I like the spacious ceilings here. The room is large and the bathroom has windows. The restaurant is also very spacious. The biggest surprise was to see the octopus opposite.

Very nice and clean place
Too bad I booked with incorrect information
We chose believing that we could use the spa in the evening/night since with our commitments we couldn't use anything else
Instead we discovered that it is a service that is only available on Thursdays and Saturdays
But by now we had already paid and planned everything

We stayed at this place for the 2nd time (first time was right before the pandemic) and I should say that the hotel successfully keeps up to its standards.
Rooms are clean and spacious, with almost everything you may need (except the iron).
The SPA area is fine, but better go there around noon before the new wave of the guests arrives.
Breakfasts are superb with a wide choice of hot dishes, pastry and drinks. That is really a great choice for Italy I'd say (sorry, Italy)))
The hotel territory is well kept. The sandy beach is right across the road.
The only minor thing which was a bit disturbing was the lack of toiletries. Nail kits, sewing kits and other things used to be available without any requests. Now you get the very basics and have to call if you need some extra. That's absolutely fine but.. feels like ”let's cut the cost” sign :)
But anyway, I loved the stay and will def be back some time.

The hotel is by the sea, the room by the sea is small, but the scenery is good. There is a Beijing restaurant 100 meters away. In addition, my friend hotel (amici imei) is expensive and not tasty, not recommended. The hotel provides parking spaces, 16 euros a night, just opposite the hotel public parking area, it is convenient.

Super place for families, if you want to kick back and relax. Loads of things to do for the kids, and close to some nice places to visit.
Would highly recommend.
I can recommend the the restaurant with it’s own pool, at the pool area furthest from the reception, if you want something else than what they have in the café by the big pool.
The vinyard dinner was also very cosy, and we had a good time there.

Fantastic, where the guest is at the forefront, attention, SERVICE with main letters widely well cared fresh breakfast All pretty clean staff are top. Pool beautiful in a small garden . All beautiful dressed with art . The hotel is not so beautiful from outside as it is from inside. A absolute adviser Name these critical travelers. Take a room with balcony, otherwise you have only a stick. That was a little overcome. We had our dog with us, and therefore we didn't have the hong in the beautiful restaurants during lunch or dinner, and this was not mentioned in the bookings, so we cannot evaluate the food.
Massa itself is not much on, visit Luca Pistoia Seinna really worth the effort.

The backyard can watch the sunrise. The room is said to be designed by Ferragamo. The bedding is really very comfortable. The hotel is on the mountain, the road up and down the mountain is a dirt road, not very easy to open. There are two restaurants in the hotel, one drinking village, wine tasting 140 euros, about two hours, the wine price sold in the winery is high.

WWanderlust SuA very updated hotel with a unique shower as shown in picture. It is conveniently located. Outside our room was a view of the tram station. We did not take it because the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the city centre. We loved the breakfast as there was a pancake making machine.

KKalim’s worldThis is a good place to take care of your camera before you stay. You'll have to press the shutters from the sculpture behind the front desk, the small garden in the center of the hotel, to the interior of the restaurant where you can read magazines and newspapers. There is also Sky Juice (Lemon Water), which is provided for free in front of the elevator. It's a little ambiguous whether the small bar is a place to drink coffee or enjoy cocktails, but the atmosphere is still good. The pillow is impressive in the room. Let's not expect much space. We offer free drinks on the first day, but we didn't get free drinks every day just because we stayed for three consecutive days. Sensitive people will feel the floor is uneven. If you drop something on the floor, it will keep rolling in one direction. So the doors don't exactly engage. Windows have to be lucky to open. Unfortunately, I didn't see the garden but only the wall. The bathroom gives the impression of making the most of the space, and the shower and shower booth are factors that negatively affect the hotel. Since the front desk is not looking at the front door, you will have to look around to be welcomed. You can't control the heating at will in the room. If it's cold, you have to call the front desk, and you should be lucky to use hot water early in the morning. The inside is more beautiful than the outside, but not everyone is the best.

AAnonymous UserI didn't know that there was a second-class room in a hotel, and they put us in a room at the last floor, with the different floor of the structure, very badly held mobile, a plane without maintenance. It rained and to go down the ground floor, the path to the lift was flooding. We took the rain very hard to go to breakfast, we are in winter. The floor from the restaurant was water. I seemed a nice hotel from the photos on the site

this hotel is built on the renovation of other residential building, meaning the structure of the building and the rooms are very weird. overall not a very fantastic experience but still acceptable.

MMirrelIt’s a nice hotel, very accessible & near the Firenze SMN station. The room was ready earlier than check in time. Our room was spacious, clean & beautiful. The only hiccup was checking in. We weren’t given the check in instruction ahead of time & WhatsApp response took a while but after we got the info, everything was good.

GGuest UserThere is free parking, which is very friendly for self-driving. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. After parking, you can walk to the Old Bridge and other attractions. There is a river behind the hotel. Cycling and hiking enthusiasts are often seen by the river. You can stand on the embankment to watch the sunset. The restaurant is a bit expensive, but the taste is very good. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator and water heater, and the waiter will help with the luggage.

GGuest UserThis is an amazing place . I definitely recommend it. The city tax is abit high. I would say recommend that they advise foreigners about public transportation not many people know the tram has a 40 euro fine. I love my stay there.

CChristutiBeautiful and great location, near a lot of great sites to visit. A very warm and welcoming homely energy. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. English and Spanish were spoken by some of the staff during my visit which was just great. Breakfast was very good (and well organized) and we also ate dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and all of it was top notch and very delicious. Cleanliness gets an A+ as well. My niece and I truly enjoyed staying there and I would definitely book there again if I were back in the area. Thank you!
