They were trying to scam us. I paid for the full night per trip, and they wanted to charge us as if it were just the reservation. After insisting and sending a screenshot of my bank statement, they didn't ask for it again. But the next morning, they came back to demand it, and I had to say the same thing again.

The location of the hotel is very good, the omen train station is out and turn right and walk within 5 minutes. The hotel restaurant is full of atmosphere, the breakfast variety is not particularly large, but it is very delicious. The room mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Opening the window is a green grass, and a pony that is free to bury its head and eat grass. Very pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and beautiful, helping us communicate with the taxi by phone and looking for slippers for us. Anyway, we will stay here next time.

My husband and I stayed one night at the hotel after a day of shopping at the mall, which is right next to it. The room looked neat, and I was so happy that there was an 'adapted' shower and toilet, allowing me to shower comfortably (as I'm wheelchair-dependent). In my opinion, the room was a bit on the small side; I couldn't get behind the bed with my wheelchair, and there was a chair next to the desk that was slightly in the way. The beds were lovely, but the pillows, unfortunately, were far too thin for our liking and really uncomfortable. The service was good, we just missed some information. We rarely stay in hotels, so when we got the key cards for the room and went into the elevator to the 7th floor, it kept refusing to go. It turned out we had to scan the card first, and then select the floor (this wasn't told to us, unfortunately). Breakfast was excellent! Delicious fresh rolls and plenty of choices for toppings. Yes, we are really satisfied!

I was beached at 23:00 from a Asian trip to Hengelo by train and was very friendly and welcomed. The hotel is 2 minutes' walk from the train station and is best accessible on with heavy roller bags. The service and friendliness were hardly to be excellent.

It's a very quiet place. I like it very much. This time I asked for a family room, two adults and two children. The room is quite small because the sofa is used as a bed, but it is very comfortable to sleep in. The hotel also provides a baby bed for free. Although it was not used in the end, the children had a lot of fun. I asked the hotel restaurant to borrow forks and spoons. They were very welcoming. There is also a small bar on the first floor below, which is very good for watching the European Cup. After paying the Ctrip bill, you have to pay another 15 euros to the hotel. In short, it's okay! After all, I can't find other family rooms where 4 people can live together! Haha!

Beautiful city, very close to the train station

We’ve been there to visit Giethoorn the next day, therefore the location is good. Parking no problem, nice restaurant, nice pool. Sauna wasn’t heated up when I planned to go in.

Nice and well-organised modern hotel. Comfortabele kamers. Nice location on the Fight with many seats in the grass and on the terrace. Friendly reception at the reception and at breakfast. Price breakfast on the high side. Soft egg was almost hard. Brie is of average quality. Fine and restful hotel

Enjoyed a weekend in Zwolle. The hotel is a half-hour walk from the city center and a lovely stroll! Bikes are also available for rent, though we found them a bit pricey considering the quality of the bikes. The staff was predominantly friendly, although on Saturday evening the attention was mainly focused on the football-focused dinner guests, for example, saying ”enjoy your meal” to us while already looking the other way... The breakfast with fresh French toast and omelets was delicious, and the friendly chef (m) prepared it wonderfully. All in all fine; perhaps not all points for the atmosphere, but overall a good experience.
