I didn’t like the hotel ,, poor room , they gave me a room it look like it’s located in a basement,, a very small room, the bathroom is clean but the toilet didn’t work good , the sink; washbasin was almost close, and many other things I didn’t like. I will not make a reservation again on this hotel.

I stayed at this airport hotel near Sabiha Gökçen for an expensive pric. While the location is convenient and the room was generally clean, there were several operational issues that should be addressed. Upon check-in, the shower pipe in my room was faulty. The staff promptly arranged for a technician, which I appreciate. However, this indicates that rooms may not be thoroughly checked before guest arrival. A simple pre-check process could prevent such inconvenience. There were also no facial tissues provided in either the room or bathroom. This is a very basic amenity that most travelers expect, particularly at this price level. In addition, the hotel does not offer a coin laundry facility. For an airport hotel that likely serves transit guests, this would be a highly practical addition. The staff were responsive when contacted, and I appreciated the availability of slippers in the room. However, improving basic quality control and ensuring essential amenities are consistently provided would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Overall, it's pretty good. The location is excellent, right by Taksim Square, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are tons of food options nearby. Plus, they offer free luggage storage, which is a nice perk. The only thing is I couldn't get the AC to work in the room, and I'm not sure why.

The hotel’s location is very strategic, making it convenient for getting around Istanbul. The staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast is truly excellent with a very good selection. The only downside during my stay was that the room had an unpleasant smell. I stayed in Room 415, and although I tried running hot water in both the sink and the shower, the odor did not go away. I hope the management can address this issue, as it would greatly improve the overall experience and help maintain the hotel’s good reputation.

The location is a little bit far from the heart of the city but it doesn't affect our staying at the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was awesome with the plenty of variety of dishes. Highly recommend!

I live in the centre of Istanbul, I just wanted a night in the middle of nowhere to relax and this place is great. Super clean, huge comfy bed, best shower ever, amazing buffet breakfast with huge variety of dishes, spotless spa in the basement with sauna, hamam, steam room and heated pool. Not a sound in the room, I had a great sleep. The receptionists are rude and won't even say Hello but it's Turkey, I expect it. The breakfast staff will take your plate away while you're eating but again, Turkish behaviour. There are cockroaches in the room but not too many and not too big. Would definitely recommend it, great value for money

1. **Recommendation**: A hotel offering good value for money. 2. **Floor**: I'd recommend avoiding the ground floor (which is actually a lower-ground floor upon entering at the front desk). The restaurant is on the same level as the front desk, so it can get quite noisy with the sound of chairs being dragged. 3. **Style & Class**: This is an economy hotel, similar in style to budget chains like 7 Days Inn or Home Inn. The rooms are decent and moderately sized. 4. **Beds**: Single beds are typically around 80cm wide, and double beds are made by combining two single beds. 5. **Cleanliness**: The overall cleanliness is good. However, for extended stays, it's advisable to inform the hotel if you require daily housekeeping. 6. **Amenities**: No dental kits are provided, and there's no kettle or hairdryer. The toiletries are in small bottles; I didn't use them as I had brought my own. 7. **Breakfast**: Breakfast is quite decent and good value for the price. For those who might not be used to local fare, there are options like bread, salad, slightly spicy potato cubes, fried eggs, and boiled eggs, which are perfectly fine. The ham slices are also good; overall, it's acceptable. 8. **Dining**: An entire floor is dedicated to the front desk and dining area, which also includes a separate smoking restaurant. The à la carte menu and coffee options are quite decent compared to what's available nearby. If you don't mind dining in, the hotel's lunch and dinner are often cheaper than options in the immediate vicinity or city center, offering good value and acceptable taste. 9. **Transportation**: A bus stop is less than 200 meters away, which is very convenient and affordable if you're comfortable using public transport. I didn't see a dedicated parking lot, but it's usually possible to find parking spots right in front of the hotel. 10. **Outdoor Area**: The outdoor area is very pleasant, featuring four open-air tables and cedar trees. It's a comfortable spot to sit outside, especially for smokers. 11. **Laundry**: There's no washing machine available at the hotel. For longer stays, a 5-minute walk will lead you to a BIM supermarket, small shops, barbershops, and laundromats, all with very reasonable prices. 12. **Recommended For**: Ideal for self-driving tourists, exhibitors at the Tuyap Exhibition Center, or anyone comfortable using public transport. Suitable for both business and leisure stays. 13. **Location**: Not in a bustling city center, it's primarily situated in a residential area, feeling quite clean, convenient, and safe. The hotel is a converted residential building, but it's very well done, with a level of quality and comfort comparable to mainstream domestic business hotels. Superb value for money.

