My connecting flight arrived quite late, so I chose an airport hotel nearby. The lobby was fairly spacious, and the room was simple but well-equipped. The front desk service was pretty good and very efficient. The main thing was how convenient it was to get to and from the airport.

The hotel is good. Rooms are clean no complains on that. But the man-woman staff at the reception was very rude during checkin. That's not how you behave with guests. Also beware that the parking here is extremely expensive. Its $65+tax on site. The public parking opposite to it is half the price. If you are driving please take this into consideration. Also recheck while booking in trip.com. It will say breakfast is included. But hotel will say it's not included

Basically in line with the hotel situation of its brand positioning, there are no surprises or surprises. The sanitary conditions in public areas are average. There are many commercial facilities around the location and convenient dining.

The overall environment is good, and the food produced by the bar and restaurant on the first floor is also good. The atmosphere is very good at night. The facilities in the room are old, but fortunately the hygiene is good, and the tableware and kitchenware in the kitchen are basically complete. It is also very convenient to shop and eat around. The good thing about having a kitchen is that if you don't want to go out to eat with your children, it is also very convenient to buy some ingredients from the nearby supermarket and cook by yourself. The location is good. It is right by the lake. You can walk to the lakeside beach at night, and there are some small shops to visit. It only takes 6 minutes to drive to the two cable car points of Heavenly Ski Resort, and there are also shuttle buses to take.

Great value and super convenient location We had a really good stay at Kings Inn! The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole place had a fun retro vibe that made it feel unique. The location is super convenient — just a short drive to all the major attractions in San Diego. Parking was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely a great value for the price. We’d gladly stay here again!

Super amazing and clean room. Pretty good view too. No complaints. I got a room with 2 beds so being a solo traveler, I loved the huge space. Beds were so comfy I could fall asleep so easily. Location is meh. It's walking distance to the outlets and restaurants (In N Out is the closest one, Krispy Kreme and Buffalo Wings not far). But other than those, not much else. Had to take an Uber everywhere I go. There's bus stop right at the hotel front going to Disneyland but the arrival times are unreliable.

I drove by and stayed for one night. The price/performance ratio was good. It was an upgraded motel, so parking was free. However, the guy at the front desk seemed to dislike Chinese people. He kept splitting up to serve other Europeans and Americans during the check-in process and gave us a room far from the front desk. The next day, the lady was much more enthusiastic. There were several breakfast sets. You could choose one. The portion was large, but the waiting time was quite long.

I enjoyed my stay at Freehand. Coffee shop and comfortable seating in the lobby (and some beautiful butterfly not so comfy seating, too). Has a very organic vibe with lots of plants, which I love. The rooftop restaurant and bar had an interesting crowd. Service was hit or miss. I'm not sure how often people actually eat there, but the ceviche was very good, and I'm a bit of a picky eater.

I had a very satisfying experience staying at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport this time. The hotel was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The facilities were complete and convenient. The airport shuttle service was a particularly nice touch, saving a lot of travel time. The standard king room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a high quality of rest. It's highly recommended for both business trips and layovers; the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I will choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel's facade is quite different from the pictures, and it feels like a small shop. The facilities are decorated in a retro style, and I don't like the dark colors. The service staff is very warm and friendly, and there is a Chinese receptionist, which is good👍. The bad thing is that the hotel is located right in the gathering place of homeless people. They make a lot of noise at night, which has a big impact.

BbyudgThe room is large, the bed is quite comfortable to sleep on, the lights are adequate and there are many switches, and charging is very convenient. There is also a warm spray bottle to help you fall asleep and spray it on the pillow to help you sleep well. There is a warm fireplace at the front desk of the hotel and a heated swimming pool in the gym. I went swimming for half an hour in the morning. The water was slightly cold, but it was very enjoyable. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, so there is no experience. There is a burger shop next to it. There are some places to eat within 4-5 minutes of driving, which is very convenient. The Tesla factory is nearby, but I regret not making a reservation to visit. Hotel parking is $10 a night. There are charging piles in the parking lot, but they are always occupied, so we drove to the fast charging station in Walmart to charge. The hotel charged me a few dollars for the Internet access. I wonder if one of us pressed an upgrade button by mistake. I checked with the front desk and he helped me apply for cancellation with the finance department, but the service fee of more than 1 yuan cannot be canceled. The handling was fairly efficient and friendly, and I was very satisfied! The hotel deposit is US$75 in advance.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a peninsula, with the bay front and back, and the scenery is beautiful. It is a few kilometers away from downtown, so it is convenient to drive to shopping and eating. There is a parking lot downstairs for 30 knives a day. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room facilities are a bit old, and there is a small balcony with a sea view. The bathroom is generally clean, but a cockroach was found in the bathroom.

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.

BBrendanheyuJust wrapped up a brilliant 4-day stay at citizenM San Francisco and honestly wish I'd booked my entire trip there! The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering a seamless check-in/out experience and happily holding my luggage for hours both before and after my stay. Room-wise, it was perfectly sized for a solo traveller like myself and would work well for couples too. While the room itself isn't ideal as a workspace, the hotel offers plenty of shared working areas in the downstairs foyer. I felt completely secure throughout my stay with staff at the entrance around the clock. The surrounding area was notably better than most parts of San Francisco at the moment. If you're looking for a well-located, hassle-free hotel experience in SF, citizenM is definitely worth considering!

AAnonymous UserThis is an old hotel with rich cultural background, all the staff are very friendly, the room service is timely and in place, the bedding and mattress are very comfortable, the breakfast is not to mention, the weekend menu will be replaced with the brunch menu. All the above advantages allow me to tolerate the only disadvantage of zero view from the window. Parking is valet, there is a cvs at the door, and there is a taco that ranks first in the United States within five minutes' walk, which is pretty good, but there is homeless on the roadside

GGuest UserAll of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.
