Modern hotel, delicious breakfast, modern room (very well furnished but rather small), free and inviting sauna. Hotel right next to the train station. Definitely recommendable, but the room service didn't come twice or just emptied the rubbish.

can go by car only. the receptionist gave a veru good impression from the beginning with warm and professional attitude. the hotel is new (can smell that), amenities using L'occitane. the shower room design not practical, easily flood the toilet even shower carefully. the restaurant staff is not professional, buffet bar is clearing up at 19:00pm without informing guest the buffet will be closed, even some guests still eating (understand is not peak season and not many guest, but all food are cleared before 19:20pm) overall is a pleasant stay. also fit for family with little one too.

Huge, comfortable room. Good bed, average chairs, nice bathroom. Unfortunately in my room was sound of water flowing in walls all time. Breakfast was really good, polite staff.

Zum Anfang war es Personal sehr freundlich an der Rezeption. Wir hatten dann eine Beschwerde weil einer hochzeitsfeier zwei Zimmer neben uns war und es wirklich extrem laut war da wurde uns gesagt dass dies bis 4 Uhr morgens geht. Ich fragte wegen einem neuen Zimmer und das der Krach und die lauter Musik unerträglich ist da wo du gesagt nein es gibt kein anderes Zimmer! Ich habe dann bei trip.com angerufen und habe mich beschwert diese haben dann im Hotel angerufen und uns hat ganz unfreundlich eine Dame der Rezeption angerufen auf dem Zimmer und gesagt wir sollen beide andere Zimmer los los... Im Endeffekt ist der Kunde da wirklich nur eine Wanze.. Mitarbeiter meist nur Handy in der Hand . Eine Frage hat und sie das Handy wegpacken müssen ziehen Sie sofort eine Fresse . Im Grunde nach war das Hotel sauber aber Personal war unfreundlich auch im Restaurant....

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

Hotel is clean, the service at the right level ... maybe the cleaning lady should be more useful to wash the tables. Not always the customer will notice that the drink trail from the glass has remained. Unfortunately, for two days the tables have not been ripped. However, this does not cause a reduction in the hotel rating. It just needs to work on it. The modern and well equipped rooms are all you need for a short break! Besides, the entire hotel service is wonderful and nice.Breakfast delicious. The sauna pool and gym are in the best cleanliness and with a nice service!!! Generally we are pleased and recommend this hotel:)

Pretty good. Free beer or juice every night. About 800 meters from the Central Station. It's a ten-minute walk, but the road is uphill with a lot of gravel, so it's a bit difficult to wheel luggage.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Rezeptions- mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr freundlich. Man kann an einer bestimmten Stelle heißes und kaltes Wasser abfüllen. Im Zimmer gibt es verschiedene Teebeutel, Tassen, Karaffe und Gläser. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig gelegen. Zimmer werden, wie mittlerweile oft üblich, nicht gereinigt. Das hat mich nicht gestört Das Einzige was mich störte war, dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann, um durchzulüften. Für Verzehr im Restaurant des nahegelegenen Hotel Novotel gibt es 10% Rabatt.

The difference between side view and sea view is marginal. Sea view is not from the side there is only at the reception for suites and never at Superior. Only deaf if you pay extra more for Superior with sea view. Cleanliness total OK. But at 5* the cups in the room should also be clean and no cigarette drums should be found on the balcony. Guest friendliness at the reception has still potential upwards. The service in the restaurant was top. It was also suitable for great food.

W Hamptonie byliśmy już po raz drugi, zaliczyliśmy tym razem powrót po około 8 latach. Hotel jest dobrze utrzymany, choć w niektórych elementach widać już po nim upływ czasu, np siedzisko krzesła, czy fugi i silikony są nieco zużyte, jednak są to jedynie drobne niedogodności. Ogólnie jest czysto i pachnąco, śniadanie eleganckie z dużym wyborem jedzenia, do kawy jest nawet słodzik, co w wielu hotelach niby oczywiste, ale nie jest standardem. Hotel troszkę oddalony od dzielnicy nadmorskiej, ale nie na tyle daleko żeby nie zrobić sobie przyjemnego spaceru. Dwa minusy - dość drogi parking ( obok na parkingu miejskim parkowalem samochód czterokrotnie taniej), i brak choćby mini lodówki na napoje w pokoju. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń. Dużo kanałów w TV i Netflix zadziałał na nim bez problemu. Następnym razem kiedy wpadniemy na weekend do Świnoujścia będziemy znowu tutaj spali ;)