a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and modern, and all the facilities worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Old City: Refined Comfort and Remarkable Service (Room 3219) As someone who travels frequently for both professional and personal reasons, often staying in dozens of hotels across different countries each year, I’m not easily impressed. Yet, my recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Old City genuinely stood out. It’s a property that masterfully combines thoughtful design, polished service, and a location that captures the very essence of Istanbul’s history and rhythm. An Experience Worth Remembering Location & Access Situated in the heart of the city’s historic core, this hotel makes exploration effortless. From here, it’s just a short walk to the Grand Bazaar, Sultanahmet, and several key transport links. The setting feels authentic and lively; ideal for guests who want proximity without sacrificing comfort. Room 3219 – Exceptional Comfort The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. Small details, like the scent of fresh linen and a spotless bathroom, reinforced the sense of care behind the housekeeping standards. Service & Staff The staff are the heartbeat of this property. Every interaction, from check-in to checkout, reflected professionalism anchored in genuine warmth. They anticipated needs before being asked, making the experience feel personal rather than procedural. This consistency across teams’ front desk, dining, and housekeeping speaks volumes about the culture of service within the hotel. Dining Experience Breakfast was both indulgent and efficient. The buffet selection was diverse, featuring beautifully presented dishes that catered to both international and local palates. The staff handled the morning rush with grace and precision, maintaining quality and attentiveness without any sense of haste. Facilities & Ambience Public areas were spotless and aesthetically cohesive. The fitness and spa areas were well-maintained, creating a serene environment ideal for unwinding after long days in the city. The lounge and lobby were comfortable enough to double as workspaces, a feature that frequent travelers will appreciate. The One Minor Quirk I noticed some early-morning noise, mostly the seagulls, a distant metro vibration, and a faint scratchy sound around 6 a.m. While this didn’t detract from the overall stay, it’s worth noting for lighter sleepers. It’s a subtle reminder that even in the most refined settings, Istanbul’s energy has its own morning rhythm. Final Thoughts What defines the Crowne Plaza Istanbul – Old City isn’t just its luxury—it’s the consistency of experience. Every aspect feels considered and intentional. Having stayed at countless hotels across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, it’s rare to find one that strikes this balance of local charm and international polish. I often recommend property to colleagues who travel as frequently as I do, and this one has already made it to the top of that list. It leaves one wondering: how might the experience differ in another season, on a higher floor, or in one of the suites overlooking the skyline? Would the same quiet elegance and seamless service hold up under different conditions? Those are questions I find myself curious to explore again, perhaps sooner than I planned.

A world class hotel in the heart of New Istanbul. All queries expertly attended to and the hotel rooms were spotless and the location is ideal with some of the most breathtaking views of the Bosporous and Istanbul. Went to the roof top for refreshment and managed to really enjoy the holiday to the full. The hotel deserves its five star rating.😊

