I had a lovely stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava. Even though it was quite cold outside, the welcome I received was warm and genuine, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided pleasant, attentive service throughout my stay.
The coffee machine in the room was a great touch, perfect for starting the day, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, a cozy and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.
The best part of this hostel is the location. It’s ideal to move around either on foot or by public transportation. There are enough shower/toilet rooms not to wait in line. Not every single bed is applied with a socket. Check in is at 3pm which I find is a bit too late. Amazing cat comes over from time to time and is quite playful. Everything you can think of can be bought at the reception via card only.

Upon checking in on the first day, we later approached the front desk to add breakfast for the second day. The female staff member with a ponytail and no glasses told us we could settle the bill for breakfast upon check-out.
However, when we went for breakfast on the second day, our reservation wasn't found at the restaurant, and we were sent back to the front desk to reconfirm. We went back to the front desk to clarify the situation, but two other female staff members seemed completely unaware of what had happened. Eventually, the original staff member we spoke to appeared. To our utter disbelief, she then retracted her statement, insisting we needed to arrange it directly with the restaurant ourselves? This was utterly baffling and clearly an internal communication failure 🤬🤬🤬. I demand you review the surveillance footage to verify what you actually said!
This incident truly ruined our morning and left us feeling incredibly upset. Especially considering this is a reputable international chain, a star-rated hotel, I'm truly at a loss for words. For such a simple matter, adding a note should not be difficult. This is purely due to poor internal communication and unclear staff handover😡. I'm speechless; this is absolutely outrageous! They should have just charged us on the spot to avoid any disputes. Instead, this entire debacle left us with no proof, turning it into a ”Rashomon” situation of conflicting verbal accounts.
On the bright side, the location is quite good, and the public spaces are tastefully designed. Overall, the hotel appeared reasonably clean and tidy.
Now, regarding the in-room facilities: there was actually quite a bit of dust in the room. On surfaces like the TV cabinet and capsule coffee machine, dust particles were clearly visible floating in the light, which triggered our allergies, causing us to sneeze repeatedly. In room 520, the bathroom constantly emitted peculiar noises, making us wonder if it was some kind of machinery running. Furthermore, this is the first time I've encountered unstable hot water pressure in the shower (it would often turn lukewarm) at a supposedly 'better' chain hotel. To top it all off, the washing machine was also broken, and we were informed it wouldn't be fixed and usable until next week. I'm utterly astonished by this level of inefficiency... 😵💫😵💫😵💫
The room was nice. Unfortunately, we couldn't check in early, but that's okay—I got to explore the city a bit. The hotel is located right next to the Twin City Liner stop.
Overall, I recommend it, but the only thing missing is a refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, 10/10.
It was about a 8 mins walk from the main train station with some mild upslope. Take note there’s a flight of few steps going down to the hotel. However the rooms are so intricately designed with good amenities! They also gave free water, beer, and soft drinks in the mini fridge. Bed and pillows were comfy. One of the top hotels, if not the best, in Bratislava!
The room is clean, but the girls living with me are very noisy. They come back late and look for things. Then the rooms are on the 2nd floor, you need to climb stairs, so be careful if you have large luggage😎
The location is very convenient. There is a square at the door, where there will be a Christmas market, and the surrounding transportation and food are also very convenient. According to the information, it is a century-old building, but the facilities in the hotel are still good, and the supporting facilities and facilities are very convenient.
The hotel is in a prime location with a beautiful environment. The hotel is clean, the service attitude is very good, and the breakfast is very rich with many varieties. The hotel has an underground parking lot, but the fee is relatively expensive.
The hotel's breakfast was very good, the best in the four Eastern European countries in recent days. The location is not far from the old town. In fact, we only walked there for about 20 minutes. The whole city feels a bit depressed
The location is good near to the old town. It's just 15 mins walkind distance. There is a lift, so you can use the lift instead of walking the stairs with your luggages. The room was clean but have strong curry or Dhal smells. Maybe because of other roommates. Toilet and bathroom is clean as well. Each floor have 4of each. But the kitchen on each floor is small. Only can boil water in a kettle. U can use the basement kitchen, that one is bigger and with more equipment. There is a bar at the basement too. Love the outdoor hangout area but it's a smoking area too.

デディアン・ケトI arrived at Bratislava Airport on a late-night flight, but the late-night bus (N61) stop was right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and safe. I highly recommend this hotel, even if you arrive late at night.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and being able to enjoy sparkling wine in the morning was a nice touch. My personal favorite is the krapfen; I've tried them in many countries and at many different stores, but this one is the best. I will definitely choose this hotel when I stay in Bratislava again.
GGuest UserFabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need.
Staff are helpful and polite.
Breakfast was amazing.

CcunguIt has everything a big hotel should have, clean and tidy, satisfactory
Special praise for the front desk lady's warm and thoughtful service. I don't have a local taxi APP, and the lady used her phone to call a taxi for me. I am especially grateful
She also helped me store my luggage
