AAF2310This charming little lifestyle boutique hotel was excellent, except for the location, which was a bit out of the old town area.
The parking was free for hotel guests and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
The breakfast was ok for a mid-sized hotel, featuring warm and cold food.

MM15KAKEReNwe’re seriously so happy to be staying at the Swissôtel! Not only did we get a free upgrade, but we actually got upgraded to the Signature Vitality room. It has an in-room gym and a really amazing balcony. Everything is so modern and neat. They also have a super complete spa, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel directly faces the ocean with mountains right behind it. It’s absolutely beautiful—honestly, probably the best place around here.

DDaniela888Location could not be better. Right at the city center. The staff was nice and the place very cute in a medieval style building, very clean and nicely decorated. Our room however had some issues. Being at the top floor the water was never hot, only warm at best. Additionally the window blinder was broken and you could not close the window at night which makes it difficult to fall asleep.

GGuest UserLevel 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy.
Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights.
At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy.
Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am.
No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

GGuest UserThe facilities of the hotel are complete, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is also very rich. The most important thing is that the staff is very friendly: the gentleman at the front desk took the trouble to help inquire about external traffic information, and was eager to help with reservations; the restaurant staff is also kind and thoughtful. Very satisfied, highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and tidy, modern in design and comfortable beds. Breakfast is in the top floor restaurant, with a rich variety and good quality, and the dining can overlook the city scenery. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, and you can feel the boss and team's care for the details.