GGuest UserHampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu: Genuine Smiles, Seamless Comfort, and Turkish Warmth After countless nights spent in hotels around the world, it takes something special for a property to truly stand out. My recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu did just that; not through extravagance or grand gestures, but through authentic hospitality and effortless comfort. This is the kind of place that quietly wins you over, one thoughtful interaction at a time. The Perfect Blend of Ease and Energy Location & Setting Zeytinburnu might not be the first name that comes to mind when travelers think of Istanbul, yet this area surprised me. It’s strategically positioned close enough to reach Sultanahmet and Taksim with ease, yet far enough to escape the tourist crowds. The hotel itself feels like an oasis of calm within the city’s heartbeat. Step outside, and you’re minutes from transportation links, local eateries, and the Marmara coastline. Design & Comfort The moment you step into your room, you sense Hilton’s signature attention to detail—simple, modern, and purposeful. My room was bright, immaculate, and well-designed for both rest and work. The bed offered the kind of support that makes long travel days melt away, and everything, from lighting to Wi-Fi, worked exactly as it should. Small touches, like perfectly laundered linens and crisp air quality, added a layer of comfort that felt quietly luxurious. Hospitality That Feels Personal While the property itself is well-maintained, what truly makes this hotel memorable are the people behind the front desk. Fatih Tuna and Ömer are two names I won’t forget anytime soon. Their professionalism is effortless, and their kindness feels completely natural; no rehearsed smiles, no scripted greetings. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering local dining suggestions, or simply greeting guests with warmth that instantly puts you at ease, both Fatih and Ömer demonstrated a level of hospitality that’s rare even among top-tier hotels. They are the kind of hosts who remind you that genuine service can transform an ordinary stay into a meaningful experience. It’s no exaggeration to say that they embody the best of Turkish warmth; courteous, humorous, and always ready to help without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast & Shared Spaces Breakfast each morning felt more like a pleasant ritual than a hotel buffet. The spread was abundant and fresh, featuring local cheeses, eggs, fruit, pastries, and strong Turkish tea that was hard to resist. Staff managed the flow smoothly, keeping everything replenished while maintaining the sense of calm that regular travelers quietly crave. The public areas, especially the lobby, were clean, cozy, and inviting. Whether grabbing a quick coffee, catching up on emails, or chatting with staff, the space encouraged connection rather than mere transit. Small Note The only subtle reminder that you’re still in a lively city comes from occasional distant traffic or early-morning sounds from outside. It’s faint and fleeting, more of a whisper than a disturbance. For light sleepers, a higher floor or a room facing inward may be ideal. Lasting Impression What sets Hampton by Hilton Istanbul Zeytinburnu apart isn’t luxury, it’s sincerity. In a world full of polished but impersonal hotels, this one manages to feel human. It’s clean, consistent, and comfortable, but more importantly, it feels caring. As someone who not only travels often but also recommends hotels to colleagues and friends across continents, this property easily earns a place among those I’ll be suggesting again. There’s something compelling about how smoothly everything runs here, and it makes you wonder how the experience might evolve across different seasons or longer stays. Because when a hotel makes you curious to return, that’s when you know they’ve done something right.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet. The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless. We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue. Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

GGuiBoThe hotel, room and staff are great! There is something that honestly brothered me.  Anything bought at the hotel bar had a 10% mandatory service charge.  And this 10% does NOT go to the empoles who are there serving, but to the hotel company. Does not seem fair

SSophiePanhaGreat stay at Aloft Karaköy — the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything with easy access to public transportations, cafés, restaurants, and the major attractions. Service was great — staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay smooth. However, the room layout wasn’t the most practical. There’s a large central structure in the middle of the room, which makes the space feel smaller and a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Recommend to ask for other rooms without this. Overall, still a comfortable and stylish stay for the location, but the room design could be more functional.

MManu GuedesThe hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which makes it a practical option for an overnight stay. However, I would not recommend paying extra for breakfast, as the selection is quite limited. The first room we were given was not acceptable: the bed was poorly prepared, missing proper sheets or a quilt, and the room was dirty. We were moved to a second room, which was slightly better, but it was still clear that more attention is needed regarding floor cleanliness and general details. The air conditioning was difficult to operate, and the room took a long time to warm up. On a positive note, the reception staff were attentive and helpful. Overall, in terms of price and location near the airport, it is reasonable. For just one night, it is acceptable, but expectations should be kept modest.

No sorry or apologies moving room with zero help. Not impressed.
