For the price it was not very good. Stuff was also just moderate friendly and most of them didn’t really help out for further information. Overpriced. Rooftop bar was nice, but not extraordinary and food was also to expensive. I recommend going to 90s bar just a few meters further.

The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Pub Street, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants, juice bars, and ice cream shops. The rooms are super spacious; even with a large group, they don't feel crowded or messy, remaining orderly and clean. Each room has two bathrooms, which is especially convenient. The front desk staff speaks excellent English, are very professional and nice, and patiently answer and resolve any questions. Every staff member is great; it's a hostel with a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby is just like a hotel lobby. They offer tours to Tonle Sap Lake and serve Khmer cuisine, making it very convenient to enjoy buffets and Khmer dance performances. They also book bus tickets to various destinations. I stayed here for 7 days in Siem Reap, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff!

The old chairman's hotel is the only high-end hotel in Basong. The facilities are not particularly new and the environment is very good, but there are bugs in the countryside. Overall it’s pretty passable!

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans cet hôtel mais c’était très agréable de pouvoir se rafraîchir dans la piscine après un long voyage en minibus, chambre spacieuse moderne et pour une fois des oreillers de bonne taille qui nous ont évité de nous réveiller avec un torticolis, la salle à manger est très confortable avec ses grands fauteuils nous avons même pris le dîner sur place car les alentours n’étaient pas très avenants.. le petit déjeuner était à la carte, un buffet aurait été mieux pour éviter des longues attentes quand tout un groupe passe commande avec plein d’exigences particulières en anglais au pauvre serveur laotien qui n’a qu’un vocabulaire restreint ….

The staff were very friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and clean. However, on the morning of my check-out, there was no water in the shower, so I couldn't wash up after returning from the gym. Even after waiting until 1 PM, the water still hadn't come back, so I had to check out all sweaty and smelly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen at a hotel of this price point, not even once! It caused such inconvenience for a guest! Also, there's a lack of life-saving equipment by the pool!

An extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌

The hotel is located in a absolutely dreamy landscape – who is looking for quiet and relaxation will find his paradise here. It is the perfect place to turn off in between nature and quiet. But whoever seeks more action, should bear in mind that without a mobile subset, it is something away – for me personally was exactly the ideal. The house is designed with incredibly much love to the detail, from the stylish interior to the small things that show how much you look at the guests here. It has made me particularly impressed that even before each room there is a rain screen – I fortunately didn't need, but it shows how well everything is. The staff is warm, attentive and simply wonderful – you feel welcome immediately and best relieved. I've been in countless hotels around the world, but this is definitely one of the best I've ever visited.

All you can expect from a family hotel: a service always with a smile, a historical place full of well trained charm, a sun swimming pool, a restaurant on the edge of the water, des animaux de compagnie pour enfants, et des propositions d'excursion à la journée. Prevoir les bouchons d'oreille car quelques chambres dorment près d'un petit étang où les grenouilles sont bruyantes le soir, et le coq peut être un peu matinal

Un hotel pequeño, muy pocas habitaciones. Un ambiente muy tranquilo donde relaj**** es obligatorio. Unas vistas al rio Mekong con unos amaneceres..... Desayuno correcto al estilo occidental y las habitaciones miran todas al rio. Muy bien. Cenar es una buena opcion con vistas al rio. Pueden organizarte excursiones por los alrededores y llevarte al aeropuerto.
