Fairways has our heart! Felt like home truly! We loved every bit of our stay at Fairways. The staffs are so welcoming and friendly. Everyone carries a smile on their face. Surely we will visit again. Till then Salamat Po!

This seems to be the best hotel in the area. They have an excellent coffee bar on the top floor that faces a view of the church. The staff is accommodating and even provided us an umbrella for the heavy downpour. On our checkout, they verified the room was not damaged and called for us a trike to get us to the airport. Very happy to stay here.

Room 1011. This is a lovely suite, very clean, and with a lovely view. Breakfast is a joy, with so much variety. The staff and front desk couldn’t do enough for you.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with attention to every detail. I loved the convenient location, just a short distance from the beach and local attractions, which made exploring Boracay a breeze. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. Location is nice since the city is very accessible. We like the ambiance of the whole thing. There are two things my friend and I did not like. 1. There were cockroaches. Idk why. 2. The female receptionist when we checked in at around 4PM on a Friday was not approachable. Illongos have this unique tone or accent when speaking in their dialect and for me who is Cebuano and is not familiar with their dialect kept clarifying what she was saying. Nagtagalog at nag-English na kami but she answered us in a very dismissive way while rolling her eyes.

Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.

The hotel was okay, fairly new and the view from my room was a surprisingly good sea view. There are not any toiletries or even coffee, but there was a hot water kettle and free water in the hallway. The only thing I really did not like was that there was no safe in the room.

My wife and I stayed there last month after coming from Boracay. We loved it. The guards at the door were super nice. They always opened the doors for us and helped my wife to the car with our things. I was also able to chitchat with them. It was. Perfect location and great parking right in front. You can go anywhere from there easily in Iloilo. The first night was a bad thunder storm and the power went out but the generators came on. The AC was the coldest hotel room of any 30 provinces i have ever been too even Shangri-la Mactan and Sheraton Mactan. Everything was perfect. The only thing was on the day before we checked on we handed in our laundry with the hotel laundry bag and our own personal yellow paper bag at 9am. The next day at 9am came and we asked for our laundry. Theh only gave us a small bag. We said there was more but she said that was all. We persisted and she counted our laundry but she realized it wasnt all there so we said check the cameras and look for a yellow bag. Come to find out the bag wasnt marked for our room on the outside so housekeeping did not know it was included in our room's laundry. The problem was solved but they really insisted that that was all 6kgs worth in one bag which wasn't but all good. We will stay there again. Perfect everything nonetheless.
