station building.
The B&B is very close to Appi Plateau and provides ski pick-up and drop-off services.
At the same time, other employees are also asked to take care of the pick-up and drop-off, so there is no problem for the B&B to go to the ski resort for easy skiing.
The more problematic thing is how to get to the B&B. If you need to take a bus to get your ski equipment, it is quite a distance from the bus station to the B&B. It would be difficult to push your luggage for 20 minutes in the snow.
If you ask the B&B owner to pick you up at the JR station, you will need to call to communicate, and there are pick-up time restrictions. The website does not explain this clearly.
In addition, the communication between trip.com and the B&B is not very smooth.
You have to confirm your accommodation by phone in person. The owner is also a chef, so he doesn't reply to emails very often. Trip.com AI online customer service cannot help.
I think it would be ideal to drive here by yourself.
I had a good breakfast and was ready to go skiing.
But dinner is very simple and may be a bit full for some people.
The B&B provides discounted ski tickets and ski equipment.
Overall, I would be willing to stay at this B&B again if the problem of getting to the B&B can be solved.
This is my first time to Hanamaki. The scenery nearby is great. I will definitely go again if I have the chance. The food and public pool are great. Overall it is clean. The stay is very comfortable. The elders are very happy.

YYoshimasaIn the natural environment surrounded by mountains and forests, the clear stream behind the inn flows gurgling, healing the body and mind.
It is fun to enjoy each of the four hot springs that flow directly from the source, but we especially recommend the deepest hot spring in Japan.
This is a self-propelled natural rock bath ”Shirasaru no Yu”. This is a very rare hot spring. Due to its depth, you can stand up to enter, but it is evenly distributed throughout your body.
It is said that applying hot water pressure can effectively promote blood circulation. The hall also has a nostalgic atmosphere, as if traveling to the past.
The hospitality of the staff is also very attentive. If you have the opportunity to stay in Hanamaki, it is a hotel worth staying in.

GGuest UserGreat location for hikers on the Michinoku Coastal Trail. We booked the stay with dinner and breakfast, and the dinner was an outstanding multi-course kaiseki style meal. The onsen is a great relief after a hard day of hiking too.
JJovaBecause I went to Ambi Plateau for skiing, I chose to stay at this hotel and it only takes about half an hour to drive, which is very convenient.
The hotel is much larger than expected, the staff is very friendly, the most pleasant surprise is the hot spring, the open air is super comfortable, and a large number of skin care products are proposed for use.
Free coffee and soda in the lobby are provided, which is generous and two free water bottles are placed in the refrigerator in the room every day.
The price is inclusive of one berth and two meals, breakfast is buffet style, dinner is Japanese-style banquet cuisine, very delicious.

GGuest UserEverything is perfect in this hotel. Can't be more happier.
We travelled with 2 kids and aim for the ski facility of appi kogen. The breakfast and afternoon are awesome.
Also the staffs are very friendly. The outdoor onsen has a lot of ski and can see the whole sky of stars and moon.
The room is very spacious and with great snow view. For the price we paid its definately way more than worth it.
GGuest UserHotel is some distance from the train station but it is very clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is traditional Japanese and of great quality, given the price. Please expect limited English from the staff present as this is a countryside location.
